We just had custom cabinets installed in a house we are renovating and could not be more pleased. We had no idea where to start in the process. The entire kitchen was gutted. Our contractor recommended Anna at Kent Moore to us and that is where we started. Her expertise was such a gift in narrowing down our options and making decisions. She was full of helpful ideas and had endless selections to show us. Every question was answered and we left the showroom with a plan and confidence the job would be done right. One trip and done! She came out and measured in the space. The cabinets are beautiful and they fit the space perfectly. Meeting someone as kind and patient as Anna through the process is just an added bonus. Cant recommend this group more highly!

We recently needed to select cabinets for our home. We were referred to Kent Moore Cabinets and Im so glad we were. We worked with Anna Adler and had the best experience. I would give 10 stars if possible! The showroom is lovely, the cabinets are great quality and Anna is a total pro who also took an active interest in our order. The customer service truly is from a bygone era ~ she went above and beyond each step of the process during the two months we worked with her. HIGHLY recommend Kent Moore Cabinets!

I had some color issues with my cabinets. I appreciate all the work that Anna Adler and Jimmy Smith did to color correct the issue! The cabinets are very nice and we get lots of compliments on our kitchen.

Great place to visit and work for

I’m coming back to revise my review. After I posted the review 3 people from Kent Moore contacted my husband then set up an appointment to come to our house to take a look at our cabinets. Three people came to our house looked over everything. They said we want to do the right thing. From their observation they decided to replace the doors that were rough from the spray and are here right now replacing them. I’m very pleased with such a fast response we got from them on correcting the problem. I’m very thankful for the professionalism and kindness they showed us after the first incident. Thank you to all the people involved in taking care of us and making this right.We had some spots on our cabinets that were shiny the guy came to look at them today. He sprayed what we think was lacquer from a can he did not put anything to cover our marble counter tops or dark wood floors. Our entire kitchen and counters and floors were covered in a white thick film. Also once he was done he did not offer to clean anything up until we said something he wiped some of the counter down. We asked him if the material he sprayed would hurt our counter tops he said”I don’t think so” really shouldn’t you know that before you come into someone’s home and spray chemicals everywhere???? Then he said it would take a while to dry well now that they are dry the cabinet doors feel like sand paper instead of a smooth surface like they did before. Im just really disappointed that they didn’t take the time do the job the proper way and clean up the mess . Good customer service goes a long way so does bad.

Ten years ago our contractor used Kent Moore for our cabinets. Recently we had water damage to a small section of a cabinet. Kent Moore still had our records, was able to match our cabinet, and order the needed replacement- all within a week!!! Excellent service!

I used Kent Moore a few years ago and they did an excellent job at a fair price. I decided to use them again on a remodel and their rep Noe came out the same day on time, gave great ideas and took good measurements. After he left, he never got me a bid despite repeated calls. Finally, he sent me an email with only $9500 on it. No plans, specs, or any other info. Just the price. Very disappointing experience. If they were too busy for my job, they should have politely let me know that at the time of the appointment.
