I wish I could give this place Zero stars Im actually surprised it has a good rating because I took my phone in to get the front screen fixed and half of the screen just shut off a little over a week after getting it fixed, so I called them and asked if I can take it in and that I really didn’t wanna pay another $130 just for the front screen to be able to get fixed but when I took it in I was told there was a crack even tho the phone hadn’t been dropped so they were willing to give me a 10$ off even though it wasn’t even worth the price so I said I’d go somewhere else and another week later the screen fully started popping out of the phone and still is. Terrible service, you might as well take your phone to apple to get fixed or where you bought your phone because it’s not worth the price. I feel robbed of my money and now my phone is in even worst condition thanks. Don’t go here (also there was no crack on the screen)

Update: needed charging port replaced. I was up and out in less than 45 minutes. Very fast service and also gave me a discount since I was just recently there for a different repair.Pretty good overall. Not an authorized apple reseller but were up front when I asked if they were. They did use apple OEM battery in my phone so I let them do the work. I thought they could be a little more cost competitve since theyre not apple certified. Overall solid job and would recommend using them. Basically same price for apple battery replacement at apple store.

I have a iPad Pro, went there for the screen to get replaced but everything else on it was working fine. When I picked it up it was loosing battery very fast. They broke my face, ID. And now today I went to turn it on and it’s completely black. So if you ask me I wouldn’t bring my stuff there

So this is wierd and really my fault for not reading. Staff there implied a lifetime replacement, too gullible i am....yes, a warranty replacement, only if you can prove it was due to them....#never. look, for half the cost of the phone, think real hard before you do this.

I broke the screen on my Samsung cell phone Saturday night (yup, day after Christmas), this is a 3yr old phone and not even a popular model but it is special to me. called around town Sunday and only Todd is willing to take my case and he special order the OLED replacement screen for me right then. 2 days later Todd bring my phone back to life, i cant tell you how happy i am right now!! He admits that he has never seen this phone model before and he is not sure about if the fit is perfect. I am a satisfied customer and thats all that matters!

Oh my goodness, LIFE saver — I was literally in desperate need to find a cellphone screen repair place seeing that my toddler cracked my phone terribly bad, I’m talking lots of cracks from every angle of the screen with these awful black screen spots —honestly I was skeptical on if I should of went to CPR due to the awful condition my phone was in. Anyhow I took my phone up to CPR and my phone was fixed within a hour — once I received my phone, I noticed a big difference (in a good way) it was like receiving a completely new phone! This place is AMAZING 🙌! I had dropped my phone in water, the screen started to change colors then was half bright with dark blue spots. I had initially went to another place to the water out but it was still glitching and the tech person said to get another phone. So I came here and the guy fixed my phone within hours! Phone repair was pretty quick (45-60 minutes) Employee was super cool and took the time to fix my iPhone 7. Since I seem to only drop my phone when the case is off. I visit these guys a lot plus there’s 5 phones in the house so I’m not te only one dropping things, my wife son and daughter had to replace their screens from accidental break. They are quick they do a great job but not all that affordable.

Brought in my Samsung S9 for a screen replacement. Cost about $250 which is pretty close to ordering the screen myself. Fixed it in a two hour window; the workers and manager were all outstanding people.

4/28/20....made an appt for 12pm but came in and was able to talk to someone at 11am. Was informed that they didnt have part for my Note 8 and he could order it but it wouldnt be done today. That was NOT an option I was about to run with. As I was getting ready to turn and leave...he gave me another screen option that could work and if it didnt, he wouldnt charge me so I immediately jumped on it and booom. Phone worked! Rather than just let me go, he knew how bad I needed the phone that day so he helped me out. Big time customer service!!

Todd and Matt worked for weeks on my blackberry - yes, you read that right - an older phone that i was VERY attached to. After several special ordered parts failed to fix it, they were somehow able to keep it on long enough to pull all my data out and switch it to my new phone. The man working the front got my phone working again in about 10 minutes. I got the impression that they were trying to build long-term customer relationships instead of extracting what money they could out of a single repair. Thats unusual in a repair shop, but I will definitely be referring people in their direction in the future.

Here is the Deal!Todd and Cory at the Austin In and Out Smart Repair are legit. My phone couldnt hold a charge and the screen was cracked to pieces. I tried going through my provider, but still had a year on my contract. I tried using my insurance (ASCENSION), and they were still asking for almost $200 on top of the monthly premium I was paying.I was pretty pissed, so I made a last stitch effort and brought my iPhone 5s In & Out Smart Repair. I left 20 minutes later with a phone that looked new, acted new, and still had all of my stuff on it. No transferring data, no lost contacts, no gouging prices or up selling to extract more money from me, just GREAT customer service.If your phone isnt charging or your screen is cracked you gotta check these guys out. Dealing with your phone provider and phone insurance can be a pain. Dealing with In & Out is simple and easy.

Cory very quickly diagnosed my phone. He also changed the battery out in about 30 min. Ive done my own iPhone battery replacements but Cory had the part in stock for my iPhone so I decided to let him do it. Hes got skills and knows what he is doing. Plus they provide a lifetime warranty on the parts and labor.
