I dont relish leaving bad reviews, but the only times I have considered leaving T-mobile have been after leaving this specific physical location next to Dunkin Donuts on E Parmer Ln in Austin. I spoke w/ a friendly young sales person, when our conversation was interrupted by an incredibly loud and vulgar podcast over one of the in-store speakers. The kid explained it was his coworker, and then told me he couldnt accept my iphone as a trade-in. I couldnt understand why, and he pointed out a nearly invisible scratch at the bottom of my screen which was only apparent after removing the case that had theoretically been protecting that part of the screen. He suggested having the screen replaced by a third party. In the meantime, the co-worker who turns out to be the manager had come out. As I tried to understand the issue w/ my trade in, and asked why in that case I couldnt go to another service provider for a better deal, the manager shouted across the store interrupting our conversation twice to explain Verizon would just take my money and not tell you until after that it wasnt a valid trade-in, and then again interrupted me to tell me it wasnt her policy it was apples (never looking at the phone once.) I told her she had no reason to be so condescending, and left the store. Whether or not I finally ditch t-mobile remains to be seen, but Ill definitely never let this terrible store in my neighborhood have any of my money.
T-Mobile is the best! I switch all 6 of lines into a business account, got 5 new phones, and got $100 for every business number I ported over! I cant recommend them enough! Especially my Mobile Expert Aaron, he made the whole process so easy. 10/10 I highly recommend T-Mobile and to go see Aaron personally!
My phone was stolen at target and I immediately ran down to Tmobile to see what I could do. The girl that was helping me was so so sweet and understanding. She walked me through all the steps to ensure the safety of the information on my stolen phone and the next steps to getting a new phone sent my way. Hoping when I go back in today for a SIM card that I get the same wonderful help :)Thank to Millie

Worst customer service ever. The lady there had a horrible attitude and did not sound inviting or welcoming when you asked questions. She shuts you down as you have a concern or is confused. Y’all need to train your staff or something because I’m pretty sure the other reviewer is talking about the same lady.
Jaden is great and very knowledgeable, I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience here and will return to this store specifically because of the experience Ive continuously had with the employees at this store. I went in looking for one product (the Note 20 or S20 ) and came out with a better understanding of all the products offered (not only Samsung) and what was going to suit my needs best. I ended up with a Note20 and so far it is an amazing device. Im confident it is going to suit my needs and get good use over the years.Thanks Jaden for your help!
I came here to get the new service, Richie and Millie is the real mobile expert. I got all the information and service needed. Definitely recommend this store and Richie for mobile service.
Went this store back because of my phone bill was too high. The women who work here is kind of rude and even she can not properly explains the bill plus she got mad when i asked her more questions because whatever she says is not add up. An other guy invited to explains and he is much better even if i am not convinced 100% what he explains me. The owner or supervisor need to trains them well.

Horrible customer service the tmobile associate acted as he didnt care about our situation and yet he was the one we had dealt with a week prior and another new associate had to step in to help us this place is a joke trust me dont waste your time going here. I will follow up with corprate about this issue as well.

