I bought an iPhone 11 here and they activated it with my carrier. I had a good experience, would come back in future.

If I could give them 0 I would I bough and iPhone 8 Plus they keep telling me it was a brand new phone which it was not it was not in a box that phone only less two months and it start giving me problems it was a refurbish phone the owner did not even wanted to give a charger for it, i even said ok give me my money and keep your phone well I was in the store and he says no, so be careful before you pay, I dont recommend this place at all, they are scammers...A este lugar le daría 0 si se pudiera, está gente te venden los teléfonos restaurados y te dicen que son nuevos, ni el cargador te dan.... son estafadores!!!

The best place you can go to buy your phone, they have warranty and the phones are really unlock for any country and company, also you can activate your line there. The prices are cheaper there then at any other place.

I feel like the people writing the negative reviews for this place are asking above and beyond what a wireless store can provide. I had a fairly simple problem with my sim car not working and they fixed it immediately with a simple device. The service was friendly and Id highly recommend them again.

I came in to get my phone looked at and was told to wait 15 mins for the manager. And that was at 3:55. Went back up there at 4:20 and was told that hewasnt going to be there till 6. At 6 I called to see if he was there and she said he would be there 6:30. 6:27 the store worker called me and told me he wouldnt be there till 9 but he would be there for sure at 9. It is now 9:28 and Im up he waiting in my car for him to get here still.

Unhappy customer. The manager Max is a liar he told us a phone was valued at 370 we purchased for 250 Walmart had the same phones for 99 dollars brand new. Max also said I had 10 days to return . Went to return the phone in 7 days did not give me my money back. Instead I was forced to get another phone that was useless. Please beware before you shop here.

These two stars are for the business owner only. Otherwise if hes not there his business will not move forward with his staffs. I had a bad experience with them getting my Samsung Galaxy Note II charging port repaired,it took 3 weeks from the day I dropped off my phone to this store, I have been told to come back tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow until 3 weeks going to this store every day! Until the business owner got involved and tried to fix the problem offering me the free repair service. Otherwise if you dont speak Spanish dont go to bother this guys staffs in this store

We came here on the first day in Austin to buy a pre-paid card for 30 days. Everything has been tried and we were told it will work fine in our cell phone. We took the SIM card with us, used it at home and nothing worked.So we went back the next day, we were told that the SIM card was probably defective.Unfortunately, it took the employee almost an hour to find out. The SIM card was exchanged, everything so far so good!Unfortunately the WLAN failed and the SIM card could not be activated. She said we should take the SIM card with us, she activates it for us as soon as the WLAN works again and it should work in about 2 hours. Nothing worked !!!The next day we went back, after trying it for another hour we were told that it might not work for our cell phone after all.The lady that day was very nice and did her best, called customer service etc.It turned out that the employee from the day before hadnt cleaned the whole thing up and thus the SIM card couldnt work! So she changed the SIM card again and had it activated by customer service! Unfortunately it didnt work out and she said we should come back when the boss is there so that he can fix the whole thing. So we went there a fourth time.So far we didnt care if we got the internet, we just wanted our money back.The boss explained to us that it was not true that the first SIM card was defective and that they had already wasted $ 10 (for the new SIM cards) because of us. His employee simply had no idea what he was doing she speaks. It wouldnt be his problem that the SIM card on our device doesnt work after all. (and insured at the beginning) We could buy a cheap cell phone and use it during that time!We lost over 5 hours of our time in this shop for not solving the problem and paying $ 45 for it NOT REFUNDED !!!!If the boss himself says that his employee had no idea what she was talking about, then something is going wrong!The owner insured it would work at the beginning, it is actually up to him to straighten the whole thing again and it would definitely have been the fine way to at least reimburse the money.The girls in there are super nice, did their best and couldnt help it at all!If there were zero stars, it would be a fat 0 !!!
