This printing service is too overpriced for its quality. The website form is barely working, also credit purchasing system is absolutely disgusting. Why do I need to buy $15 credit for $12 printing (which is kind of expensive).

I got to the window and the curly haired woman wouldnt even let me speak or ask a question because she couldnt hear me with my mask on, so I moved it away from my nose (not taking it off) then she wouldnt allow me to ask a question either way, interrupting me saying put your mask all the way on your face in the most disrespectful tone. She acted like I was there to ruin her day, and I was just wanting some coffee and to use the printing services. Never coming here again. Snotty attitude.

Super Easy! Convenient location in Bennu Coffee on MLK, East Austin TX. Wow a tech product that actually does what it says it can do - what a concept! Wish it was a bit less expensive after the first page. But the convenience is fantastic

Super quick and easy. Just stand in front of the printer with your phone and email the doc to the email address posted at the kiosk, pay (via paypal or credit card) and the print comes right out!Great service. Thank you!

The printing wasnt cheap but it was super handy. One of the printer cords was unplugged, so I called the help line. They answered right away and the problem was sorted in just a couple of minutes.
