We have now had two deliveries to our home in Round Rock (for an online order) on the same item (coffee table) and both times the coffee tables have arrived damaged!!! This second delivery completed just minutes ago, they delivered clearly a floor model or an already returned item since it was delivered in a MOVING BLANKET and not even in a box!!!! The only reason we agreed to do home delivery was because the Round Rock store, the Austin store, and Cedar Park stores all charge $50 to do a store pickup!!! This is exactly why we didnt want to do home delivery, because you can never check the product before accepting it, then you have to wait forever to do a return / exchange pickup. Of course no guarantee on blemish free product, and no accountability. Just sit on the phone in queue to try to get another return or exchange delivery scheduled. Then you have to wait you have to wait and wait for a few weeks for your next return / exchange delivery window to arrive. Then once you get it, good luck on it not being damaged product right out of the box, or right out of the MOVING BLANKET!!! Even then more wait because the return process takes at least two weeks and thats if it is in stock. Thoroughly disgusted with this company.

He stayed with us through the whole process and was super knowledgeable and helpful. We wont up purchasing a sleeper sofa, recliner, ottoman and rug. My sofa was delivered missing a piece. Given the run around for weeks...finally they sent the piece with all these wires and stuff. The chair i bought at the same time as the sofa was out of stock. It finally arrived today, delivery driver opened the box and there were no legs for the chair. Mind you I went in the store and ordered this stuff months ago. So now they said 6 weeks on the legs for the chair. So now I have legs to put on when they arrive. Why am I putting this stuff together? They are quick to get their $282 per month on this stuff but I didnt get the brand new furniture I am paying for. I should be able to use the furniture and the parts that come with it.

We were greeted at the door by a polite young man named Andres who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had several questions about purchasing a new mattress and Andres was able to answer all our questions while never being a pushy salesperson. We shopped at several other furniture stores the same day, but none made us feel as welcomed as Andres! He happily showed us every mattress around our price range, explained all the options, and we purchased one of them from Rooms to Go. Andres was even able to arrange for delivery over a month out which was when we needed the bed. Thank you Rooms to Go and Andres!

I do not recommend anyone shopping here. Unless u dont mind waiting pass 4months to receive your order and 9 times out of ten your order will be wrong and then you have to wait more months to get that and then it will be broken or the wrong size or color. Then you have to wait another month or 2. To receive that. Still havent received my correct full order. I ask to to be reimbursed and guess what? I have to wait 2 more weeks for that! Never again will I spend almost $7,000 at this place!!

My husband and I were shopping for a sectional and dining room set for our new home. I however messed up, this location was further south than I expected, so I ended up going to the north location. However, I want to take a moment to point out that despite my confusion on locations, Andres was freaking stellar. I had my furniture delivered about 3 weeks ago, after waiting 2 months. They were unable to install the mirror to the dresser because they had sent the wrong hardware. We had to get in contact with them so they can send us the correct hardware. Yesterday we received the new hardware… well turns out it’s still the wrong hardware. So here I am sitting with an uninstalled mirror!I am very disappointed with them. God knows when I’m going to have a complete bedroom set.Needless to say this will be the last time I order from them.

For starters we were lied to. I understand things being on back order but we were PROMISED and GUARANTIED that our mattress wouldn’t be on the floor this day. The only reason we purchased from here is for the sole purpose that our bed wasn’t going to be on the floor for months. I was told to wait at my home from the hours of 2-6 so they can drop my order off. Unfortunately it still hasn’t arrived and I’m stuck here waiting for a bed frame that isn’t coming until October 19th the piece of the bed frame that was supposed to arrive today wouldn’t have even been able to hold my mattress up from the floor. It took me hours to get ahold of customer service just to be transferred to the store location. At first they tried telling us that our arrival date wasn’t even supposed be today but we had receipts so they changed their story up. I will never EVER recommend anyone to go here for furniture and Watch out for a woman named Sharon who works there because she is just full of empty promises and doesn’t care about her customers. Apparently all she cares about is her commission.

