I hate to give a bad review like this but it’s so frustrating. Trying to support a local small business instead of buying it online from someone else!I placed a special order in January for my grandsons first birthday. When it finally arrived in March it had a scratch on the front.I have been trying to get updates and timing for the replacement with no responses to emails. Most of the time no one answers the phone. Finally talked to Summer today who has no idea of when i can expect the item so I finally just cancelled the order and have ordered directly from the company.Communication is so important! Just return calls and emails and give people an update. Reach out to the company, get a status and let the customer know.I realize covid, storms, mail ect but it has been way too long.

I have made several orders online since COVID, and have received great customer service and super quick shipments. I love their items!

Absolutely beautiful shop in a great part of town. They have gorgeous children clothing and toys that are unique to their store. Olivia Shoppe always have something new in store that catches my eye!This is by far my favorite place to come and pick out personalized gifts for my friends and family! They offer custom embroidering and vinyl work on a wide range of amazing products!

Beautiful store with quality merchandise with a flare. So many great clothes for kids and a great selection of unique gift items! Highly recommend for holiday gifts.

Great go to shop when looking for a gift. I’m not the shopper but Olivia Shoppe makes it easy. I let them know what the occasion is and they give me several options to choose from. To top it off they even gift wrap.

Amazing customer service! The owner/management is even wrote an email AND a hand written letter because of an inventory error on the website. The items are in very good condition!

I ordered several monogrammed stickers to place on tumblers as Christmas gifts for my office. I received prompt and excellent customer service and was very happy with the variety of sticker colors and fonts available. The young woman who helped me was very patient and helped pick out colors and fonts so everyones cup would be different. At $10 per sticker, the price was higher than I expected to pay, but the location was very convenient for me. The order was actually ready the next day - leaving me several days to get the gifts ready before Christmas! I think this store is excellent for custom gifts. Thank you!

I walked into the store ready to purchase more than 20 items for a wedding- bridesmaids and groomsmen gifts. I was absolutely ignored. Not a hello, not a can I help you- nothing. There was one other customer in the store and she was being helped but was still browsing. I cant believe that a small establishment would treat a potential client like this. It is a very small store and the lady was right there but pretended I didnt exist. I will take my business- which could have easily been $2000-to another store.
