I wanted to write a quick review for this company because even though I did not hire them for the project, they were a pleasure to interact with. Servando (the owner) came out to my home multiple times and engaged with multiple vendors to try to help get a quote together on my project. Pricing was reasonable. Ultimately timing is why we didn’t select them on this. That said, I am confident that they would have done great work for us and am hopeful to hire them in the future. Definitely give them a call.

Unfortunately I cant recommend using this company if you have a somewhat smaller project. I hired them to knock down a wall in my new place, as well as install some lighting where it didnt exist. The work itself was fine once it was completed, but getting it completed was a pain.- I was told electricians would not be installing lighting, and I just needed to mark where the canned lights would go. I came to find out the electricians installed the lights, and they were the wrong lights all together. I had specified the electricians couldnt stay past 8 due to neighborhood rules, and they stayed past 11.- More than one occasion they showed up more than 30 minutes late- I had sent the contractors the tile I wanted to use, and we had discussed them picking it up. It wasnt until the day of that the tilers asked me if I had the tile. The tile was no longer available and I had to scramble and choose another one.- I was told drywall and paint would occur on a specific date. I called to ask where they were when they were over 30 minutes late, just to find out it had been rescheduled, without me being notified.I did tell the owner all this, and they assured me they would improve their process, but wanted to share my experience with others.

I have had Anything Around the House come out on several occasions to do minor handyman work. Servando and his crew are very polite, capable and professional service people. They arrived on time every time they have been to my house. Yesterday, Tony installed a ceiling fan and encountered some difficulty. I was charged the estimated price and no extra for his extra time.I highly recommend Anything Around the House !

We had a project we wanted done for our kitchen where we needed our cook-top replaced with a slide in range and some new ventilation. We knew it was going to be difficult and expensive and were ready to move forward with someone. The guy who came to our house looked at it and said it wasnt possible and then made up some lame excuse about not having his glasses and left.A week later we had another business come out to look it over and they made it happen, and, it was relatively inexpensive. Its a shame because we wanted to keep it local and close to our neighborhood.

As a Commercial Construction Superintendent in need of residential services, I spoke with numerous contractors about our home remodel. I found that Anything Around The House was the most honest with their quote and realistic about time management and expectations. Servando was professional and brought forth great concepts/ideas towards our project. For that, we appreciate AATH and look forward to working with them in the future.

In April 2016, Anything Around the House replaced our roof with quality materials and solid workmanship. They did such a quality job that I had them construct and mount new gutters to my home. They customized the gutters to fit my needs (2 different rain barrels away from the house) and offered solutions that have stood the test of time with record-breaking rainfalls. Again they used quality materials and methods, so in 2018, I had them replace my privacy fence and recently our 20-year old flooring. All these projects have improved the look and value of my home. I highly recommend Anything Around the House for home improvement projects.

I recently had my hot water heater replaced by Anything Around the House. They did a quality job, cleaned up after theirselves, and most importantly installed the hot water heater without any issues. I recommend them.

Servando (the owner) is personally involved in each project, and the staff is amazing and professional. They are on time, on budget, and maintain high quality. From small things like changing out all of my interior door knobs to the biggest things like a kitchen remodel, building an outside deck and a roof replacement, I cant say enough good things about Anything Around the House. Its tough to find contractors that show up on time and do what they say they will. AATH did just that. We had some issues after a bad storm and needed repairs done sooner rather than later. They were quick to respond via phone and come out to our home in south Austin. I am thankful to have someone reliable there when I need it.

My hot water was leaking like crazy and was only providing warm water at best. I called AATH to ask for help fixing our problems. I was pleasantly surprised when they told of me that they would have a technician at my house mid-morning the following day. My technician showed up at 8:30 and got right to work. I left him alone to do his work and was impressed with the progress he had made cleaning up the mess and removing the old hot water heater. I expected the job to take more than 1 day but by 5:30 the new platform and tank had been installed. They even did a great job cleaning up before they left. I am beyond pleased with their promptness and efficiency. I wholeheartedly recommend AATH to anyone that is looking for quality work. Thank you Anything Around The House for taking care of me!

Really great service. They did our fence and it was a very high quality replacement that was performed surprisingly fast.

AATH did a huge remodel job for us in a very tight timeframe. Professional, prompt, friendly, and competitively priced. Liked that all the workers are AATH employees, and a foreman or supervisor showed up on sight every day during the three week project. Anytime we had a question or suggestion, the response was immediate. Demolition was as neat as it could be, tile and paint were sharp and fast, and the cabinetry and appliance installation was precise. Hire them.

In my opinion, Nolan is qualified to do anything around the house. I will always call for him when I need something done. I have been a customer of Anything Around the House for about 7 years and they have never disappointed me in the work they have done-all workers are included, from painting to laying carpet, as well as less challenging tasks.

Great organization, friendly estimators, team approach workers...if youre looking for value and not lowest price, and a group that follows up their work, this is the group for you.

If you want your job done slow, with corners cut this is the place for you. If youre ok with having your house funked up by employees who appear homeless and smell worse then the homeless this is the company for you. Never in my life have I been so disgusted with a company.
