I walked into Mattress Firm with the intention of just browsing. I had never purchased a mattress from a retailer before (usually online) so didn’t know what I would like. Ken showed me all of my options and was really honest about his experiences. He didn’t try to pressure or force anything on me. He worked with me on my delivery date. I’m very happy with the service and think Ill be happy with my mattress choice! Thanks Ken!

He was super helpful and really took the time to work closely with us to find the perfect sleep set up. We had originally purchased a Casper mattress, but we quickly returned it because we were much happier with the quality and comfort of what Zyad showed to us. We visited the store across two separate days and Zyad was kind and patient. We could tell that he really cared. We ended up purchasing a mattress, adjustable base, pillows, and sheets. And Zyad even called us after delivery to make sure everything was ok. We couldnt be more happy about it all. It really has helped us sleep significantly better (finally able to sleep on our backs!). Talk about a comfortable experience! Joe Fagot, our friend and district manager of mattress firm recommended we come here and work with Barret. He was spot on! Barret was knowledgeable and easy to work with! He listened to our wants and needs in a mattress, and showed us the difference between all types of mattresses. Our visit was pleasantly quick, and now we have a king mattress we love!! We did end up getting cooling pillows too, which couldnt be more comfortable! Thanks Barret and Joe!

Weve had excellent experiences at this location! Were repeat customers, and Travis Reeves was helpful and willing to work with us on our budget. We got a mattress for our college-bound daughter, and we have no doubt that itll last her many years.

They always have some pretty good deals around February-March. The workers here are soo nice. They do not pressure you to buy anything.

Managers are knowledgeable and helpful. Returns are hassle free. Just dont get a purple mattress. The squares turn out to feel like little suckers on your skin.

Keep in mind this caveat while reading this review - this is probably my first ever review Ive written on Google because I never feel compelled to write them. That changed today.I went to this location having seen Mattress Firm stores all over Austin because it is close to where I live. I assumed since there are so many locations within Austin that it must be fairly decent. I cant speak to other locations, but the customer service at this store is ABHORRENT. From the second I spoke to the saleswoman (if thats what theyre called; I cant imagine how theyd ever make a sale with the apathetic and rude attitude towards customers), I was treated poorly and I got the strong impression that I was burdening her by being in the store. I will also note that I was the only customer in the store for the whole 15 minutes I was there. She begrudgingly showed me a few mattresses and got annoyed when I asked if there were more affordable options. If this wasnt enough, she also muttered what could be considered offensive words to some under her breath every time she had to move a mattress for me.As I said, I NEVER write online reviews for retail businesses but I figured I would warn others to stay away. Im glad I quickly decided about 5 minutes in that I would not buy anything from this store. There are plenty of other better options in the city limits for sure.

You have to give your budget to them and stand firm. Its like do you want 🍟 with that at every turn. But I got what I wanted right on budget.

Best experience I have ever had getting set up with a new bed! When I moved into my new place I planned on getting a quality bed and Olivia really worked with my on the best options to suit my budget. Excellent customer service. We initially bought the Intellibed Midnight mattress which is great however, I needed something firmer. After 4 months of having it we decided that the Intellibed Twillight would be better for us. We had no issues exchanging it, the staff was great and delivery service was excellent (both times). I will only buy mattresses from Mattess Firm going forward.

My boyfriend and I bought a mattress and frame there about a week ago. We were a bit nervous about spending so much, but our saleswoman, Olivia, spent plenty of time showing us all of the beds, and helped us make the right choice. They delivered right to our door and even brought our old bed to a friends house!! I would recommended this store to anyone!!
