Walked in at 6:58 & the employee didn’t even look at me and said “just letting you know we close at 7.” so rudely. no greeting, no smiling, no eye contact. i turned around and left & also made it known to other people who were walking in after me, which made them walk out as well. stop hiring mean girls! they are rude, insensitive, & bullies. it would have been different if she greeted us and said “hey, so sorry but we’re actually closing! can i help you real quick though find anything you need?” instead of being so ugly. retail 101, even when its about to be closing time you still attend customers or you lock the door at 6:55 then if you are too good to do your JOB. retrain these people! they are rude.

The worker who paid for my stuff was Maddy and she was so nice, she had the cutest outfit too k but this was on June 27 and she was kinda like shy quiet type but still she was so nice

One of the employees here is unbelievably rude and unprofessional! We took a clothing off of a certain shelf and she told us it’s a display so we understand and apologized. She then went ahead talk bad INFRONT OF US paying customers!!! I couldn’t believed it! I suggest before hiring your staff, please make sure they are mature and don’t have a nasty attitude towards customers. Don’t go to this store!

Im always anxious going here because of the reputation some of the other locations throughout the country, but my experience with this store has been great. The clothes are, of course, one size and run fairly small but many of them are quite stretchy and can fit a range of sizes, albeit on the smaller side. As long as you know that going in you should have a good experience. Regardless of all that, the store has always been super clean and organized whenever Ive been there and the sales girls are very nice!

I visited here this past weekend and they have a good selection of clothes. One of the workers by the dressing room asked if I needed help which I was surprised by, since most brandy melville store employees don’t even speak to you. I wasn’t blown away by the service but it was far better than the brandy melville in Houston. I’d come back again because I didn’t feel 100% judged by all the workers and the atmosphere didn’t seem as toxic as other brandy melville stores. If you’re scared to go here or any other brandy melville location, just don’t pay attention to the workers, be confident in yourself and don’t let snobby people get you down

The girls working there were kind and friendly. I got a good stack of clothes for a grey price. I was looking forward to the visit and got what I expected!

(Before I share I am on my brothers account so just note Im a girl.) I can into this store worried and nervous because of the reviews. I have been wanting to go to a brandy for so long. The front looked so nice and better than the pictures on yelp. I walked in and I was greeted. There was a good amount of people in the store and a nice selection of cloths. I came in cause I wanted to see if they had the cloths I liked online. They had most of it. They have a really nice interior and the employees arent bad at all. Something funny happened where two teen girls asked me, do you guys have denim shorts? I started to laugh cause im 13 and I dont work there. I said I didnt work their but I shoed them to the denim shorts anyway. I looked around and they had nearly everything I needed. They only had white and beige jelly tops though so the other colors you have to order. They also didnt have gina tops if any of you guys where looking for that. But they might have them at the alkaline mall in the pacsun. They had buckets of stickers and scrunchies. they also had a nice selection of jewelry, belts, and bags. And they dont only have one size. I saw mediums and larges and even extra larges on the Christy hoodies. They also greeted me out and everyone else. fair treatment and great experience. Will be coming back to make a purchase.

This place has the worst return policy I have ever seen. They will not allow you to try their “one size” clothing and they only give you 15 days to return it for store credit. A store that has a one size for everything so if one thing doesn’t fit there is nothing else you can buy. I was looking forward to buying things for my daughter but we could not do it.

I feel the employees need some retraining. No one greeted me when I walked in, but after being in the store for around 5 mins I did hear an employee tell customers entering the store that they were closing in 10 mins. If you’re new to this place, the sizing and prices can be confusing. The price tags have a list of different prices for different countries. Me not knowing anything about this store or their “one size” thing they have going on, i thought the price was the size. I guess I found it hard to believe what the store considered “one size”. After asking different 2 employees, I finally figured out the sizing and price of the clothing. The employee was pretty much trying to find a polite way to say most of their clothing is xs-a.Basically if you wear anything larger than a 6, or are curvy, you’re going to be limited on clothing options. The clothing is geared more for teens and girls in their early 20’s- im 27 and I felt like I was too old to shop there LOL but I did find some cute age appropriate clothes. The return policy sucks- you have 2 weeks to make a return, and your only options are exchange and/or store credit- you cannot try the clothes on, so picking out clothes that would possibly fit you is a guessing game (unless you’re a size 2).In a nutshell, the clothes are very cute and well made. The employees are very young and not friendly.

Have the cutest clothes I shop there all the time but I do think the people in this review section are very insensitive, some people have body weight issues and this store makes it worst for a lot of people, I genuinely am baffled by the ignorant people in this review section, I personal fit in there clothes and I used to think the same way as all these ignorant mean girls, but I realized how major the stores effect has on some people, please be kind some people can’t control these things. Other than that though cute clothes like I said before and kind workers.

Run away as soon as possible. Horrible experience! Bought clothing that did not fit me. Wanted to return. No way. They do not give refunds! They can give you their store credit!! How horrible! Never ever will return to the store. All clothing look cheap and extremely overpriced . Please learn from my mistake.

Brandy Melville is a store that has only one sized clothing items, although they do have oversized hoodie and sweaters. If you are a medium or large or higher I recommend other stores, but the store is aware of their clothes being one sized only. Their clothing items are made for girls who have a petite body and who are rather much tall. I recommend this store although they are pricey and if you dont have much money go on shein or rowme. Overall I would definitely shop at Brandy again.

I was hopeful to find something for my almost 11 year old however the staff were snobby. It felt like the set of Mean Girls. Wont be back.

This location is the BEST Brandy Melville Ive EVER visited in my life. The most friendly, upbeat young ladies you could hope to meet. The clothes are ONE SIZE, but theyre fairly stretchy. Youd be surprised! Totally would recommend.

Went here recently for the first time. It was a really nice store! My mom asked about sizing (because one-size fits all is very intriguing, and obviously it raises some questions) and the employee responded very short and snappy with an incorrect answer, like we weren’t deserving of her time of day. It was very upsetting because I loved the pieces there. Unfortunately I will have to pass on the cutest, best fitting jeans ever!

Cute store but doesn’t carry any other pant sizes than small. Also their tops and dresses are one size.

I was skeptical at first because ive heard all the brandy melville horror stories but i loved the service so much! The worker was extremely sweet and made me feel super comfortable :) I love the clothes so much they fit perfectly! I really wish they had one in my city because i loved it!

The store is always crowded and the prices arent that good for the quality. H & M has the same level of quality for a much better price, plus the store is loads cleaner. Overall, not impressed.

This store is awful. The employees are disrespectful and unwelcoming. I was never informed on their return policy so my money basically went to waste. I would give them 0 stars if i could. When I asked the employee who works there about the sizes she snapped at me and said there is only one size. Very poor and rude customer management. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

This store is always consecutive with great clothes, convenient prices, and impolite employees. The environment was unwelcoming as soon as we entered, welcomed with rude stares from the employees.

Every time i go to brandy to shop, im always eager to look through their nice selection of clothes. however, its difficult to bring yourself in to shop when the workers always act very unwelcoming and indifferent with their attitude towards customers.

Made a purchase for my Granddaughter and charged it to my Credit Card. They charged my account for the full purchase amount 3 times!!!! I called them to ask them to rectify the charges and they tried to push me to a customer service number not even in Texas. I told them that it was a problem in their store and that they needed to help fix it. They took my number!!! Right. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Not a customer focused business. We wont be back again.
