I purchased a King sized mattress last week. The woman who helped me at the store was knowledgeable and helpful. Im really happy with the bed-- it was delivered and setup on time and has been as comfortable as promised. Highly recommend.

UPDATED: Mattress was not delivered when guaranteed. I was told about a national shortage AFTER delivery time had passed and had I placed the order for my bed and it was confirmed in stock a week ago.Extremely disappointed. Cancelled the whole order and expect every penny back.The sales team that included Pam and Jet in Belterra were very knowledgeable. They explained the details of the mattress and accompanied frame in detail along with the costs, payment details, warranties, servicing details, and offered the current promotions, ($300 of accessories; tempur-pillows, & mattress cover {to protect our warranty}, etc.)while managing our payment options flawlessly. They took their time in making sure we were able to purchase the bed with all of the amenities that my husband and I came for. I would highly recommend this friendly, knowledgeable team Vs. the guys across the road were we were ignored.Thank you SO much Pam and Jet! We can’t wait to get our bed (THIS WEEK! Fast delivery was perfect!) Highly recommend them!

We bought our mattress at the Belterra store and were really impressed by the young woman who helped us. I’m embarrassed to say her name slips my memory at this second but it’s not for her lack of knowledge and courtesy. She was terrific and would recommend you all easily.

Waited for 30 minutes after the store was supposed to open on Thursday. I ordered a new mattress on Thursday to be delivered on Saturday...The delivery driver showed up at the wrong address and didnt notify me nor the store. They didnt offer to deliver it to the correct address 18 miles away. The store then promised me that it would be delivered on Tuesday, but I received a text message Monday saying it would be delivered on Wednesday. Such poor customer service, canceled my order and went across the street and purchased exactly what we wanted with next day delivery.

I never thought shopping for mattresses would be enjoyable, nor am I someone who takes the time to write reviews....However it’s worth mentioning my THREE great experiences!! I wandered into Mattress Firm a year ago and met Ryan. He was great to work with and helped me find my perfect mattress that I am still thoroughly happy with. I had such a good experience working with Ryan, that I went back to him when it came time to buy a mattress for my son, and then again for hypo-allergenic pillows. He is major asset to the company in addition to making the experience enjoyable. (Everyone else I’ve observed working there were also quite pleasant!).

Great service - I found what I wanted and was out of there in probably 20 minutes, and they delivered and set up the bed three days later.

We went in after talking to Raine on the phone, who knew you could have such a good time mattress shopping? Very relaxed atmosphere, she spoke to us about specifics regarding our needs and gave recommendations, we didnt feel like we were being sold or talked at with too much information.While we were there several other couples came in, really impressed how she took care of everyone and had us all talking to eachother at one point. What a wonderful experience! My husband and I finally invested in ourselves (instead of the kiddos) and purchased the bedroom of our dreams... then came the mattress. My son and I walked in and were promptly greeted by James and asked how he could help us. He was very courteous and helpful! Its been several years since Ive bought a mattress so my son tried many. The store is organized in a logical way by types of bed so we can easily see what to try. James did not try to push us one way or the other. He told us the benefits of the different beds and explained the various price tags. We settled on a bed and the paperwork was easy and quick. I didnt expect buying a mattress to be fun. But it was. They delivered the bed three days later and my son was thrilled. The day before it was to be delivered, I learned the two hour time frame and the day of delivery, I was contacted and told they would be there in 45 minutes. They were! I am very pleased with the whole experience!

Mattress Firm is so lucky to have Lauren on their staff. Recently I have been searching for some pillows and she so graciously has guided me through the process. We went in looking for a firmer mattress. James told us the layout of the store and recommended we spend more than a few minutes on the firm foam and hybrid mattress (personal preference) to really get the feel. He then helped us whittle down by going back and trying the top 2-3 again until we were satisfied. You can tell James cares about his customers and has years of experience helping those who do this once per 8-10 years. His mission is to make his customers happy. We recommend working with him...all around positive experience.

My husband and I decided to walk in here just to test mattresses. We live in south Austin so this location isnt even our home base but I am so glad we came here. Natalie is the store manager and its obvious why. I love everything about her. As a mom to a toddler, I was trying my best to delay the day that I would need to break down the crib/toddler bed and transition to the big boy bed. We happened to stop in- just to browse- and was quickly greeted by James, the manager. My husband and I recently went in search of a new mattress. We ended up at Mattress Firm where James, the manager, warmly greeted us and explained how the store was organized. (as I was looking at a sea of mattresses)He supplied us with a pillow and gave us direction of how to really test out each mattress. He was very knowledgeable without being overbearing or pushy and was conversational and warm. We settled on a memory foam mattress which I have slept like a baby on since delivery. My husband hasnt snored since we got it either which I consider a miracle! James had told us that he used to sing on Broadway and upon request, he sang us a beautiful Sondheim song! Nothing like being serenaded in a mattress store! Overall, an awesome experience all the way around.

James was fabulous! Hes very knowledgable and very personable. My husband and I came for a mattress and stayed for the laughs. We walked in 30 minutes before closing and he stayed with us well after. He even got our mattress delivery set up for the next day. If you dont live around the area, it is definitely worth the drive to go to this location.

I just walked in, I was simply wanting to try out some mattresses,because I was moving into an apartment in Virginia! I walked in and was greeted by an amazing manager. (James) I just mentioned wanting a purple mattress and he just lit up! My fiancé and I spent almost an hour with him just having a WONDERFUL experience! Not only was he able to make the horrifying experience of mattress shopping fun and enjoyable! James went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. He had the purple mattress shipped to my apartment all the way in Virginia, and even showed me extra deals that were based off my interest, not just pushing sales! I think the best part of my experience was James, the manager of this store. He is a very selfless character. I know that commission jobs are stressful and so I wanted to make sure James got the credit for helping me and my fiancé make the right choice! And when he called me to check up on me and how much I was enjoying my new bed, I asked him “since we had it shipped from purple and not mattress firm if he still got the credit for my sale.” And what he told me just made my day. The girl that is working with him just moved to Texas and started working with him. So in order to help her out he put the sale in her name! We live in Belterra and like many of our neighbors, were a little disappointing by the mediocre retail offerings in Belterra Village. Regardless, we needed a new mattress so we figured wed check out the new Mattress Firm. I dont know if its because theyre new and trying to make a good first impression but the manager there (James) was very helpful and didnt try to push us towards their more expensive offerings. We purchased a mattress and even the delivery guys were unexpectedly professional and friendly. Two thumbs up from us.
