I chose Dyezz after combing through a daunting amount of franchise alarm system companies and independent security firms. My main concerns were, in no particular order, prompt and friendly customer service, reliable and responsive system monitoring (including expedited law enforcement response), quality hardware and software (with a robust warranty), a system that can be controlled remotely (by cell phone, computer, etc.), low employee turnover (so I can get to know them and they can get to know me), reputable and trustworthy owners, and the expertise and manpower to modify/repair my system as needed.After a year of doing business with Dyezz, I am beyond happy that I chose them and recommend them every chance I get. The equipment (control panel, cameras, door locks, and smoke detectors) has held up well, the software is effective and easy to use (especially through the website and phone app), customer service has been top notch, I no longer have to keep track of a house key, and costs have remained low. The two times we accidentally set off our alarm, law enforcement showed up in a matter of minutes, and when my grandmother came into town earlier than expected, I was able to let her in while I was at work; convenience and protection all in one package.Whether I am at home, tucked in for the night, or out of town, I feel a huge sense of relief knowing that my home, possessions, and loved ones have a legitimate security/surveillance system in place. I was looking for a alarm and camera system for my house and came a long Dyezz Surveillance. Im so glad i did! I use to have another company that I used. I realized I was paying way to much. Now Im paying half of what it was. I was very impressed with there customer service and there technicians. They were so nice and respectable. I have had other companies come in and not really pick up after themselves. Dyess Surveillance after they were done picked up every piece of plastic raper and box. I recently built a new home and when it came to looking at alarm systems, I had no doubt that I wanted to use Dyezz Surveillance. They definitely did not disappoint. From talking to them about my options for security, to the installation, and even the follow up, their service is nothing but top notch. When I had questions, they were knowledgeable and responded to me quickly. I highly recommend this local company over any of the national ones out there.

We chose Dyezz based on their great online reviews, and we were incredibly disappointed.My mother in law paid thousands of dollars to have Dyezz install a camera system at her commercial property. She had really wanted audio as well (like on the Ring doorbells), but they said that was not an option. So she had the system installed anyway, and the day it was finished, she went home to try to view her cameras. The company failed to tell her that the software they use DOES NOT WORK on Mac computers. She had to reach the IT person and work with them directly to install some alternative software through which she could actually see her cameras. The company did not seem remotely sorry that they had failed to mention this.Then when we were finally able to view the images, the cameras they had installed were sub-par. My neighbors have better camera quality on their doorbells.Then, not 2 weeks after the system was installed, her building was broken into. The thieves somehow found the DVR (where the camera recordings were stored) and were able to yank it out of the wall. The security box had been anchored directly into drywall, which, if youve ever hung something heavy in your home, you know NOT TO DO.So we contacted the company and asked if they could come reinstall the DVR system. And they quoted $3800. This was almost as much as wed paid to do the entire install, including wiring. My mother in law talked to one of the co-owners who was incredibly rude and said they would not work with us on lowering the cost, even though the security box was poorly installed.The person who sold us the system, did make an effort to bring down the cost, but we were no longer interested in working with the company.Our family was so frustrated with this entire process, we spent more money out of pocket to buy a whole new system online and have new cameras installed by a wiring company. The new cameras have audio, record remotely, significantly better software and are a much better quality.

Set up an appointment to upgrade my current alarm system. Everything from scheduling the appointment to completing my installation was handled very professionally and very courteous. The tech who came to my home did a great job, explained everything thoroughly, got me all set up on my iPhone app, and tested everything. Very impressed and have found Dyezz to be a great value.

The Tech was late for installing the Smoke detector, which was fine with us we were home any way. What was nice to see it was mid-evening he could have just rescheduled but didnt he asked if it alright to to come by to do the install at such a late time. This whole time he being very courteous, polite and professional. I told him it was just fine go ahead and come to the house since he was only ten minutes away. He had just finished an installation at my brothers house. The job was finished in less that 30 minutes and was completed without leaving any kind of mess, which is always a plus in my book. We just had our equipment installed by Dyezz, and I have been blown away by their customer service. Our installer was friendly, knowledgable, and clean-cut. He got us squared away with everything we needed, and he even answered his phone later that night when we had a question we forgot to ask during his visit. Dyezz upgraded the system at our medical office and did a great job for us. Our previous camera system had unusable images when our alarm was activated. Thank goodness it turned out not to be a break-in, but it was a wake up call that we needed something better. Now were able to view images seamlessly via our iphones and the cameras record clear and usable images. Cost was affordable (I had several vendors come out to quote) and their staff were professional and responsive.

My new security system was installed yesterday by Dyezz technician, Wade. He was courteous, informative, and took the time to assure I understood everything about my system and how to use it. He also let me know about other options for my system that may benefit me due to my busy travel schedule. He left the house very clean, and even helped me to change batteries in smoke detectors that were out of my reach! Dyezz not only provides the most economical surveillance option, but the are easily the most professional security company Ive ever worked with.

Just got started with the Dyezz service and their response time is great! They always answer the phone and promptly answer emails. They got someone out right away and whole experience was pleasant.

I recently went with Dyezz Surveillance to install 3 camera around my house. Everyone I dealt with at Dyezz is extremely professional and courteous! The installer came out to install the cameras a couple of days after I decided to go with Dyezz. He was very knowledgeable and made sure the wires were all hidden away. One my camera's was messed up and the next day Dyezz call me up to reschedule and fix the camera. When the installer came out the fix the camera I had him hook it all up to my router (which allows you to watch via smart phone or computer). I love being able to see my house and check on everything even when I'm not home. My parents also enjoy it because they watch us playing with our son in the backyard which makes them feel like they are here with us. I would definitely highly recommend Dyezz to anyone that is looking to install security to their home!!

Dyezz has great customer service, but their equipment has failed us three times since April. We had a different company at our previous house and the equipment failed ONCE in 20 years. We will be ditching Dyezz as soon as our new system arrives!

I like to give a second chance to the individual person at the accounting dept that i had issue with. I also have great business relationship with Dyezz Surveillance & Security for years. I trusted their name and mission. I just dont have good luck on the staffs interaction that i once awhile I run into. I have a lot of respecting for Mr. Cas*y E. (i think he ran the operation in Austin, Tx for sure). I was working on my alarm issues for a few months with one individual on/off but no result at all. One day I received a phone call to follow up from my issues. That was Casey and he took over and went straight in the situation and fixed my home hardware up for me. I wished that i NEVER have issues with the staffs there.07/14/2017 (originally i rated one-star): I have been loyalty to Dyezz for many years for both my home and business. I always paid the whole amount annual due. But DO NOT appreciate the bad attitude from K***t*n / from accounting. She is RUDE, bad manner, have NO basic knowledge for customer service and DO NOT have the concept why she is working at Dyezz.I am not sure of our future business w/ Dyezz because she is the only accounting there and i definitely DO NOT want to deal w/ K***t*n.

I have Dyezz service since 05/2012, somebody broke into my house and the motion sensor did not work, today the technician came, I had to pay 92 including taxes for the technician to tell that the motion sensor was not working. I decided to check the control panel after technician left and the motion sensor was deactivated in the control panel.
