Chad, Robert, and the team did a fantastic job. First meeting and estimate were conducted and obtained quickly, and they ended up waiting around for us to make decisions and schedule meetings rather than the other way around. We paid exactly what we expected, the work was done quickly and effectively. Had all of our older homes ugly tan laminate flooring and tile removed and replaced with a beautiful dark, quality vinyl plank. Transformed our house to the way weve always wanted it. The amount of work that was done could have been way more stressful, but everything was done above our expectations and took a lot of physical and mental burden off our family. Highly recommended.

They keep sending me quotes via text and Ive never even contacted them. Cant even reply back to get them to stop. Theyre like a psycho ex-girlfriend with these texts. One star until they fix that.Edit: Chad was nice enough to message me and straighten out this mess. While I havent used their services, their customer service is pretty sweet. Im giving them five stars on their promptness and politeness.

My experience working with Total Pro Flooring was great. The installers are wonderful. They are hard working, fast, and professional. I was very comfortable having them in my home. The whole process from first appointment to completion was easy, not stressful at all. I will use them for all my future flooring needs.

Review is for materials only. They have a good selection of flooring and can order pretty much any flooring you ask for at great prices. They seemed to be able to get it in quicker than other places as well. I had issues with two and half boxes of flooring delivered damaged and unusable. Check your materials before installers arrive. Pushed the completion of my project back 2+ weeks. They didnt offer any replacements or refund. Communication is very poor and lacking at times. You have to pull strings to get ahold of anyone. Note: Materials pick up is at a different location than their showroom at a place with a different name. No mention of this by anyone at the company. More time wasted due to lack of communication.

We called Total Pro to install some porcelain tile we purchased at our Lowes. They were great. Everyone we dealt with did an awesome job. We paid extra on labor due to the distance, but it was well worth it. Hugo and the other installers were fabulous. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Total Pro!

We purchased engineered wood but weren’t ready to install yet and they were great about holding onto it for us as long as we needed. The guys who installed were AMAZING! Chad and his team were fantastic throughout the entire process of updating the floors in our new home. We upgraded from gaudy mismatching peel&stick laminate and carpet (yes, carpet even in the master bath!) to hardwoods throughout everywhere except the kitchen and bathrooms (they got tile). The tile flooring install was done professionally and looks great.We had a hardwood product defect (from another vendor), but Chad and his install crew were quick to alert us right away as soon as they noticed, and then worked with us to remedy the problem and reschedule another install. Most other installers would have finished the job and said not my fault, but these guys earned my trust by doing things the right way.Jesus and the hardwood crew were hands down the best set of installers Ive worked with. They were on time every morning, respectful, clean, and did an incredibly professional job with 1400+ sq ft of hardwood and baseboard install.Overall, I was very impressed with the value and overall care Chad and his Total Pro team provided.

I bought a 30x60 inch tile from Floor and Decor. I had the horrible idea to cheap out on the installation and hire an independent contractor off the street. It was a very bad idea, especially when dealing with such an uncommon tile size. Everything the contractor installed was crooked and to top it off he ghosted me before completing the job. I then hired another contractor who also ghosted me after he did part of the work. I then finally decided to do more research and found some true Total Pros. William came to give me an estimate and then he emailed me the quote the next day on a Thursday, the price was very competitive compared to other companies. I signed the contract on Friday and on Monday, Santos and his crew started the work. They worked so hard, 8:30 am till 7 pm, I was fine with it because I wanted this done ASAP. They finished up the work and fixed uneven areas the previous contractors messed up. They were done by Thursday noon, then the baseboards guys came, the installers name was Hugo, he was very professional too and did an excellent job. Everything was done by Friday afternoon. Before I started this tile adventure, I didnt realize the importance of hiring good installers, at the end of the day, youll walk on your floor everyday, so do yourself a favor and hire the professionals instead of independent contractors. Im very happy with my experience with Total Pros, Ill recommend them to everybody I know.

