I was looking at a size M dress and the lady working there came up to me and told me to go with a bigger size because the M was too small for me. I got really offended because I was just looking at the dress I wasnt even going to try it on. Rude personnel plus they follow you around and after that comment I felt super uncomfortable with myself and at the store I left. As for the dresses 50% were outdated & the other 50% were overly priced only a handful had decent prices.

I bought my daughters dress for her quinceañera, I was told that the crinoline and ironing was included with the purchase it was even written on the receipt, but when I went to pick it up I was told a different story they tried to charge me $75 for the ironing!I bought a $1,250 dollar dress! I’m never buying from them again and will not be recommended this place to anyone! Also customer service sucks! I did not feel welcomed!

Not very friendly as stated in some of the review I shouldnt have been surprised I just assumed it was maybe Im off day but nope 😵. I ordered my dress and waited 2 weeks and it did not fit keep in mind Im a plus size woman I was measured and from the look of it was not measured correctly 😭 I had to go with a diffrent dress to fit me,I found one but it was not what I wanted very upset but will have to do because I have a wedding coming up and dont have time to look for another one. please take better care of your customers thank you

Was followed THE WHOLE TIME!! We were the only colored people there and there were two other white people and they were unbothered and left alone. I was so uncomfortable the whole time. we had two lady’s follow us the entire time, one with blonde hair and another short one with long black hair. Beware of this place if you’re colored they’ll treat youLike thief’s.

Horrible service. I was told if I pay the dress in full it would come with the petticoat. When we picked up the dress and asked for the petticoat they said that salesperson no longer worked there so they would not honor what she wrote.

Rosario was so attentive and knew her merchandise as well as took the time to hear my daughter’s wishes. We had a great experience and found a perfect dress that was very reasonably priced! I didn’t get the managers name but he was very accommodating as well. Great store it had everything we needed!

My friend is having a 15 and first off they don’t have that many options, then the ladies that work there don’t really help they just try to sell you every dress saying it looks good when it doesn’t even fit .Then my friend had ordered invitations and you could barely see the words and my friend paid and they refused to give a refund and said it looked fine . For 25 invitations it was $112 and they didn’t even look the way they were supposed to. Finally we asked to get our measurements for a dress we saw in a magazine and the lady said we had to make a down payment for just getting our measurements and the lady kept stalling . Overall the place gave me a weird vibe and the ladies weren’t any help. I wouldn’t recommend this place .

They have cute dresses for girls. Prom, wedding, formal wear. I was a little disappointed that they dont carry much variety for boys (tweens). I did see a suit for men, but no suits for boys. The only suits they have is all white or black, but they didnt even have a size for my son. The young lady told me it would take about 3 weeks to get one in my son size. I would love to see more variety for boys as well. However I would go back if I ever need a dress. I recommended them to my friends that have girls.

I visited Elegancia Bridal on 5/14/16. To put it simply, I would not recommend shopping here for your wedding dress. The consultant was by no means rude, but she was also not helpful at all. When asked about the style of the dress I was trying on, her answer was I dont know, or it doesnt have one. In my opinion, the dresses here look very cheap and not of good quality. Like I said, she was not rude, but overall, not a good shopping experience. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Just bought a communion dress and a tiara and veil. I was never told that all sales are final. The tiara doesnt fit my daughter but I cant return it, it was $30 plus taxes. Also the dress is dont need it because my daughter received another one but I cannot return it. Overall I spent $122 and now I cant return it. I thought the store was like any other where you can exchange/return but no. Very disappointing, I dont recommend. Sorry this is not the store but I cant delete this review. Recently rented a tuxedo for a Sweet 15. The guy and I guess his mom run this shop. Horrible, took measurements for 15+guys, and majority of them were too short,too small, too big, etc. Horrible charging $115 for each tuxedo. This is not a good way to do business. This is for a Huge event, but seems like the money was more important. Do not use this place! And it doesnt even deserve a star! !

I came to look for a wedding dress People there were very rude especially the man! I will never go there again I put a dress on layaway with a veil and tiara.. I decided not to buy the dress just the viel and tiara, but the man said no returns.i couldn’t get store credit or anything I put 200 down and they didn’t want to give me back my money not even store credit. After arguing with the man he finally said store credit but it was a 50 dollar restocking fee and I only had enough for my veil because it was priced at 150.. FYI i found one on Etsy the same one for $45.00.. over all bad experience!

Horrible customer service, rushed to assist a another customer and didnt let them try on more than 2 dresses. Later when they assisted us they had a bad attitude and later when we were trying on dresses they started to talk bad of me & my family. if I could I would not recommended to ANYONE very rude service, never coming again.

Ok i have seen the reviews and i have been going to this shop for the past 2 quinceañeras i have had and always had a good experience yes the price is a bit high but i like it there owners have always been nice i dont have anything bad to say about them i had a girl in the past be rude but i will recommend them to go and get your dresses

Customer service was bad the lady up front was in a really bad mood I have a 3 year old and the lady was constently behind us look at this dnt do that got me frustrated they dnt tolarate kids other than that a lady name Dulce was really polite try to make up for ladies attitude.

Called said dress had arrived when in to pick it up said I was to take my heels because they needed to cut it so I could not take it I figured okay good full service, went in again when they said it was done and they charged me $70 for cutting it when no one said they were going to charge me they just said I couldnt take it with it taking my heels in and cutting it. It is my fault a bit for not making sure and asking but I still dont get why they did not say they charged but said I could not take it without bringing in my heels to cut it!! Apparently it said alteration not included in a small print in the receipt they did not point out. never going here again!

Bad services arrived. Looking for the dress for my Sabrina and we made an appointment for 1 week we are from San Marcos and they only wanted to measure 1 dress. And they had no people. We asked him to please measure another one for us and they did not say that because the appointment was only for 1 dress. Very bad services, pity of recommendation that they gave me
