Retail with a bar. How do you not like that? Ive generally found exactly what I was looking for in here but they dont always have every size/color option - but thats what the internet is for. Great location and always a fun shop/browse experience. If you park in the garage next door and buy something, be sure to ask for a validation ticket!

Beautiful and creative store highlighting all the wide variety of colors and latest products of a quality brand. Their flagship store is located in a visible spot along the Colorado River.The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Such a great store.

So rare to see brands behave like this, literally sell mugs and coolers but I was DYING to spend because of the perfect story being told throughout the store. As a consumer, YETI hit my whole story, even down to my dog.

Fun stop but didn’t really seem to offer anything that you can’t get anywhere else - just has all the products where another store might just carry a couple.Parking is a little strange. It seems that there are two or three parking spots out front but they validate parking in the deck just behind the store.

Awesome store, nothing outside of whats on the website. Plenty of color options! I came from out of town and even have Yeti stock, wish they had some exclusive colors, designs or products that made this the flagship store visit worth the stop.

Really great spot to hang out with friends at the bar. $$$—You can find a lot of the products cheaper at other stores.

Wow. What a beautiful store. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Its the Flagship so the selection is amazing. The outside bar is nice. There is a stage for the occasional in house performance or media announcement.

The bartender was so friendly, it made our experience worthwhile. Glad for the selection of drinks and we were able to watch our team on the big screen. Nice place to just relax for a moment and enjoy Austin.

Very well stocked store, attentive staff in the store, and in the bar. Very organized, and clean aesthetic. They stayed on top of making sure the guests were helped, the shirts were neat, and folded, and they made sure all the cups were front faced with no gaps. *attention to detail if you will* the kids enjoyed choosing a cup, and looking at the display in the center of the store as well. They also appear to be a live music venue! We didnt experience that, but saw the stage fully set up with yeti branded music equipment. The kids also thought that was really cool. I thought it was also cool that I was able to get a commemorative bat t-shirt at their store!

We visited Yeti to purchase a few gifts. The building is beautifully designed with a stage for live music (though I have no idea when that happens) and a bar with booze and treats. Very cool. There is a small area at the entrance patio where you can play corn hole and chill. As far as Yeti products, they had a few accessories I’d never seen before for the yeti buckets and coolers, a few solid colors for tumblers that I’d also not seen before, but really only red, white, black and navy were available. If you like Texas schools, they had some UT and Tech items, a cool dog bowl and some tees. Honestly, I expected to find some cool accessories like tumbler stickers, cool tumbler painted designs and kid products. There is very little street parking and nothing nearby, and there is a parking garage for the hotel next door. Nothing states where Yeti customers are allowed to park. We also forgot to ask for parking validation (our fault). The staff was friendly and asked if we needed help twice. If you’re in the market for a yeti product and happen to be in the area, it’s worth a visit, but I’d be just as satisfied with what’s online or at Academy Sports.

Beautiful building dedicated to the outdoors. It is truly like a museum to outdoorsmanship with a bunch of gorgeous displays including a bear, famous boat, and viewing area for little video documentaries. Outside, there is the chillest bar with a rotating tap of local beer including Friends and Allies, Live Oak, and Twisted X. Come here just to enjoy all the smallest details of reclaimed wood, rustic feels, and beautiful lighting. Beyond that, every type of Yeti device is sold inside in all the available colors including a customization workshop. I personally walked away with two beers in my belly and a tumbler in hand.

Make this Yeti flagship store a destination in Austin. It’s located on Congress Avenue on the south end of the Congress Bridge. The employees here are very friendly and welcoming.I enjoyed learning more about the Yeti history and browsing their many product lines. They also have a little seating area that plays short films throughout the day.The bar outside the store has beer, wine and sparkling wine as well as sodas. You can use a Yeti loaner to keep your drink cold. There’s a shaded patio near the bar but no AC and it’s 100 degrees today so we didn’t stay for a drink.I have a few Yeti products and live them. Next purchase is probably the Yeti dog bowls!

Its an outdoor store... Its a bar,... Its unique! YETI make the mother of all coolers, you have to see them to believe them. From a single mug ( I bought one for my commuter coffee)Through to units big enough to hide a body.... No, seriously they are massive! The bar uses them to keep their beers cold! Friendly staff, and did I mention the live music....

Large YETI flagship store with sooo many colors and just overall stuff to choose from. Staff was super helpful and friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Prices were reasonable too for such quality items. Highly recommend a visit if not buying some high quality stuff from here.

Went in to buy a mag slider lid for one of my cups and they would not take cash. Credit only. I didnt end up purchasing because of their dumb credit only policy right now. I will not do business with a place that will not accept cash.