Be Careful going into this store! I am learning my lesson the hard way for trusting the smiles of this stores manager and employees. I left Verizon to join T-mobile and was promised a free phone for turning mine in plus buying a 2nd phone under installments. Also, add a third line and get cheap phone free which I agreed to. I should have seen the red flag when the manager asked me you dont need your other Verizon phone just give it us. I said no thank you, you already got one of my older phones for this promotion you are offering. I find out now that all three phone i have i am on the hook for a total of 4 years of installments. I understand the 2nd line, yes. But why phone 1 and 3, since phone 1 was a trade in and phone 3 was for adding a 3rd line. I will never go into this store again. There is a very dishonest manager at this store, which means his employees are learning his tricks. Record your conversations when you go in there to prove what they promise you.
Sad to say I have had the same experience as many on here with this location. I was given false information when I switched from another carrier Black Friday which resulted in me coming out of pocket over $1000 to the previous company since they DO NOT payoff the other carrier. My phone numbers were mixed up in the phones purchased and I was told I would get 2 of our phones under the Nov promo device on us which later was told that info was false and the store would be correcting the error internally. I went last week to see the manager, none available so I emailed and left a message on a voicemail that came on when I called the store today. The Austin customer care team on the phone has been great to deal with tho
Im not sure what Mr. Escobar is talking about, but I can reassure anyone who goes there, they will get the best customer service. I have been there several times since they opened that location and have never had any issues with the staff and management team. I normally do not write reviews, but reading that negative one compelled me to. Brant is a good manager and whoever the coworker may be, they are all good. They are all helpful and try to give as much information as humanly possible. To me this is more of a temper tantrum than a review. I understand that having to get your phone fixed, or whatever the case may be, can be taxing. But to sit there and be-little them, accuse them of being unprofessional, and discriminatory is wrong and is in bad taste. Non-the-less, everyone at this location is doing a great, fantastic job and I will continue to come here regardless. Keep up the great work.

This store in particular is my favorite one ! Monica always greets me with a smile when I go in and always answers my questions. I have gone to other stores and despite the fact that I live in Round Rock I rather visit this store rather than the one down the street from where l live.

If I could give this location no stars I would. The so called, manager Brant, and his little immature co-worker who worked together on 9/29/18, and 10/9/18. Are the most unprofessional T mobile staff. They were being very disrespectful towards customers by trying to be little people with their attitude. If I was the district manager I would have them both fired! They waste time by pretending to call customer care so that they wont help. They lie to customers so that they can hurry people out the door. They have the highest disregard for T mobiles customer service standards. I wasted 4 hours there twice with Brant and his co-worker. They are miserable people who take out their personal failures, and problems on others who are seeking professional guidance. They are horrible people, and deserve to be reprimanded to the lowest of their standards. I will be contacting corporate to discuss this discrimanatory behavior of both T mobile employees. This is far from done!
Been to this store couple times and many other stores throughout Texas. This was the worst store Ive been to. Previous visits were good, but not today. Stopped by the store to add unlimited international calling for $15 which tmobile offers few weeks ago. I had this on other line so I know its unlimited. First issue, they made the mistake and added different plan (Causing me over $380 in billing). Second, rep I was talking to is very unprofessional and ignorant. I tried to explain the situation and that rep tells me $15 unlimited international calling is NOT UNLIMITED. IT ONLY REDUCES THE COST PER MIN WITH THIS DATA.... Rep didnt even know about their own plan they are suppose to offer to customers . She opens up a website to show me that I am wrong, but it shows calling mobile to landline, mobile and text is unlimited so she turns her monitor back quickly and started asking question to other rep who was helping another customer. She continues to cut me off while I was trying to explain and just says she cant do anything so call customer care.... asked for manager.... managers not there and she doesnt even know when their manager is schedule to work or coming back. tells me to call the store next day and see if manager is there..... a store without manager, employee with no knowledge and zero effort to help customers... poor management overall. There is another store 5 mins down by i35 and parmer and theyve helped much better than this store does. Avoid this store if possible. Last time im stopping by this store. Will worth 5 mins of extra driving than dealing with this bs.
I have to say that the customer service at this location is very unprofessional and unethical. The supossed manager Brant has a very poor attitude, and seems to be puzzled on finding the best solutions. I disagree with you @MyraSanchez. It seems like your review is to back up manager Brant, and his accomplice. I too have witnessed Brant and a hispanic girl employee have the worst customer service. I have a distaste for unprofessional people, and I certainly am appalled at your attempt to glorify people who treat people so poorly. I as a customer of over 15 years am very disappointed, by Brant and that hispanic girl that worked those two separate occasions. I hope t mobile does more investing in training, work ethics, and professionalism.
