This is absolutely one of my favorite Goodwill locations in Austin. Though it isnt located in the nicest area, I find great things here and the employees are wonderful. Two standout employees are Chris and Luis. Chris is always super friendly and seems to be in a good mood constantly. And Luis is new, but is extremely courteous and helpful.

Fabulous Goodwill with high-end brands! My sister and I spent nearly 2 hours shopping this store and found tons of amazing stuff: lululemon, Eileen Fisher, Madewell, just to name a few. Great store with courteous employees! Good thing we live in Dallas or otherwise we’d be here weekly.

Amazing selection of clothing and activewear at reasonable prices. I have found numerous high quality pieces of athletic apparel for a fraction of the cost of new. Wonderful management and incredibly helpful staff who will go to great lengths to assist the customers.

At Goodwill stores you find quality used/new merchandise at a very low price purchased a pair of Western boots and a shirt for under $20.00 awesome prices and the personnel are always able to help you

This Goodwill location was clean, staff was friendly, and had plenty of things to go through. Prices were reasonable for a Goodwill with the exception with a few categories. Overall enjoyed my experience there found a few deals and will be a returning customer. The parking lot where this Goodwill is located can get a bit full due to a planet fitness and other franchise business in the area so you may need to park towards the back of the parking lot depending on the time you decide to visit.

Its been several weeks since I stopped by to make a donation on behalf of an out of town loved one. Although its been some time, I still remember the name of Eddie C. He helped tremendously with said donation. Keep it up, guy!

Absolutely disgusting pricing model at this location and whoever is in charge should be ashamed!

Clean! Smells better than other GWs I have been to. Also has a great selection of good brands and clothes in good condition. I love that it is organized by size! Makes thrift digging quick and easy.

I really liked this store. Everything is very organized. They have a lot of good name brand clothes for a cheap price. The dressing rooms are a great size with awesome lighting. The only complaints I have is that they need more baskets and more cashiers.

Customer service is consistently friendly and Ive found some pretty good things here. Okay place to shop even with uncontrolled toddlers screaming and running down the aisles. Dont buy DVDs or CDs from here, though. Almost all of them are damaged or unplayable.

The goodwill is better than others. But won’t come back alone. Group of men come in and hang around. It made me feel uncomfortable to shop because I was followed around the store. They would even stand outside the fitting room. Ig I can only blame the location.

A decent Goodwill, but Ive never really found anything there that Ive looked for. I do like their organizational style and store layout though...

I go to a lot of thrift stores and so far this has got to be one of my favorites. The staff is very friendly and the prices are.

This Goodwill has a nice variety of used and new goods for purchase. You can even find items with the tags still on if you look hard enough. They also sell snacks and drinks.

Probably the cleanest Goodwill Ive ever been in. Found all kinds of cute things here. Could use a little more staff actually doing their job instead of just hanging out in the corner chatting.

I really liked this store when it first opened, but I am very disappointed that they no longer have shopping carts. It was very difficult to shop, try on clothes or even try to purchase more than I could hold. I had a sore shoulder after shopping there 2 weeks ago. The dresses are hung up way to high! Friendly employees & clean store, but I will only go to stores that have shopping carts.

This place has good deals on furniture from time to time. The only time Ive had luck in the auction was the times Ive actually attended. Unfortunately the crowd on auction day at this location are the worst. PRO TIP: bid via silent auction at this location

Somebody stole a keyboard from us during sxsw so we was in a tight spot, so i ran over here and one of the guys was super helpful - he went to the back and found a keyboard for me as there were none out on the floor. AND advised me against buying another piece of electronics that he knew was broken. - Will be back here before i leave town.Also picked up a mint copy of the self titled Rage Against the Machine album, so been happily rocking that too.

The prices are way too high. Even DD’s has better prices on NEW clothes. Idk how the “pricing manager” can sleep at night knowing she’s ripping off people the way she does. But then again, she doesn’t care because it’s not her money being stolen like that. On other ocasions, the merchandise has a price and when trying to get it, they say..... “the price for that it’s actually higher. Someone changed the price”. Using that accusing tone of voice. If you so strongly believe it, check your cameras and get burned. Then at least offer an apology for being dead wrong.

Nice thrift store. I bought some kitchen things here and a nice button down shirt which looks new.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. I recommend good will on riverside to any one.

Great place to pick up a bargain. The Saturday auctions can be exciting.