I recently moved into the area and I was excited to know I would be close to a yeti store because I’ve wanted to get a rambler for a while (which I bought at the store and I cant wait to use it) I had high expectations for the store and it really did not disappoint me. I wish they would have had a few more color options for the ramblers considering this is their hometown store location, they only had the same colors you can get online but that was the only problem I had. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. But by far my favorite part is that they are a dog friendly store, We brought our 6 month Mini Australian Shepard puppy and they even had treats from him! :) It was a great experience and I will definitely be coming again. I highly recommend you visit this location.

Worth a visit it will not be disappoint. The ambience of this location is pretty awesome. As an added bonus your dog is welcome. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. We were greeted by all the employees we came across. We will definitely be back after Covid to enjoy a cold one at the bar with our pup! I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for unfortunately but I still walked out with a purchase. They validate parking too.

You learn a lot about the company and how they started. A great place to shop for the best coolers and some beers at the outside bar. They also have a cool custom cooler setup where you can build your own cooler with logos, color selections, and they even gift wrap it. A great idea for someone looking for a quality cooler.

Great if you like Yeti. Parking is available at the hotel lot next door (they will validate your ticket), so dont bother with the street parking. Anything Yeti you want is there, in bunches of colors. I mean, its crazy expensive, but if youre already going there, you know that. But, hey, free stickers!

I placed an order for a yeti ad a mothers day gift for my mom. I placed this order 2 weeks ago with a ship date of 04/30 to 05/06. I called this morning to get the status as its now May 7th and not only did it not ship, its not even ready to ship. So not only will it not be shipped out in time for Mothers Day, but since I was having it engraved they will not allow me to get a refund. Maybe Im expecting too much, but this feels like very poor customer service and a lack of appreciation for their customers.

Visited the flagship store to pick up my prizes from the txmonthly bbq contest. Great store, well planned with tons of display areas. The employees were very helpful and quick to collect my items and get me back on my way.

So, we went to purchase a Hopper 12 cooler in person and to check out the flagshop store for the first time ever. As we walk in, we cant help notice the staff is not that friendly, just short, curt answers to a couple questions we had about the coolers that werent priced.We found our cooler and the ice pack that fits it and proceeded to check out. The ice pack rings up $29.99 even though the sticker said $19.99. The cashier (mflores) said someone may have marked it incorrectly, that it rang up with correct price...awkward silent. Mind you, its only a 10 dollar difference, but seeing as were spending over $300 on a cooler and theyre a multimillion dollar company...youd think theyd honor the price on the item. They didnt...okay, no problem.Then, as were paying, the cashier next to us asked her customers if they needed to validate their parking. Our cashier didnt ask us to validate our parking. We were parked at the Hyatt, so it would have been nice, but it was already a weird transaction...we just wanted to get out of there.I wish we had just gone to Academy for our purchase. At least they are down-to-earth, friendly, and helpful. It was just a meh visit when we were expecting more from the flagship store. Too bad because we love the products, but will stick to Academy for purchases. These reviews probably dont mean a thing to corporate, but it should.January 1st 2021

Store was super cool, bought two items and was told they would ship items and had I not called to see what was going on with my package it probably would not have shipped. It sat there 4 days before the put a label on it to ship, gentleman said yes I just put a label to ship to you. I would have got it faster ordering online. The bar area was super fun and love all the stickers they put on the Yeti coolers, will do that to mine now.

Im not a big fan of Yeti on principle (I mean, its a $500 cooler for cripes sake!) but I have to say their Austin store is worth experiencing. Doing a staycation at a nearby hotel with the kids and wandered in here with a couple of free drink vouchers for their onsite Baaar. Kids immediately engaged with the stuffed bear, interactive product specifications display, and streaming product demos. I was impressed that they will gift wrap and ship your purchase for free! Thats some good value on a $24 Lowball tumbler shipped across the US. The Baaar serves local brews in cans in their Yeti Rambler can koosie. There are free stickers. They even validate parking at the Hyatt garage. So, okay Yeti, you got me. Well played.

Gorgeous shop with incredibly polite and helpful staff. They go to great lines to protect their customers during covet, as I saw them wiping down surfaces and sanitizing, with face masks and hand sanitizer available. Will be sure to go back and send friends.

The place has a tribute to Austin legend Aaron Franklin and his smoker! How cool is that? Plus sitting on an iconic Yeti cooler while you sip a 512 pecan Porter, watching the crowds gather across Congress Ave for the nightly Mexican split tail bat parade. Doesnt get much more Austin authentic than that. Alright, alright, alright...

Super cool!! There is an outdoor area with a bar, TVs and coolers for seats. Indoor is almost like a music venue. Totally fitting for Austin! Great selection. We got a couple mugs and a t-shirt for the kiddo. Definitely worth stopping if you are in Austin!
