New to the area Good staff at this store also a pretty good selection of products. Maybe its just me but planet K seems to have gotten more docile over the years.

Well stocked and reliable. Not a single employee was wearing a face mask during my recent visit, though. Given the owners politics, I wouldnt be surprised if employees were banned from wearing them but I dont know if thats the case.

Cool store with lots to look at. They carry just about anything you might need to party with.

This review is solely because every time i go in there no employee is wearing a mask. if you ask they will put one on but the woman had to walk away for a few minutes and go into the back room to go get one. which tells me she never intended to have one on hand. yall are my store and we would appreciate if you followed protocol especially since you have a handwritten sign telling people to wear one. im clearly not the only one concerned about this. id like to keep shopping there but next time i go in with the same scenario i will simply take my money elsewhere.

I’m from Chicago & was in Austin with my cousins in February. Stopped here for a few necessities & I loved everyone working there! The place was amazing..so much to explore! The staff helped me find exactly what I needed & more & I’m very pleased with my stuff. I had fun too because of the knowledgeable & cool employees! Hope to visit again some day.

Employees are always laid back and ready to answer any questions regarding their merchandise. Not alot of places to buy things of that nature on East Side, so, glad its accessible and convenient.

The employees here seem to know a lot about the products they sell and I absolutely appreciate the Xtra knowledge on what exactly Im buying. Out of the 3 kratom companies they get their Kratom from, the Kratom Bliss brand seems to hit the spot the best for me, a favorite of mine is white maeng da powder but then I tried white elephant powder it superceded my usual. If u like white, go for the best strain like elephant, you will be back for more!

Beyond awesome customer appreciation and very positive interaction from customers to csr they will help you with anything you want and they are awesome.

If youre cool with people not wearing masks in that tight enclosed place. Im surprised as I would think planet k, which I love, would be the last place to do that people. Bummer.

I actually go to the Austin Harm Reduction van that goes to this location. Ive been going to them off and on over the years and theyre always wonderful people. Completely non-judging in every way. Im giving Planet K a five star rating just for the fact they allow the van to come to their location. It really is amazing and a great service for our town. Its awesome Planet K can recognize that :). For anyone who thinks the vans service is something to be frowned upon... Take it from me, if it werent for Them, I would have made even more horrible choices for lack of proper equipment. If you dont like it suggest you turn a blind eye for the betterment of our people and community.

Planet K is like a flash back to simpler less complicated times. Stepping inside is like a time machine full of bright lights and plenty to see. Ots worth stopping in just to check it out and take a moment to appreciate the lack of corporate pc sterility.

A friend took me here because I had never been to Planet K, and I didn’t know what to expect. I wasn’t disappointed because they had a variety of things in there to suit your needs. I’d go back.

I really enjoyed the varieties of candles and spray mist to get rid of odors like cigarette smoke etc.A. friend took me there.And now I tell all my friends about it.Am going back today for more spray and candle

I like the place. Every time Ive been there t hasnt been crowded. Parking doesnt seem to be adequate compared to other locations they have. Its the only reason why I give this place 4 stars. Other than that, they have all kinds of stuff the mind can come up with. Its always a fun experience.

Gave me a free empty clearly used lighter with a water pipe purchase. Guy that helped me didn’t seem to wanna be there. I overheard some employees getting off. I do enjoy plant k.

I came in to return a few items and the man that was working told me he couldn’t because they were “sex toys” and it’s a company wide policy. Both of these items were unopened clearly and i had the receipt. i can understand why they would have this policy but what i do not understand is why the man that was helping me was so short with me. I was very upset because one of the items was mis marked for $9.95 and when i mentioned this to him he argued with me and said that it was impossible and the tag was still one the box. he also said you should have notice the price when they rang me up for the items. I felt attacked when he kept arguing with me about everything. he never went to upper management to even ask if he could do anything for me. Also both items are gravely overpriced for what they are and the no returns policy was never mentioned to me or my boyfriend before we checked out and if it had been i probably wouldn’t have bought them. it’s a mistake to buy anything here you will be spending too much of your money on an item that is cheap and poorly made

They have the best incense I can find in the city. That beautiful smell stays and lasts for a very long time. They are very reasonable also for what you pick and mix and match.

I really like this location. The folks that work here are always super friendly and the incense selection is rad. Parking isnt usually an issue and this store is rarely crowded. PRO TIP: Dont be afraid to ask questions the people behind the counter at this location are actually helpful and nice.

Very friendly staff when you are purchasing something. Very much the opposite experience when trying to return a defective product. I called and asked if I could exchange a battery that just crapped out on me after only two weeks. I take amazing care of my stuff and nothing happened on my end to cause this malfunction. These electronics are cheap and sometimes fail. Instead of asking to have me bring it in to look to make sure it wasnt abused I received a sharp no when asked it they would stand by their products. If you have money to burn and you dont care if youre buying a lemon then I highly recommend Planet K on Ceasar Chavez.

This 50 Gram hookah if you go in international Market Lamar it’s 3.49$ any Smoke Shop 6$ some of them they selling 7$ include Tax. this shop no body trust me but it’s true he charge me 10 $ For 50 Gram it was night 10:10 PM I don’t have choice coz it night and the hookah flavor is nothing like fake please don’t come and buy some thing from this store don’t lose your money am just saying

Bought a SeshGear Commute yesterday. Wont turn on wont hold a charge after being plugged in all night.Was told iwas sol because it had been used.No joke. How else does a person find out it doesnt work.

Im a regular to the stassney and onion creek locations and my experience with this store in particular has been anything but pleasant two of three items Ive purchased have been faulty the battery for a vape doesnt work after being charged as directed

Very disappointed with the service from this store. I purchased a bubbler, brought it home, and it immediately broke. I called the store to see if there was anything they could do and the lady who answered the phone was immediately defensive. She escalated the call to a confrontational level. I understand that working in retail is hard and that customers can act unreasonably, but I was simply calling to see what the store does in these instances. Very poorly handled situation and I will not be back to this location.

After a tear kvelling through the archipelagos of wisps and teats this and thats I am an incense fiend which is the trying way to say I found mine. Had I the wherewithal I would procure these livers a roundish front door and have it installed by lookalikes. Until then, or when the steeks of smell good run low, I will drop by to see these generous smiling peoples. Rok awn.
