Took a wonderful and educational flower arrangement class with my mother a few months ago. The instructor was so knowledgeable about how to best arrange your flowers to your taste and was able to give really helpful feedback. Will definitely return for some more classes in the near future. The price is super fair considering you get a big, gorgeous arrangement and pot to take home. Also, BYOB. :)

I absolutely loved my experience at The Flower Social. I hosted a private party for a group of ladies and we had a blast!The location and set up was adorable and perfect. Mel, the owner was so helpful and organized from beginning to end. She also did an amazing job teaching us how to make an arrangement. She was upbeat and fun the entire time.I am looking forward to many more public and private events here. If you’ve never gone, go! You’ll be so happy you did.

I attended a flower arranging workshop with a group of girlfriends recently. The Flower Social provided a nice variety of flowers that were absoultey beautiful. The owner was super friendly and helped guide us along with suggestions while still letting us build our own masterpieces. We were able to bring our own wine to sip while we created. We will defenitely come back again! If youve ever watned to take your floral skills to the next level this class is a must.

Ive done an in person workshop as well as a virtual workshop and I loved them both! High quality materials, information is thoughtfully and thoroughly presented. Mel is fantastic and I look forward to doing more at The Flower Social!

I had followed the Flower Social on Instagram hoping to take a class at some point with my girlfriends. When she started offering virtual classes during Quarantine, I thought why not?. At least Ill get flowers out of it.Ive since participated in several of her beginner level classes and just took her next level class. It has been so enjoyable, fun and a great way to relieve stress during this time. Mel is also great at using Zoom to help us walk through what were doing and keeping an eye on your progress. Thank you for providing this resource!!Highly, highly recommend - worth every penny! Looking forward to taking classes in person even more now - once we can.

My friend and I recently took the beginning floral design class from home via Zoom and really enjoyed it! I’ve taken classes in the past (like...15 years ago!), which were great, but this was amazing. I actually liked being able to do this at home with my own tools, so I can get use to the idea of working in my own space. I learned so much in that one hour class and feel greater confidence in being able to work with flowers and create something beautiful!

I purchased a Mothers Day flower arranging workshop via Zoom for my mother and I. It was so much fun. Everything we needed was delivered the day before and Mel made it so easy to follow along. She was positive and I never felt judged on my arrangement. I plan to do it again.

What a great experience to have while learning something new and beautiful while spending time with your girlfriends and drinking wine. Win win win from every side. Mel is an awesome teacher and made everyone feel welcome and was super helpful throughout. And we got to walk away with beautiful bouquets that we made. I will definitely be back for Level 2 class! Mel was a great host and her passion for flowers and sharing her love and knowledge was evident. The class was fun and informative. All the materials we got to work with were fresh and beautiful. What a fun time! My friend and I decided to sign up for a class on a whim. We arrived with our own champagne and OJ for mimosas (their warehouse is BYOB!) ready to learn how to create our own arrangements. Tip: cups and straws are available if you need them! After a quick ice breaker to introduce everyone, we got to work. Everything is provided to you and Mel, the owner, did a great job of explaining each step and the whys of everything. My friend and I both had a blast. We signed up for their flower club too where we get greens delivered to us at a set schedule (1x - 4x per month) so we can practice arranging at home. Overall would definitely recommend!!

We had a flower social workshop for our wedding and built garlands, bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages. They all came out great and it was so much fun. Great group experience and super memorable. Mel was a gem!

For starters the boutique downstairs is amazing! So many handmade, unique things and it’s a great place to get gifts or special things for your own home. Upstairs is just as impressive and unexpected! It is such a well thought out area that is perfect for an intimate fun flower workshop. Mel is so fun to learn from! I got the Art of Arrangements class as a gift for my mom on Mother’s Day and it could not have been more perfect! I would recommend Mel and The Flower Social to anyone looking to have a super fun experience or looking to learn some awesome tips about all the beautiful things you can do with flowers.

I went to The Flower Social for a living garland workshop and absolutely loved it! It was a small class and we were treated with light snacks and drinks throughout the workshop. The instructor was so sweet and genuinely cared about each student. Would absolutely go again!

My husband and I took the wreath making class again this year because we had such a good time last year. Mel gives you good instruction, but lets you run with your own ideas. Shes great!

I took my fiancé to a wreath making workshop as a Christmas gift. One of the best gifts Ive ever found. The workshop was a ton of fun for both of us and we left with two giant, gorgeous wreaths. Mel was a phenomenal teacher, very knowledgable and made the class really fun. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Did the mothers day moms and mimosas special class and it was a blast! Both my mom and I had a great time and learned a lot. The best part though was that we each got to take an absolutely beautiful arrangement home! Much more thoughtful and fun than just buying her an arrangement would have been.

I’ve done several workshops here and it is the best of the best when in comes to florals! Mel is super knowledgeable and creates a very inviting, hospitable environment. The shop is adorable and has gifts and a cute retail section! def stop by if you’re on the east side!