I rarely take time to review businesses, but our experience with Chad at Total Flooring was so positive and his team’s work so good, I wanted to share. Chad has a wealth of knowledge on wood flooring and is amazingly candid, responsive, and patient. We replaced about 1500 sq ft of wood flooring. Will use Total Flooring for other projects and highly recommend. (Don’t be turned off by the “showroom,” which is more like a man cave than a design center. He’s invested in talent vs. appearance.)

I didnt get the chance to use them, but I did get a quote and Chad was super quick to respond and explained everything excellently. I hope to get the chance to hire them soon!

I recently had new laminate floors and base boards installed throughout most of my home in Cedar Park. Chad worked with my project, assisting me with the order and purchase of materials from Floor and Decor. He was a great help along with his son William who works at Floor and Decor. Im very happy with my new floors and the team that installed them. Noe and his crew worked quickly, yet thoroughly to complete the project with beautiful results. Helpful and professional. The office definitely looks like a workplace, and the friendly staff answers any questions quickly. I got several quotes and options from them. Their prices are competitive. I was not pushed into something I didnt like or couldnt afford. I havent bit the bullet do to some other household problems taking first seat, but I would definitely recommend these guys as Ive seen their work first hand.

By far the best company weve worked with during our remodel process. Quote was fair, accurate and had no hidden fees. They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said theyd be done. We used Total Pro for our tile work and Home Depot for our wood flooring-I wish we would have used Total Pro for all of it!

I called Total Pro for about 1100sqft of space in our home. Chad came out and took measurements promptly and had an estimate for me the next day. Once we settled on the best option for my space he had me take some samples home. When we finally decided on flooring Chad sent his team over in a week. They were professional and did a great job in our house. They cleaned up after themselves well. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the amount of time they spent in my home, they were in and out in 2 days. As amazing as it was to have all the work knocked out, they were in the house until almost dark, 8pm on both days. Not so amazing during the week when you have kids to get fed and settled for bed when floors are being installed at the same time. Otherwise, we love our floors!

Went to Floor n Decor and picked out flooring. They set me up with Total Pro Flooring through Installations Made Easy. NOT EASY! Nobody had me in their system and I had to make numerous calls to get someone out. When he did come out, he was obviously ill and coughing. I was very uneasy about this as I watch small children and dont need the germs. He wasnt able to do the thing I requested, but said he would measure and give me an estimate via email that evening. True to my experience thus far, none ever arrived. Both Floor n Decor and Total Pro Flooring really dropped the ball here!

William and his team are just simply amazing. They are honest and never pushy. He is a kind and gentle and really knows his stuff. They do a fantastic job and do more than flooring.

Beware of this company! 3 months after they did a improper installation they still wont honor their work or warranty. Got them through Floor and Decor, who also wont help their customer get closure.Even your review response below is wrong. No 100% refund request was made and theres nothing about grout!!!You cant even get your own teams facts right!!!

This was a fiasco and the team Total Pro sent out to my house was inept and unprofessional! Watch out and make sure who they send actually can lay floors. 5 Days to do a master suite floor. Messed up and left a huge bump, had to come pull up floor sand down (THE FRICKEN DUST WAS EVERYWHERE AGAIN BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP) This kid could never arrive in morning expected to be able to just hang and stay after 6:30pm for fricken 5 NIGHtS..showed up on Sunday at 4pm with two others!! Amatuers, Inept, Unprofessional. I would not wish this on anyone. The floor now sits with a mixture of ALL the dust from concrete etc and mineral spirit oil he took his one cloth and wiped all over the floor! It will take steam cleaning to possibly fix this.

William was fantastic throughout the entire process. Wasted weeks prepping and discussing the install for wood and once we finalized and agreed I cancelled on the other contractors to go with them and then they pulled out because installing this particular wood was too much responsibility. They dont want to take any liability and just waste your time. Wouldnt recommend at all.

What a terrible experience! Chad the president is like dealing with a used car salesman. He is obnoxious and pushy and when asked to stop he just say “we have too much business and some want to work with you anyway.”Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

I had Chad give me a quote eight years ago for wood flooring but decided not to then invest in replacing all the existing carpeting for hardwood. We decided now is the time for such a project and I found Chads old quote and gave him a call.I also called four other vendors.
