Robert is a very friendly, knowledgeable technician. weve received great service over the last 7 years. just had an issue that they responded to and resolved quickly. very happy using a local service.

Tri-Star Security installed a new keypad on an existing security system when I bought my house 5 years ago. They have monitored my system since then and done regular maintenance on it, including replacing the keypad and the power-source. I like working with a local company to who I am not just an account number. I highly recommend them.

TriStar was brought in to assess a problem with a CCTV system in one of our SA District yards. Took months to book them, when they arrived the first time they didnt have the proper lift equipment. In the end we ended up repairing the problem ourselves. Will not be using them again.

Great alarm system and service. The Monitoring is great. They designed a system to meet my unique security risk.

Had an emergency with my alarm going off, and they responded quickly to take care of the issue. Havent had a problem since, and that was several months ago.

I have used national alarm companies that tied me to a contract. Tristar is local, gives me much better service, price and does not tie me to a contract. They are an excellent value.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! This is one of the worst companies Ive ever had to deal with. I got an estimate from a salesperson who came out and looked at the existing unit on the apartment and they told they could use it. when the tech showed up he didnt know how to make it work so I ended up buying a new one. It went off at weird times once or twice for no reason. It turned out to be a malfunction. Most of the time the thing never worked right so I stopped using it. I was told my one year contract would cancel itself after a year when I signed it, and it didnt. This company has never sent me a monthly bill to let me know they were still charging me for this shoddy system for over a year and 9 months after it should have been cut off. I havent lived there in a year and 3 months and they still charge me. They wont return my calls or try to contact me. Discover card finally sent me a copy of the original contract so now I know where to mail this damn thing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! This company is extremely dishonest and deceitful. Ive read some of the other reviews and they read like they wrote them themselves.
