This was a gem! Found the Monogram Lady store last minute gift shopping. This place is Awesome and great customer service.

I take all of our companys new employees scrubs, polo tops and jackets to Monogram Lady. They do a great job and are very consistent. Theyll ask you if a week is okay for a turn around on the embroidery but theyve always called me one or two days after I drop off our items to be picked up. Great staff too! Youll do some shopping when you pop in because the store is SUPER cute!!!

I have shopped at the Monogram Lady for over 25 years and will go no where else to have my monogram needs taken care of. Last year, I took a very unique font to be monogramed on a jacket and they did an outstanding job. I was so pleased that I took two other items requesting the same font and they did an amazing job. You will not be disappointed and the entire staff is so knowledgeable, helpful, professional, courteous and kind! You will never be disappointed! I thank God for this shop, for its existance allows us all to give such elegant and unique gifts to our family and friends and we take all the credit. Truly, the credit goes to the Monogram Lady!!! I took 2 cashmere throws to be monogrammedThere are huge patches of white cloth on the back where the monogram is stitched. Monogram is on corner by tags rather than middle bottom. Asked for cream thread . It’s stitched in stark white. Cannot give this as the gift intended as it is unsightly and a novice obviously assigned this work. Money down the drain.I was a new customer. I would like to start off that Im 28 and Ive been going to the monogram lady since I was in elementary school.Today I went because a friend of mine had a miscarriage. I want to get her a blanket of love and comfort that she could wrap herself up in.Normally it takes a week for them to complete a project like that. They did it over night for me.The outstanding service and compassion is what has kept this business thriving for so long. And has generations coming back.Thank you ladies for always taking wonderful care of myself and my family. You are truly an Austin staple.

The manager was so beyond rude. Everything made there is so cheap I bought a bracelet today and it already broke.

Two ladies working and I was never greeted upon entering the store. I wandered around a bit looking for bridesmaid gifts for my girls. There was no interaction with me and the girls who were working were just chatting with each other behind the register the whole time. There were also stacks of shirts being folded on the ground, which I tipped on. They girls both finally acknowledged me as I was walking out with a have a good day. First impressions are lasting. Customer service is so important. Ill never go back!

Second time I have been extremely disappointed with this company.The first time, was a family passed down apron that the sales lady INSISTED be done in vinyl versus stitched for monogramming. I was not happy and it was ruined. It looked pretty cheap.Today, I go to pick up my backpack where the monogramming wasnt done where we had discussed and the sales lady proceeded to belittle me in front of other customers and say that it didnt make any sense to go there (theres a caribiner clip that I was going to remove to see the monogram, not that she needed to know that) and so they put in a different location and it was tiny. I was told that the monogram would be done as large as they could and not even that was done. Lastly, I has this done in plenty of time for an upcoming trip and now theres no time to change it, its not in the right place, and its tiny.AND it doesnt look like much of a monogram to me. Requested the classic three letter initial monogram and the spacing is so off one side is not interlinking and the other side looks crooked.Ive had monogramming done before and this is certainly not what I requested, expected or what I was told I would receive.

Just want a chance to say that I LOVE my Govino Wine Glass (yes...its made of polymer...states that clearly on the website...and exactly why I bought them). Had them monogrammed with Texas Mom and Texas Dad. They are PERFECT travel wine glasses...cups...tumblers...whatever you want to call them! They travel well (hence the name Govino...get it? GO vino) and are easy to hold onto! We christened them at the beach...perfect! Very pleased with the product and the store.

STOP! do not use the monogram lady for gifts of any kind! I ordered monogram wine glasses for Christmas gifts and what I received were flimsy, cheap, crappy plastic throwaway cups. why on earth would anyone monogram a throwaway cup? and that is the quality of what I received. the website is very deceiving. it clearly states wine glass. when I received the crap I got, I called the number only to get a machine (imagine that) then I looked on the website for a return, review tab of which there is none (should be a clue) I could only leave an email. later in the day I got a call back. I explained how dissatisfied and disappointed I was with this order and requested a refund as I had already sent the package back. I was informed at that time that I would not be getting a refund. they dont do refunds. I explained that the website is very inaccurate and I was told that it states the product was plastic. it was written out under the description of wine GLASS bpa-free polymer. now that does not tell me that it is plastic, as I was told it did. I see glass for description not plastic. I should not have to google product description in order to know that it is made of plastic and not glass when it clearly state glass. the rudeness and horrible attitude was also a great disappointment. the monogram lady practices bad business and is all lies and scams. DO NOT USE!!!!

Way overpriced. I didnt even get my bows monogrammed, and they cost $12.00 each. The staff that was working was nice, though.