1st delivery and skipped appointment: Rooms To Go has the absolute worst delivery service. They dropped my couch 4-5 times, broke the frame, and gouged the wood base. I call their customer service line and they are super helpful A+ and they get me one ordered for replacement. It takes 2.5 months but I understand. Fast forward to my new delivery date and the driver sits on the side street of my apartment calls and immediately hangs up. I try to return the call because I was watching the tracker. The line won’t go through, it has a constant busy signal. They immediately leave. I call the store location and they say there isn’t anything that can be done. I call their customer service line and they also tell me they can’t do anything. The driver is already out of the area. Then they proceed to tell me that they will have to submit another order because my replacement will be sent back to the manufacturer because they have to place a whole new order.2nd Delivery: I went through the trouble of spending hours on hold escalating with your customer care team and then you have the audacity to say that you are dealing with this internally? So I, the customer, have to sit by and waste my time without resolution because it’s being taken care of internally? Well your delivery team strikes again!Well, as you should know, the delivery team did show up today. That’s a step in the right direction but that is sadly where it stops. The delivery guys TOPPLE my replacement couch. They had it standing on its end, longways, and left it unattended on the dolly. Well when it came crashing down it landed on top of the dolly gouging/splintering the wood, damaging the black underliner to where it’s visibly sagging and causing light scuffing. These pictures are from the 2nd delivery they just delivered.

Wish I could give no stars!Beautiful furniture, however delivery is terrible! Ordered online and paid $2200 for dining table with chairs and a matching buffet. Didnt have all my furniture on original delivery. Missing dining chair had to be reordered and then delivered two weeks later. Delivery procedure is horrible. Second delivery never showed up. I had to call customer service to find out the chair was not on the truck a second time! No notice, no phone call to me! It has to be delivered again! Horrible service!! I will not purchase from Rooms To Go again. Ashley Furniture is much better!

I have ordered a few pieces of furniture from Rooms To Go in Nashville and this was my first time ordering in Austin. Every time I’ve had a good experience! The furniture is what you’d expect. Well priced, decently made, readily available furniture! It’s not custom or high-end but it’s reliable and perfect for families with kids or those on a budget. I just got my second electric recliner and the delivery team showed up as expected, on time, took the chair up the stairs (2 flights) and set it up. Chair is comfy and I’m happy again with my service. I’ve shopped around a lot of different furniture places and this is always the least headache with the most accommodating delivery. Thanks!

I truly do not like writing negative reviews, but after the fraudulent activity at this location I feel that I should warn potential customers. I went in with my dad to purchase a bed for my son over the weekend, and the salesgirl acted extremely unprofessionally, attaching the optional (and additional $170 cost) warranty to the total purchase price without first clearing it with us. When she began to review the details of the warranty, we asked about the price. That’s when she came clean and told us we were charged for it, and her intention was to review the details after the fact. We insisted on complaining to the manager, whose only response was “we can refund you.” Unfortunately this illegal activity seems like it must be common practice there. I will not shop there again.

We originally went to the RTG in Southpark Meadows (Austin, TX) in April to look for a couch. Nadia was eager to help, patient, and attentive, and she didn’t pressure us to buy that day. Their lack of communication resulted in the loss of a sale and a bad review.after waiting over three weeks for the couches to be available, they finally gave me a 4 hour window for a Saturday delivery. Then waited until the last 11 minutes of that window to text me the delivery was rescheduled to that evening. I called the number on the text, waited on hold for 30 minutes for someone to speak with; no one answered, so I called the store. The manager said he would cancel the delivery and reschedule on Monday; he never called. So, when I called on Tuesday I was told the couches were put back into inventory and delivered to someone else. My couches wouldnt be ready for another three months. Why didnt they just reschedule the delivery like they said they would do?! I was given a refund and they received this bad review. I will not do business with this company in the future!

Not only they sent the wrong color, but they decided to left the boxes with the rest of the furniture in my living room with the excuse that they cannot install the rest of the entertainment center because we got the base on the wrong color. They just left saying that the right piece will arrive Nov 28 leaving the wrong color base in the living room, and the rest of the center in boxes. I called in, and they move it to today. Again, they sent the base badly damaged, they had to send it back with a new date Dec 5th for the new piece.I decided to spend my weekend putting the rest of the center together, and when I reported this they only deducted $50 out of the installation fee, because they left the boxes inside my house, not outside as normal delivery. Lame...My fault, I should know better by now...

My experience here:1. My bed was delivered after 3 months with a broken head board. I had an option to return the whole piece. However, I wanted to return just the headboard to replace it. Customer Care dodged the return policy within 48 hours (as they did not tell me about this - why would they tell if they dont care about customers). If not returned in 48 hours, it is your problem to chase till you get the broken parts replaced.2. Second headboard was broken again after two weeks of wait time. Now, Im done and wanted them to take all of it back. And, learnt the hard core policy of Rooms to Go that they wont take returns once it is in customers place.3. There wont be any compensation whatsoever.4. The store manager said, there is no one above her to escalate this problem (really?!)My humble to who are thinking to shop at RTG advise as follows:1. avoid RTG by all costs.2. If you have an undelivered order better cancel it.3. If you want to get it delivered and found it broken, send it back without thinking twice. Else, They will only try to replace the broken parts and not take it back even when they fail to replace.PS: My issue cant be a one time mistake. If you read the comments, you will know how many customers do faced/facing this issue. in fact my neighbor too mentioned, he kept getting broken products delivered and the replacements were broken too.I will not be surprised if RTG goes out of business due to sub-standard customer support & policies.

