I hardly have time to come here but when I do I love it! The staff is nice and helpful. The only thing I wish I could do is buy online. I would really love to purchase a set of those beautiful pajamas. Is there a catalog available perhaps????

The staff was very nice and attentive, they moved the furniture out of our way so we could fit our huge double stroller, I found super cute stuffed animals for my kids and a beautiful wooden teether, I’m definitely coming back to take a better look to the whole store since they have so many beautiful things to chose from. I wish they had more sizes for baby clothes, I didn’t find any for my 10 month old and they’re adorable!

Wildflower Organics wins the award for CONSISTENT HORRIBLE customer service. 4 years ago I experienced this no speaking to the customers when they enter and walk through the store attitude and today it was the same. Today my client requests bedding for 5 beds which I know will be about $5k -7k for the linens alone so I go to where they requested I go. 🤦🏻‍♀️Yet again….. not a peep…. Not a hello…. But a glance and they go about talking to each other.Online shopping it is.To the owner that responded and said that the staff thought I was on my phone was hysterical. I was in the store for a very long time before I purposely Facetimed my client to show and tell them why we should shop elsewhere. I had already walked the whole half back of the store before calling him.

My husband and I came in to buy a mattress to replace our old one that was too soft. We really wanted our next mattress to be eco-friendly, organic, and non toxic so we chose to shop at wildflower Organics since that’s what they specialize in. Casey helped us choose the right mattress and was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. She took the time to show us everything about the mattresses inside and out. I highly recommend wildflower Organics to anyone who appreciates a healthy Dwelling space. All the linens and covers are divine. The jewelry and clothing was really fun to look at too. 😍 Thanks wildflower!!! I will definitely be back.

Wildflower Organics not only helped me shop from afar for amazing housewarming and baby gifts but also wrapped them up beautifully and shipped them to the recipients! The gifts were very well received and it was a relief to know that the whole process was in the hands of professionals!

This place is pricey, but they have a great quality selection of comforters and bedding available with very helpful staff who will go the extra mile to place custom orders for you.

During this crazy time in the world it is so great to find a small business that takes care of customers. I ordered several things from the website and each one arrived well packed and very fast. The personal touches from the staff and owner gave us an experience that we will expect from all retailers.

Horrible customer service! The two ladies ignored us the entire time in the store. When I asked questions about the mattresses they would walk away or roll their eyes. I wanted to buy two pillows in the store and had to ask multiple times to buy them. They then proceeded to put them in a clear trash bag. Excuse me? You supposedly sell high quality linens but you put the pillows in a clear trash bag. I guess since I only spent $120 in the store I was not worth their time. Good luck with you business. If you want to have a re-enactment or pretty women step foot in this store.

Incredibly nice staff and the highest quality merchandise. With many home goods it makes sense to want to touch them and see them in person. Wildflower is a feast for the senses and always reliable for sheets, towels, bath accessories, and home decor. Love going here.

This store carries very nice,beautiful and pricey bedding linens, but their customer service is just horrible. I was told by one of sales lady that in 5~10 days I would receive my order, so ordered two sets of beddings and after one month only received one. Nobody followed up my order status until I called them. When I requested to have my remaining one set bedding refund, they said they only can give me in store credit! Never come back again and dont recommend it to anyone.

I was ready spend whatever I needed to for a redesign in my home at this store because they have some interesting pieces but not a single staff spoke to me as I looked around the store. They all seemed like they had better things to do than help a customer. No one asked if they could help me or even a hello. These people do not understand customer service and I will never be spending my money in this store. None of you are obviously from Texas!

This is the best shop in Austin for unique home furnishings and beautiful bedding. Great selection of lighting, candles, glassware and one of a kind objects. Very special, one of a kind boutique.

I share the sentiments of some of the other reviewers...Beautiful selection, gorgeous linens and furniture. However, if you plan to order a piece that must be custom made, go ahead and multiply the delivery timeline by at least 5. That will help manage your expectations. I ordered an expensive item that, due to a communication error, damage during delivery, and missing parts, has been delayed about 8 months (it was not delivered in 2-4 weeks as hilariously stated on the website). The piece, once delivered, did not look the same as in the picture. fml. In the future, Ill go to Pottery Barn.

I was in there a couple years back. I had a great experience at Wildflower Organics. I bought a wool mattress topper. They had it in stock and I bought it right off. I am a very casual person and dress very casual and they were very nice to me. Either there are some sales clerks there that are snobs but I missed them or maybe you mistook their lack of immediate friendliness wrong. Maybe they could care less about your look or purse but are just reticent to speak and wait till they have finished with one customer to start with another? Maybe that is the one flaw-they did not learn a customer needs eye contact and reassurance/acknowledgement within the first minute or two. I dont know, I just know they took the time to speak to my son who is quirky and Aspy for over 10 minutes about cats.

Gorgeous linens. Expensive, but you can find deals here, just ask when you walk in. Like a full store of Anthropologie home. I am changing my review from 5 star to 3 because of the terrible return policy and lack of communication between employees, who told me I could make an exchange with unused pillow covers and then when I went to exchange them was told they have a 10 day exchange policy and no bedding is allowed to be exchanged. Emoloyees should tell customers of such strictness at the time of purchase. However, I will say once they saw how upset I was over the return/exchange policy they turned things around beautifully and strove to work with me to find a middle ground on my return. Im happy with how things ended and will continue shopping here.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with customer service. Across the board. I dont write reviews, but could not believe how rude someone could be as a sales associate in this store. If youre visiting from out of town, this store is a poor representation of Austin and Im embarrassed for the woman that assisted us. I did ask her name but will not publicly bash someone. It just bothers me that she might have the opportunity to treat someone else the way she treated us. If that happens to be the case with you, just know its obviously a reflection of the store.

Beautiful, overpriced items! I rarely shop here, but have purchased some items in the past 7-9 years or so. No matter what the season or who the attendants are, they have always been NOT nice. I get the impression that they make their big sales from designers or the likes that do not care about the dime-n-nickel customer. Today I went to purchase some bedding for my daughter. We found a nice throw and a lovely blouse. They also carry a large selection of Coyuchi and Brahms Mount items that my family loves. So I go there to feel them before ordering online -which is much better since you dont have to pay taxes. As much as I like to support our local shops (Amys, Karavel), this is one of the places that I really do NOT care to patronize unless they have the one organic item I really need.

Be careful of greenwashers! They are organic in name only selling petroleum mattresses made in china with mystery chemicals and toxic odors. I suggest trying a different store.
