This place exceeded my already high expectations. The design work, the customer service, the communication, the colors and quality ... everything was perfect. I had two designs for embroidered patches that were complicated to say the least (lots of intricate line work and color changes) but they nailed it. I hardly ever write reviews but I had to leave one for this. Will definitely be coming back for more.

Threads Embroidery has done several custom jobs for me and they never disappoint! The last job was difficult because I wanted a locomotive embroidered on the left side of a polo shirt. The picture was detailed and Jim managed to get all of the detail into the artwork with excellent resolution. The customer service was outstanding, too. There is no one in Central Texas who provides the quality and customer services that Threads Embroidery does.

My husband has two polo shirts that he has worn until they are threadbare. One of the shirts is over 20 years old! They each have custom embroidered images that represent a very special time in our childrens’ lives. I was looking for a company that could replicate the images on new shirts as a birthday surprise for my husband. I emailed pictures of the shirts to three embroidery companies in Austin, and then followed up with a telephone call or email. Two of the companies made me feel like they would be doing me a favor to embroider the shirts. It was just the opposite at Threads on the Web. Jim and Daphne were very responsive to my questions. Since my husband is picky, picky, picky, I asked Jim if he could embroider samples of both images on a scrap of material so that I could see them before embroidering the shirts. He readily agreed to do that. He hit the ball out of the park with both images and the shirts look awesome!! If you need embroidery work done, no matter how small the job, Threads on the Web is the place! They are professional, knowledgeable, and provide outstanding customer service.

We placed an order and it was horrendous. I would not recommend them at all. We called to speak to the manager too and they would did not even return our call. I think if you care about your customers you would def do something about it. Nothing. I think these other 12 reviews are FAKE. No way this is a 5 star business. Highly not recommended at all.

Man this place is the pits. These reviews are fake because my work order ended up being a mess and headache. Whoever they have to create their embroidery is not doing it right. I had used them before and they did a good job but whoever is doing it now must be drinking on the job. Totally not acceptable.
