We spoke to a new employee and she was very helpful answered all our questing easily. But at the end some other employee barged in and made sure we knew she was new and that he could help us better. Handed us his card which i left on the table as I walked out. He was too aggressive for me and my friends taste knocking his fellow team member.

My experience with Oakwood homes was the best we were treated with respect and they took us really serious our seller was Karina Salazar she was very professional and she really did not have to check on our house frequently but she took some of her time to just do that for us and I loved that she was keeping me updated ! Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely recommend this company if you are looking for really nice mobile home and wonderful customer services!!Thank you oakwood homes ☺️

Visited looking for a modular home with handicapped futures but they dont make them.

The people who work there are very friendly, informative, and honest. If someone is looking to buy a mobile home, new, or used, and, this is their first time to buy, this is a great place to start. Dont listen to Sad Sals review. I have dropped by twice, once, on a Sunday, when they are typically closed. Because someone was there, he talked to me, and let me take a look at the homes anyway, even though I told him I was just shopping. I would say that is pretty good customer service.

Horrible experience! The salesman never helped us to get a house with land besides that they want you to buy the land they want and whenever we told them we have looked a land we really wanted they ignored us completely.. Wouldnt recommend them ever..