He led us straight to the sectional we were looking for, and also suggested some other sectionals in a similar style that he thought we would like. Bed was delivered with wrong information, set up was not included.....delivery guys were rude and tried intimidation but had to put a stop to it immediately verbally with me having to cuss....reported incident only to be informed set up would NOThappen and Rooms To Go offered to refund delivery fee....Ugh bad business and so much customer serviceUghUpdateTodd Store manager came to the rescue and resolved problems....That’s Customer Service!Five Stars it is

Went into Rooms to Go today and had the loveliest experience buying a bedroom set. My sales associate Adria, went above and beyond to make sure I walked out satisfied and happy with my furniture selection. My fiancé and I are very different. I did research, knew what I wanted, and walked in ready to purchase. My fiancé likes to browse and contemplate. Robert greeted us upon walking in and immediately caught our vibe. He gave us the space to browse but stayed close to patiently answer our questions. He gave great advice on all of our purchases and we left extremely happy. Excellent customer service, great prices, and options to fit both of our personalities.

My boyfriend and I were shopping for furniture and everywhere we went had sold out all the pieces we were interested in, but when we came to rooms to go Leslie worked with us for about two hours and found us the perfect living room set and mattress. We are so grateful for all her help and can’t wait to get the furniture delivered!

I bought furniture back in September 2020, received my furniture in 2 separate delivery dates one in October and the other one in November. Everything was fine until all of furniture from November was damaged. So luckily the people who delivered it report it and so my replacement furniture was delivered 3 times with it being damaged every single time... & still waiting for my tv console to be delivered since the back is complete damaged and still nothing..... and the fact that I’m being charged for all those extra delivery is crazy. I didn’t sign up for this. Now my electric recliners don’t work and for my understanding they were going to bring me a new one but instead they brought me a piece back in January. Haven’t received a technician to come and repair it. Tried calling multiple times and each I’ve either been on hold for 2hrs+ or they hang up. Customer service is the WORST. Please don’t shop at my Rooms To Go.

Avoid rooms to go! Or at least this location. We have ordered a bedroom set from here. Both deliveries, the dresser was damaged. We finally just accepted it out of frustration. 1 year later, we decided to order a dining table set. We spoke to the sales representative about our frustration with our previous order and she assured us everything would be fine. After waiting a month, the table set was delivered with a missing bench. All I was told was, “sorry, we aren’t sure what happened and the order is still locked so we will have to call you back in a few days.” So frustrating and this will definitely be our last order from rooms to go.

Just got my furniture delivered on Saturday..after waiting 3 months for it...ALL THE PIECES WERE DELIVERED DAMAGED..they will not refund us, told us we can re-select. The same thing happened with my daughters bedroom set..I tried giving them a 2nd chance and they still disappointed me...

Overall, not a great experience. Ordered a kitchen table, and it was delivered with two broken chairs and torn leather. We called customer service, and they said they would not be able to deliver new chairs for almost 2 months. When asked what an alternative option was, we were told we needed to go to the store for an exchange or refund. We went in asking for a refund, and the floor sales representative told us we would need to call customer service. After spending an hour on hold with customer service, and one minute with an agent, we were sent back to talk to an unpleasant saleswoman at the store, who told us she knew nothing about a refund, and we needed to call customer service. We returned to the store, found our original sales person and asked for our refund on the spot as we didn’t want to wait for a new set of chairs to be delivered so far out, and possibly show up broken again. We were directed to the manager, who promptly gave us the refund with no hassle. Aside from the run-around it took to get the refund and send the broken materials back, the only thing bumping this review up to three stars was the helpfulness of the salesman Ken, and Manager Jordan at getting our situation handled before we left the store. If you buy furniture from Rooms To Go, which I amnow cautious about, I would still recommend working with either of them.

Room to Go is the worst furniture Store I ever seen . Especially, the manger and the stuff at the south Austin. Their behavior is so bad and they are not nice especially the manager. He doesn’t solve your problem and he seems a big bigot too.
