ABMThese guys are amazing!! They have an incredible selection and will walk you through the entire process, from “thinking” about remodeling to completing your project. They are very friendly and helpful and work super hard to make sure you’re satisfied in the end.I first visited ABM when my husband and I were just dreaming about remodeling. The salesperson and the sales manager were so kind and generous with their time, even though I was really upfront about the fact that we still weren’t sure if we were going to remodel at all. They walked me through their products and different possibilities. Then we worked with a designer who made selections from a different store, so we initially went with the other store. Things started to get rocky and the project timeline was getting really off so I called Gordon at ABM and told him our situation and asked if he could step in and help us out. What a difference it made to work with ABM!! They bent over backwards to get us back on track and their products were wonderful and their crews were amazing, too. I only wish we’d gone with them from the start! We are SO pleased with the finished product!

Casey and the staff at ABM cabinets did an outstanding job on our kitchen renovation. They were very knowledgeable and professional. My kitchen looks like a showroom. I love the quality of the materials and work. Casey communicated well through every step and listened to our needs. The project came in on time and on budget. No surprises. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

We had a terrible experience with ABM Cabinets. Their communication skills are non-existent. We came into their showroom nearly two months ago with our detailed kitchen design. All we wanted was a quote. A month and a half later we went back to their showroom to see why we had not received a quote. They said they would give it to us in the next 2 days. Needless to say, that did not happen and we called a week later to remind them again. When we finally got our quote, it did not include the right cabinets or any of the notes we had discussed with them. Every other company has provided a quote back to us in 4 days or less. Maybe they are too busy for new customers?Bottom line: Steer clear. You do not want to hand hold your cabinet company through this process. Hopefully they work out the kinks.

I had such a long process with a terrible contractor prior to working with ABM directly that I required a lot of communication. The team at ABM was amazing! They kept me in the loop at all times and worked with me on size and dimensions to practically cut the price in half of what others were quoting me. I really appreciate it and my countertops couldn’t be more beautiful. Such a statement piece in kitchen!

I initially contacted ABM Cabinets back in October 2017 to get a quote for a kitchen and bath remodel. Lora took my call and immediately got to work on a design after I sent her some dimensions. We communicated several times via email and phone, and she sent me several different 3D renderings/designs to get my feedback. She and Casey ended up not only doing the cabinets and countertops for our master bathroom and kitchen. They also designed a desk area in the kitchen. We went back and forth about making one of the rooms a man cave or an office. We opted for the man cave that they helped design. It’s used on a daily basis by us and my fiancé’s teenage boys. We have a before and after album of pictures that our friends love to look at when they are here. It’s a great way to see the amazing transformation that Lora and Casey helped create. Our house feels like a home. One of my favorite things about this house are the compliments we get when we have people over. They say the same exact thing about it, how comfortable and cozy it is. I think more men compliment all the detailed work versus women which is hysterical and awesome to me! We are so happy we chose them and will use them again when we buy our next house! They aim to please and we can’t say enough great things about their products, them and the people they work with.

Dont waste your time! Customer service is terrible, Mike the owner is very unprofessional at best. As a contractor in Austin,TX for 20 yrs I have never been so disappointed.

Customer service has been a nightmare. I initially scheduled an appointment on March 16, 2018 which they called later and had to reschedule with me because Casey Moser was going to be out of town. That was the week of Spring Break, so no problem...we rescheduled for the following week on March 23. Casey came out to the house and we discussed what we were looking for; cabinets for our home office, nothing extravagant, just some custom sizes and design to fit the space. Casey said to give him a week and then we could review the design and pricing. Two and a half weeks later, Casey finally sent me the design and pricing. After reviewing it with my wife, I replied back to Casey the same day with some changes we would like to make, with pictures and measurements, trying to be as helpful as we could, to aid in the redesign. He replied back the next day on April 12 with I understand! Let me make these changes and get it back to you. . Fast forward to April 25 and I had yet to hear back from Casey, so I emailed him back asking him where he was at on the redesign...no response. April 28 I emailed him again asking for an update. April 30 Casey finally emails back Sorry about that. I missed first email. My fault. I’ll get this to you ASAP. I email back on May 1 asking for a date that he will have it ready...NO RESPONSE! ITS NOW MAY 11. I HAVE CALLED THE OFFICE AND LEFT MESSAGES FOR CASEY AND NOTHING SEEMS TO MATTER. COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR, AND AT THIS POINT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ABM CABINETS TO ANYONE. I couldnt find anyone elses contact information from ABM, so Im hoping maybe this online review will light a fire under someone.

Unfortunately Ive recently shared the same experience as a previous reviewer. I came into the Austin location on 620 and spoke to a very nice associate (Tonya?), who was extremely courteous, showed me around the showroom and took my information to help price out a quote on some work we wanted to do in the kitchen. Admittedly were not seeking a full redesign, but it could have led to several thousands of dollars of work.Its been nearly two weeks since that visit and I havent heard from them, not even once. I even sent an email with pictures and a more detailed description of what Im looking to do to their MSN account (seriously - get a domain address guys), and again nothing.Call it growing pains or an unfortunate miscommunication, whatever it is, I simply cant provide a good rating to a business that ghosts you when you show up offering to give them money. Im open to adjusting my rating if they at least make contact and provide a quote.

Awful communication and customer service. Very slow to respond. In accurate custom work.

Bait and Switch. Lakeline store has less than ethical sales people.
