We tried to buy paper there yesterday, it was like pulling teeth. All they had on the shelves was $60/case... with a $40 rebate that doesnt work when you try to redeem it. After you spend the hours filling it out and mailing it in: it defeats the purpose of saving the money... it just costed you time. Then IF/when you finally get the rebate (we never received ours even though we mailed ours in) then it comes in the form of a gift card... thats just bad business. On their website theyve got cases of paper for as low as $25 without any rebates. I asked for those, but of course they werent in stock. When I asked about the $35 case on their website, they informed me theyd have to get it from the back because it wasnt on the shelves.... they were hiding it in the back! What the hell is that!?! I dont want to have to do a rebate to avoid overpaying for an item in the first place. Just charge the normal price and lets move on, or make it an instant rebate or something easier.

I went to staples this evening to search for tech equipment and was ignored by staff who assisted men whod come to the printer section after me. No one greeted me until I left the store.

The copy & print center employees are clueless on what theyre suppose to be in charge. Asked to get some engineering plans printed, dude was clueless had to asked his co-worker for help. Ive never had a problem with any other Staples.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Unable to find what we needed.

Its not that bad. It was a pretty normal Staples.

The automated workstations have a per minute charge while you are prepping print jobs what thats just insane.

I brought in a print/ copy job on a Monday was told it would be ready by noon Tuesday. Came back then was told they would be ready around 4. Came back at 4 was told they would be ready next morning. I called was told the job wasnt ready, they would call me when ready. I called back that afternoon was told they wouldnt be ready untill sometime Thursday. And, even then they may only be scanned and not copied. At that time I got a manager on the phone. Was told the job would be ready in morning. I just picked the job up. I have not checked the scanned CD yet. I had to go though and put everything in order. And, not all of prints where copied. I had to take the unfinished part of the job down the street to a local print shop. Hopefully they scanned everything to the CD as requested.
