Great Experience with Dana. My roofing company dropped off over 50 pieces of hats and shirts. 3 logos different locations on each piece. All under a 4 day timeline. Quality, customer service and turnaround time all were ON Point! Exactly what one hopes for when dealing with professionals. Her many years experience shine through.Cute shop as well, many nice unique items. Id highly recommend checking it out.!

This place is amazing. I ordered a gym bag online as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. The bag arrived on Monday (12/21). I was looking to get it embroidered prior to Christmas. Most places in my part of town were unable to do the embroidery before the holiday. (Also, many of the places had less than stellar reviews.) I noticed Flying Threads received positive reviews so I figured Id see if they could help. Although I fully expected them to say, Not before Christmas.On 12/21 I called Flying Threads and spoke with Dana (owner). She said they were finishing up a big order that week. She was not sure if she could help me. But she instructed me to call her back on Wednesday (12/23) at 4:00 pm. At that time, she said shed be able to determine if they could complete my order before Christmas. When I called back, to my surprise she said yes.On Christmas Eve, I brought the bag in when they opened at 9:00 am. Dana asked me to leave the bag with her and theyd have it completed before they closed that day at noon. I informed her that I work far south Austin and would not be able to pick it up by noon. So Dana said, Ill tell you what. Ill just do it now. Can you give me 30 minutes? I told her I could. I picked the font, style, placement and color for the embroidery and then let her do her thing.While I waited, I ran an errand. Within 20 minutes her assistant called me back to let me know the bag was ready! They did charge me an additional rush charge, but it was well worth it.Super amazing customer service and the finished product looked incredible. My girlfriend LOVES the bag with the personalized touch of her embroidered initials. I am so thankful to Dana and her team!They also have some really cute (although a bit overpriced, in my humble opinion) items in the store. I found some great (Christmas present) earrings for my girlfriend there too. She loved these as well.I will definitely be going back to Danas shop!

Great work and it didn’t take that much time! Brought in a baby blanket on Saturday the 22nd and it was done and ready for pickup on Wednesday the 26th. The stitching looks perfect! I’ve seen low quality embroidery but this was high high quality! Paid $14 and some change for a very good sized embroidery. If you want high quality work, this is the place to be. Will definitely be using them again. Pictures included, blue is the top and grey is underneath.

I love this store, the staff has always been so helpful. I have them do a lot of embroidery on shirts for me and I have never had a problem. In one case I was able to get next day service. Love this store! And I have been sending all my friends. They have excellent choices of gift ideas.

What a cool North Austin store! Although I havent done any embroidering with them, Ive visited their shop and it is the cutest. Its TOTALLY woman-centric and full of stuff you certainly dont need but definitely want. Next time you need a gift for a female friend or relative - this is the place to come.

Not impressed. After a lengthy discussion of where to place the embroidery on 2 scarce, unusual aprons, they put it in a totally different place. They offered to correct it, but admitted you would see the mistake. I would not trust them with important or special pieces. They quickly offered to refund the embroidery fee, which doesnt really help. But, if that is what you are looking for, this is your place. Not me. I prefer to do business with people that actually provide the service that was discussed and expected.

I go there for all of my embroidery. They are quick and professional. Also have lots of great gifts for people. I have used many embroidery places in the past but they care a lot more about you and what you want. Im a customer service guy and theirs cant be beat.

In my opinion the best shop in town. The attention to detail on your product and to the customer is unmatched. Well done.

Went in to get a childs name embroidered on a striped train conductors hat and they did an awful job. I complained that it was too small and not visible on the striped hat. They should have at least used a solid background patch or something so you could read it. They never offered to fix it or refund my money. Needless to say, I wont be going back.

Just called got a very nice lady! She helped me as best as possible. Going to get my work done and repost about quality and experience!

This place rocks. Our company gets all their shirts, hats, and jackets done here. The owner and manager are easy to work with, funny and have our things ready fast.

Had a few large, very thick, waterproof camo bags monogrammed — the results were perfect and the recipients looove their bags!
