Im so impressed with Minutemans service. I submitted an order online for printing, and they noticed a discrepancy between my file size and the print size I requested, so they called me to confirm what I actually wanted before starting work. They even delivered to my house a day earlier than expected. Very, very happy with my experience here and Ill be using them again in the future for sure.

Wow- This was the easiest process I think I have ever had. I could only dream of the simplicity when booking travel, hotels, rental cars, etc- lol.I called and expressed my frustration with a previous vendor and that I needed rushed item- They helped me out SO quickly, emailing me my quote within minutes of getting off the phone. Such an amazing and fast turnaround on our wedding invitations! We looked around at a few of the fancier places that were quoting over $5 per invite and these guys came through and blew that away, and they did it in 2 DAYS! Kerry was also extremely pleasant to work with and even did some of the graphics work to help us out. They took our custom design and recommended the right paper and envelopes. A one-stop shop with great service and extremely great pricing!

These guys are AMAZING! Our company has had brochures and signs printed by them and they have always turned out beautifully and with a super quick turnaround. I called in the other day with an urgent last-minute job; even though they were swamped at the time, they went the extra mile and told me it would be ready for pick-up in 15 minutes. I dubbed them lifesavers to say the least. Customer service like this tends to be a rarity these days; the level of service and care they offer will keep me coming back!

I was in a last minute bind. Dave came through for me in under 2 hours and even helped me stuff the envelopes right there in the shop so I could make the overnight shipment. You dont see customer service like this much anymore. Its nice to feel like the priority, especially as a new customer. Theres no question Ill be calling them back when I need something.

Been starting to get all my prints done here more and more. Their quality is lightyears ahead of any FedEx Kinkos or Staples type place, and the customer service is amazing. Awesome at proofing and communicating about print designs with us. Ive used them for corporate and personal print jobs and they are always fantastic. Highly reccomend!

It has taken me a while to write this review. I ordered my grandmothers funeral programs from this place and they only printed 100 of the 300 programs I ordered. I was notified the MORNING OF the funeral that my order was not complete. I should have checked but if grief, there are others on your mind. I could not imagine not receiving the order in full. After calling and speaking to an associate and then a manager, they were not apologetic at all and were not able to offer an resolution. I had to get a family member to go TO THEM and pick up the rest of the programs that they just printed after my frantic call. I will NEVER use this business for anything again and will spread the word about who unprofessional and inconsiderate they are. They do not care about their customers so DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

Rude customer service, went in needing business cards and they advised I go home to design my own cards as they seemed too busy to spend the 5 minutes doing it and charging me. Good thing, because I went home and spent 15 minutes online designing WAY cool cards (including overnight shipping) that costed me a fraction of what they quoted.

Quick, efficient, and professional. Scott in particular is great. I recommend them and would use them again.

Fast, affordable, high quality printing and great customer service!

I spoke with Dave for almost a week trying to create an order I needed on a Monday, Friday he told me that he wouldnt be able to process and finish my order of one 36 x 18 poster until Monday. Completely wasted my time and opportunity to find another way to get what I needed complete.Lacking in costumer service and accountability, I will not be using this company again, I suggest you do the same.

No one called me when cards were ready. When I called to check status only 50% complete with no explanation. Quality of the order is less than ideal. Ink coverage spotty. I would expect lack of care from an online printer but expected more from Minute Man. When I called to cancel remaining order, the response was I believe those have already been plated with zero attempt to ask about my concerns. I get that its just a small business card order but the little things still matter. Bummer. Would have loved to cheer for this local business.
