Great customer service!!! Gavin went above and beyond.I bought a hat on my last Jackson Hole visit. And you know how it happens - it became my favorite thing. Just recently I lost it in the airport rushing for a plane. I called the store and Gavin not only was sympathetic but she was able to find my bag from among the hundred they carry. She just had the hat shipped out.Something simple but not really. It goes to the heart of what customer service means. When I asked if I could give her something for her help, she said no, it was part of her job to make the customer happy.I go to JH on a regular basis, and I will recommend all of my friends to use Lees Tees. SCAM ALERT! I ordered bulk for a print job on Cotton/Poly shirt and paid extra premiums for them. When I got them they were just cotton. The cheaper choice yet I paid for the premium. When I contacted them about the mistake, they claimed it to be my fault.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
