We had the best experience! Haley helped us the day of our appointment and she was fantastic. She listened and was intuitive about what we needed. She gave great advice and had awesome tips about choosing outfits for my bridal party. She explained everything about ordering dresses before we left the store and then followed up with an email before I even got home. She was able to have my matron of honor measured which was one more thing to cross off our to do list. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I am so very grateful for that!

The store and dresses are beautiful and stylists are nice. However, they only have sample sizes and charge a $30 deposit to try on a dress. So essentially it’s like a boutique but with a $30 cover charge and with only final sale and sample sizes. I would have preferred to order from them to support local but ultimately decided to order from BHLDN since Bella can’t accommodate exchanging if you are unsure between sizes.

Just came here today for my bridesmaid dress try on! I absolutely loved my experience and the location is great. They have so many options and Samantha was really helpful. I wish I had used Bella Bridesmaids when I got married. I had my bridal party use David’s Bridal and I wish I had done my research and used Bella’s instead!

Wow wow wow! Suzy, the owner, made this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had doing ANY type of clothes shopping. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile to help me make the right choices when picking a dress. 10/10 would recommend! We visited Bella Bridemaids in 2019 for our December wedding and we absolutely LOVED the service and how personal it felt. Our stylist helped us and pulled anything and everything we wanted to try, I am so glad we found this store because our dresses were such a huge hit! I am co-chairing a large charity fundraiser and Bella Bridesmaids has been our go-to for years to provide dresses to around 80 girls each Gala. Samantha and her team are so responsive and dedicated to providing the best customer service, timely responses, and knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have an amazing selection as we changes themes and colors each year and were able to offer multiple styles for the girls to select. For events big or small, I would always recommend Bella Bridesmaids. Convenient location and parking!

My bridesmaids and I had so much fun at Bella Bridesmaids! We were able to try on dresses of all designers, colors, materials and styles. The dresses arrived on time and they were excellent quality, of course. The staff is super easy to communicate with and dresses were super easy to purchase via the online dressing room their create for you.A main selling point for me was that my maid of honor was able to go into her local Bella in Memphis and try on the same dresses I had selected at the Austin location.Go to Bella Bridesmaids, you won’t be disappointed!

I had a great experience at Bella Bridesmaids. I am actually a soon-to-be bride, looking for a low key dress for my wedding, so I made an appointment here to check out some options. Everyone in the store was so helpful and accommodating, assisting me in finding options that met my long list of requirements. I never felt rushed or stressed, which was great since I was NOT really excited about dress shopping. I also appreciated their quick follow up after my appointment, and their online virtual showroom was great for reviewing all of the dresses Id seen post-appointment. I highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids!

My wife got her bridesmaids dresses here. I had the honor of going to several stores with her to pick bridesmaids dresses and Bella Bridesmaids was by far the best. Great selection and great service. Made everything as easy as possible which was appreciated. I’d start here if you are looking for any bridesmaid.

BEST place for bridesmaids dresses! Bella Bridesmaids was my first and last stop while shopping for dresses for my bridesmaids. I made an appointment with Bella in September to pick out options for my destination wedding in April. I wanted to pick out different styles and shades of blush for my 5 bridesmaids to then chose from. I wasnt exactly sure how it was going to work, but thought this was the best place to offer the most variety.Maggie is the BEST! She had great advice on style and cut that made all the dresses correlate but were different enough to suit each girls different body type. Once we picked out the options each girl visited their local Bella location to try on my selections and chose from there. All the dresses arrived on time (some even earlier than promised) and the material of each was of great quality. The ordering and payment instructions were easy and Samantha was very quick to respond to emails.

I made an appointment a month ago. No record of me the DAY OF. When I called, ZERO accountability. I was told “there’s a location closer to where I lived so I should just go there.” WOW! People fly in from all over the world to do business with you and THATS how you treat them?! THATS the service you provide? You should be honored. Way to BLOW a sale. This establishment needs to be babysat. If you make an appointment, you need to call them to confirm.

I had a great experience with Bella Bridesmaids, they were very professional and helpful during the appointment as well as afterwards. They also had a wide variety of dresses. This is a chic space full of color! The young women there will gladly help you slim down your ideas for your bridesmaids-to-be. It can be so hard to narrow down your look! These women have tons of inspirations and their events are also a fun opportunity to look around and experiment with colors and cuts.

Wow! From the moment we walked in, the owner was very informative, helpful and very efficient at finding what our bride to be wanted. Not pushy at all and took time to notice the tiny details about us girls.

I have never written a bad review until today. Ive now bought from Bella twice -- the first time, they advised me to buy a size smaller than I should have, and I had to get the ($190) dress let out. Not ideal, but (after another $100 for tailoring) I let it go. Additionally, one of the BMs in my groups dress came in mis-sized; she had to go back and forth with the women at Bella via email and phone, they didnt believe her, and they were very unhelpful. She doesnt live in Austin, but she had to travel to Austin to prove that her dress came in as the wrong size, and only then did they allow her to exchange her dress.Now Im a bride and thought the convenience (well-located) and cuteness of Bella was worth going back to. Not only did the color of our selection come in totally off from what the swatch looked like - when we called and asked to return it because of this, they flatly said no without trying to even keep up the appearance of being helpful.Even with all of the above having happened, I wouldnt have written this review, but I found my last straw. The piece we recently bought is unwearable -- I wouldnt have even wanted my BM to wear it had the color been correct. Its a white jumpsuit, and because it is not made well, its somewhat see-through. Consequently, there is a bold seam going from the belly button down (awkward), and it stands out so badly that we laughed out loud when we saw it. If theyre going to have zero-return policy, they should at LEAST be able to promise high quality.Its a cute shop, but it ends there. 0/10 would not recommend.

Leslie and Samantha were awesome! I went in not really knowing which style and colors I wanted and by the end of the appointment figured out both.They truly made the experience really fun and comfortable --- would definitely recommend them!

They have a large selection and are nice, but I wished they could have helped more in the purchasing process. I ordered a Haley Page dress that was supposed to be a size smaller than my normal size, according to their chart. It ended up being huge. Im just glad I didnt order my regular size.

Nice space, but the staff was not super helpful in terms of showing me all of the options. They also charge $25 for a fitting and dont honor the 15% Dessy pricing that other stores in town do. Good location but not worth all the added expenses.

I was really pleased overall with the bridesmaid dresses and customer service. Despite a few hiccups on the part of the designer, Jenny Yoo, the lovely ladies at Bella Bridesmaids helped by solving problems before even alerting them to my attention and helped us navigate the whole experience smoothly.
