Called MINE a week before Easter to get a basket embroidered. John was honest about potentially not being able to get the thread through depending on the basket but I decided to go in anyways. Popped in and John and Rip were wonderful. He was able to get the name on and finished my basket right before Easter, even earlier than expected. Will definitely be going back for other items. He did say Christmas gets busy so Ill have to get my stockings in way before.

The embroidery came out very small on the stockings we had done and one of them wasnt of centered on the stocking. Very disappointing and expensive especially for what we got.

You work directly with the owner, John, which helps with the design process. Has been getting my repeat business for years now.

The experience working with the shop was great! We were able to get a quick turn around (less then a day) and he really spent the time and worked with us to make sure our logo came out right. Highly recommend this place. Plus Rip the dog was a plus to have around.

From the friendly, warm welcome and the easy to work with personality, as well as the flexibility to work on his days off! The owner is out to please his customers! Will always come back, and I suggest you do it too!! ( etching Yetis and embroidery are awesome)
