Ordered $350 worth of gear on May 6, 2021for a Mothers Day gift and still have not recieved gear or my money back. I have emailed many many times. I received an email on May 20th that said they were going to send my gear out right away and still NO gear 9 days later. I have emailed multiple times for an update on this order and I get 0 responses back. I have been receiving their automated emails about sales and wanting me to review their products! In hopes to get this resolved, I went to their page and gave a 1 star review on each of the items I bought. I received emails today (5-29) saying they wont be publishing my reviews!!!! Now to Google and Yelp for a review to warn buyers that if anything happens with your order you are SOL with getting anything taken care of. You will be ignored and they will take your money!!!!

I love Kammok products, but they have a lot of product lines. Stopping by their gear store allowed me to figure out exactly what I needed, and the staff was very helpful!

Not only did they have everything I wanted, they had several options that were showing as sold out online.

Kammok has wonderful products and even more wonderful staff! Lauren, you are great and should get a raise or something. She was there every step of my warranty claim, even calling me to make sure I did put the claim in. At first I didnt know what to do because i had bought the straps with a kickstarter bundle years ago. So I emailed and asked, then I received a call from Lauren and an email too! Everything went so smooth, I will definitely be getting more gear from kammok, not just because the customer service is the pinnacle of service, but also because the gear is so great! So inventive...the only thing is, I wish it came in pink, but I wish everything came in pink. You have made this backpacker very happy! Youll be seeing my orders come rolling in. Great place thats not like the impersonal big box stores. Staff was helpful and very knowledgeable. This is was my first time here but I plan on returning.

Not pretentious, yet loaded with high quality gear describes the Kammok Gear Shop. They manage to pair a laid back vibe with performance equipment. Their super soft Tshirts are simply dreamy.

Kammok Taco Tri - Although I wasnt able to do the bike ride, I met up with the group at Barton for the run/swim. No better start to a Thursday than meeting up with the Kammok team and other kammok enthusiasts for a 5k+ trail run and refreshing spring swim to get the sweat off. Everyone is warm and welcoming, which is important when during the Barton Spring swim and taco breakfast.Also, ended up buying a sweeeeet hat from the gear shop at the end for my vball tournament. Compliments came pouring in.
