Austin Electronics Repair Center was one of the best electronic repair shops I have ever been to. Small but the owner really knows his stuff. I had an issue with my curved monitor and the first few places I called would not even touch it, but I brought it into this place and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. I was able to drop it off on a Friday and pick it up Saturday morning. Really excellent work and for a great price! Highly recommend!!

Seems okay, kinda sketchy, dropped my smartsam 50 tv here, charge 35 up front, called next morning, saying its fix, told me it had 2 issues, he only fix one for $150 and that it will only last me 5 months tops befored doing it again, paid the 150, took it home, noticed he sign his own Samsung account on it, thought maybe he need it to fix it? Personally I dont trust anyone putting there info on my electronics. Fact I left it there got me Abit worry cus I had my sam account on my tv that is also linked to C.cards, Ill let yall be the judge, the Communication was fair, this wasnt worth it, no recipients! Ask for them! Other than that he agree I should just pawn it. Post update, I was right, after leaving it with my Netflix account on when return I noticed how he log in with his own email as i said post prior before. Not cool. I received this a day later after having repair and brought back next day. I received this email saying they blocked my Netflix account from viewing anything. Till I make a payment.

I found this repair shop close to where I live, got my laptop upgraded, here last year, and still works perfectly, also they fixed my cellphone iPhone 8 plus in less than an hours Thanks again.

I took my phone here to get a new screen and the guy who fixed my phone went into my Facebook account and liked his own Facebook page. He violated my privacy. Plus I had to come back at least 3 times because my phone kept turning off. Never coming back to this place. I recommend if you are going to leave your phone there make sure to log off of any social media, email address or google account.

Projector issue: replacement lamp would not start, wanted to know if there was something wrong with projector before I tried a second lamp (NOT CHEAP!). $30 up front. Week later had to contact shop to find out progress. Tech wanted to know if I had a lamp so he could test the unit. You see a problem here? Nothing fixed tho said the power supply was fixed. When I picked it up, there were a few uncomfortable moments. No way will I be going back. $30 wasted.

Where do I start, I dropped my TV off at this location and was optimistic at first and then the lack of communication and complete breakdown of miscommunication and lack of customer servíce. When I first asked this guy Sean what the ETA was on the repair of tv would be. He said that there would be a diagnostic fee of $25 before he could quote a price. I thought fair enough. After the 2 day wait on the diagnostic I had to initiate the communication to check the status of my tv repair, this is where it went downhill. I called Sean to find out when I could expect this repair to be done. He said that he would have to order a part and have it expedited or express shipped, which when I heard that, initially I thought this is great and the tv would be repaired. This would not be the case. After several more attempts and pointless phone calls this merchant could not repair my issue. I eventually called him and told him that I no longer wanted to conduct business with his repair shop. He told me that I would have to pay for his expedited shipping fee which was $45, when I went to pick up my tv. I asked him I would pay the fee but first I would need to see the invoice for the expedited shipping which he could not provide, which proved to me that this guy sean and his shop are not honest and everyone and anyone should stay away from this business. They’re are not very trustworthy be very careful. Ther are scam artist everywhere and this merchant is the worst of the worse. STAY AWAY!!

Probably one of the best repair shops in town. If I were to recommend an electronics repair shop, this is probably the one.

I brought my 37 Visio to Beta Electronics to have it analyzed and possibly fixed. I dropped it off on Wednesday, and the store clerk advised me it was $20 up front, which would apply to the repair. Someone called me that night and advised me it would be $145 to fix the TV, which I told him was too much, and he asked how much do you want to pay? which immediately signaled me that this wouldnt be the place I want to repair my TV. I told him dont fix it, ill pick it up in the morning. Next morning I returned and the clerk told me my TV was at their Parmer store, and they cant give it to me. I told him I already said I wasnt fixing it and I am not driving 20 miles to pick up the TV I dropped off here. He then gave me his phone with the store owner on the line, who then asked me what the hell is your problem? to which I told him I need my TV. Long story short, whatever they did or didnt scavenge out of my TV ill never know. Do not use this repair center.
