Its refreshing to go mattress shopping and have the good fortune of interacting with a knowledgeable and non-pushy sales person. Bradley answered all our questions and explained various options so thoroughly that we felt completely comfortable knowing our purchase was the best option for us. Incredible customer service. If we have need of another mattress in the future, we will make a beeline for Mattress Firm on Hwy 620!

Russell, was amazing! He took us through the buying process with ease and finesse. When we initially came in it was only to browse and by the end of testing the products we were ready to buy. Needless to say, my wife and I were and are very happy with the level of service.

The guy at the store was super knowledgeable and very helpful in finding my new mattress. There are a lot of beds to choose from and each one is different than the other so even the slightest detail can matter when you make a mattress purchase that, in theory, will last 10 years.

Everyone from the sales person to the delivery crew was great. Fast and easy. Very polite and answered all my questions.

Worst experience ever poor communication then made matters far worse by encountering the rudest most uncaring sales person I’ve ever encountered. I myself was a business manager of a large retail store and if an associate of mine had talked to or had as little care or concern for a customer as Edward did I would have fired him . He actually refused to give me the name of his manager when I asked knowing he was out of line.

Mike was super kind and cordial the moment I walked in. He made sure to keep his mask on and maintain social distancing (for anyone out there that this might be a major concern for, fear not!). He focused on finding out my most frequent sleep positions and temperature (I’m already a hot sleeper and Texas doesn’t help that at all) and matching me with a mattress based on that. He kept the range of mattresses narrow so I didn’t get analysis paralysis and sure enough after 45 minutes we found the one! I saved about $700 total through mattress firm and because Mike was so accommodating. This was a great experience and I’m super happy with my mattress decision. Many thanks to Mike for being so awesome and friendly! I wish every in-store experience was like this and every employee was like Mike!

I came in to test the Purple mattress and did not enjoy it. I found another mattress that was on sale and the associate Steven R. made it easy for me to apply for financing, get a mattress cover and schedule a delivery. Total it took about 20 minutes start to finish. Thanks Steven for helping me set up my new bed!! :)

I ordered the wrong size mattress, a full instead of a queen. I ordered on line and didn’t even know where to begin to exchange. It’s called a comfort exchange. It was very comforting to taken care immediately.I called the Mattress Firm in Texas on Fm 620and talked with Mike. He fixed the issue within an hour with a delivery date and time. They are a great kind Company with fairPrices and quality furniture. Tks

What a great experience, who would have thought when buying a bed? We had a gentleman named Mike show us the ropes. He was so informative, and easy going making us feel right at home. The two of them dropped so much sleep knowledge on me, and were so patient with me while I deliberated between two beds. Definitely made this process of moving to Austin very pleasing. My boyfriend and I have been mattress shopping for an upgrade, but were having trouble finding what fit our needs and price. When we went to this location, Christian immediately came to help. He was able to work within our budget to get us the best bed we have slept on in a long time. Manager is a liar, spoke to him on the phone informed him I live across the street he told me because I am the manager I can waive delivery charges. When I went into the store to purchase my queen set he told me the completely opposite saying I can waive delivery charges but Im not going to wanted to charge me $80 to deliver across the street then said oh I can hook you up waste of time.
