After spending many years purchasing mattresses based on how they felt when you laid on them for five minutes, Riley introduced me to the notion that you choose a mattress based on how your spine lines up when you are in a sleeping position. The entire experience was excellent. I had a long text chat with a store manager and he suggested several mattresses and that I come in and try them. I did that the next day, masks and all, and ended up getting a different mattress that I liked better and so was glad I did. It was even delivered the same day. The delivery was excellent as well. The two delivery men had masks and covered their feet and set everything up really fast. I just finished making the bed, and the moment of truth will be tomorrow morning. The new bed frame is so different from my old one - much lighter and easy to set up - and it is really nice and high enough to store things underneath.

I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and service that I received from both of the guys that helped me (I think their names were Riley and Jonathan). They helped me pick out exactly what I needed (a foam mattress for a guest room murphy bed) and I never felt as if they were trying to get me to buy more than I needed or spend more money. I originally was just stopping by to see what some of the mattresses felt like because I was thinking about buying one on Groupon, but it just seemed weird to buy a mattress online without knowing how it would feel. I was surprised that Mattress Firm also had just as good of deals as I was seeing on Groupon, and I could try out the mattresses in person. They really made the experience easy and stress free. Walked into Mattress Firm not knowing what I was going to acquire. Ive always gone cheap for mattresses and paid the price with my body. For once I stopped to consider that 1/3 of my day is in bed so here we go. Shannon didnt waste any time showing me the different options by actually trying them out. She listened carefully to my sleep disorder concerns and made excellent recommendations. I finally narrowed it down to a Pressuresmart Queen size with adjustable base and a bundle of bed stuff. We went through the paperwork and closed the deal. Meanwhile, Matt was taking care of customers and handling business, too. An overall excellent experience. My only gripe was neither one has seen the movie, My Cousin Vinny! They both need a paid day off to explore that movie. Buying a new mattress is one of those things that most people dont do enough to really be ready for it when its time. Ive been due to get a new one for a little bit. Last night I decided there was no time like the present (at least to start the process). I noticed that this location was open until 9pm for their holiday sale and figured, what the hell? Maybe I wouldnt be ready to buy something, but couldnt hurt to stop by and see what the options looked like.Shannon was awesome! Even thought it had been longer than usual day for her, she was friendly and helpful. She walked me through the process of differentiating between their wide selection, and was incredibly patient and with me as I talked out the whole process of deciding what made the most sense for me. What could easily be an anxiety-inducing or awkward process felt simple. She even stayed past 9 to help me figure the whole thing out.I ended up walking out of the store knowing a new mattress will be arriving at my place in a few days! I never felt pressured, and she clearly would have been fine if I had decided to leave to think about it, but after the thorough processes of helping match me with the right mattress, I ended up feeling pretty confident in the final 3 options. So I havent ever bought a mattress before, ever. Hey, Im young, give me a break. However, it was finally the time to find a good new mattress as my old one was a pain in my back. Literally.I found a Groupon for mattress firm and jumped on it. I first decided to go with a cheaper mattress, but after arriving to the store and lying down on a firmer mattress, I definitely decided that it was worth the extra $$$ to spend a little more for a nicer mattress.Liz helped me out, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was patient with me (especially as a first time buyer), helped me try out a few options, and was on the ball about pricing, availability, setup, and delivery options. It was even cool that with my $20 donation to Habitat for Humanity, theyd deliver for free! Who knew buying a mattress could help build a home too?Delivery was quick, same day quick, like 4 hours after buying it quick! The guys who delivered were awesome, helpful and didnt seem like they were in a rush to get out.You know I used to eat across the street from this store, and thought about saving money by buying online. I went back to Matress Firm because my first experience was so good and I was glad to have Jake help me again. They take the approach of showing you all your options and letting you choose what works for you. No pressure to buy anything in particular. They have good selection and quality products. My overall experience with Mattress Firm seemed very long. At first, the delivery man could not find my location and my mattress was not delivered when it was said. The way this was originally addressed I was extremely frustrated. I followed up the next day to insure they had the correct instructions but again they were taken to a completely different address. I wish I had gotten my delivery mans name on the second trip. But, Christian and Mike were fantastic during this situation. They did go out of their way on the second day to make sure it was delivered and I am over all happy with the purchase. The only reason I cant rate this higher was because of the poor quality service on the first day.

I came into the store on a limited budget and the guys inside were a huge help. Jake was able to give me a good deal on a mattress and Im very satisfied with my visit.

Mattress Firm is a great place to buy a mattress -- the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the company seems to be well-structured towards customer-satisfaction. They allow you to return the bed after 90 days if you change your mind, but not within 90 -- after 90 -- since you need that amount of time to decide on a big purchase like a mattress. Pretty cool, though it could be a way to have everyone forget about that option once 3 months have gone by.I had a wonderful experience there, and when the mattress we ordered had minor damage from the factory, they gave us a temporary (and upgraded!) mattress until the proper one would arrive. However, it was frustrating when they changed the arrival time on us at the last minute for the first mattress, and now they have twice moved the date of the swap for our actual mattress, and we are waiting 2 weeks for it. Im surprised that they can deliver next or same day on most orders, but if the item is damaged it takes 2 weeks to get another one?

My experience at Matress Firm Rosedale was absolutely fantastic! I had gone to another location and dealt with a salesman that used sales tactics that I didnt quite appreciate to get me into a more expensive bed (that wasnt really what I wanted). I had my mind set on a particular mattress as soon as I walked in the door, and this individual told me that the bed I wanted was more expensive and nowhere near as good as the bed he had in mind. This coupled with several other things just left me and my fiance unsure of whether or not we wanted to buy a bed afterall. Since the bed I wanted wasnt on display I figured that we needed some more time to decide. I then started calling around to different locations to find out if they had the bed I wanted on display. After calling 10 different stores I finally found the one that had the bed I wanted on display (a Serta). After walking into the Rosedale store, and I was met by a kind and warm individual (Juan). I tested the Serta bed out and was almost set to buy. Juan was the manager/salesman for this location and he went above and beyond to ensure I got into the bed that I wanted. After jumping between 2 beds, he recommended that I try another bed, based on my taste. No pressure, no side comments, no downplaying of the bed I originally walked in to try. This bed he recommended was my dream bed. Had it not been for Juans exceptional knowledge, attention to detail, and kindness, I would not have found the bed that my fiance and I absolutely love. Juan didnt make any suggestions regarding the quality of the bed or the price. He simply mentioned that I might like it based on what we had spoken about thus far. And was he right! Had Juan not made the recommendation based off my taste and needs, I would have walked away without ever knowing that the Beautyrest Scarlett was the bed for me. I didnt know this bed even existed, and I walked away with it based not on salesman pressure or tactics, but because of the knowledge and understanding of my needs and the type of bed I wanted. Thank you so much for everything Juan! Ill be recommending this location and Juan to all my family members and friends. Damn good job!

Great customer service. We went to another retail liquidator store but unlike their advertisement. They we were horrible. So we had to leave and then we saw this Mattress Firm Store, so we went inside. Great explanation about different type if the mattresses were offere by Jacob. Very nice gentelman. No pressure to buy just honnest info. We are glad that we could make a deal that met our budget requirments. I totaly recommend this store of mattress firm to everybody. Very nice people.
