We had a fantastic experience shopping with Olya and Angelo today! They made the experience personable but also very fun. We found sunglasses, cologne, perfume, and makeup today. It was a nice place to visit in the Domain Shop area. I thought it will be the Chanel Boutique that selling clothes or bags and it was for fragrance & beauty products etc. I loved to walk around and look at stuff. All the staffs were nice and kind enough to explain the products. 😇

I had such a lovely experience here all thanks to Charlie! He helped transform my look in a matter of minutes, by helping me choose the perfect red lip gloss. Highly recommend you pay him a visit if youre looking for excellent service. :)

Placed a phone order 2 days ago, the person helped me is Charlie, very professional and nice! The order arrived today, even though I only ordered a small nail polish, it was packed super nice, also has a sample in it. Highly recommend! And thank you for the great service!!

My wife loves this place and everyone there is honest and very helpful. One of only a few stores in the country and always insightful on their products.If you like boutique products and staff who take pride in their job, stop in and check it out. They dont try and sell you on anything or upsell you either.

This boutique is one of Austins best kept secrets. Very friendly staff that clearly love what they do. Management is excellent - they go above and beyond to make your experience special. Even if you walk away with a small product, the staff takes their time to send you home with samples and a done up Chanel shopping bag with stickers and ribbon bow.Every time Im at the Domain I will make an excuse to go into this shop! Im blown away with the service and products! Keep up the great work! :)

Beautiful store, the environment is very friendly, classy and not snobbish at all. Thats exactly how I would like to feel myself by going in such places. They had a limited edition gift set that I wanted to buy online. Definitely going to come back.

This was the most amazing retail experience Ive ever had, truly. As someone new to luxury skincare, I was nervous to even walk in the Chanel doors, but Sarah made me and my friend feel right at home. The whole experience felt like a little party, Sarah was so kind and energetic and let us sample so many things (with Covid-19 protections in place). I truly had no intention of purchasing something, but the products and experience were so amazing I had to walk away with the toner and cotton pads. And I cant wait for the mens concealer sticks to come out so that I have a reason to return. Cant recommend this place enough!

Honestly the worst experience ever, I got treated like I was homeless or something. I decided to buy a perfume and decided to try on glasses when I was putting them one I got told to put them down and only can hold them from their hand... like though glass doesn’t come a million.... and got told that I decided to return the parfumerie I can’t open it so he put a sample in the bag. Literally the worst experience. Like I did ride buy it online then in store.... and the door in the store was closed to so I had to wait outside for someone to open the door.... like I was trying to spend my money there and got treated like I got no money for it

Fantastic experience. Worked with the assistant manager looking for a gift and ended up buying a product for myself. Hoping they bring more of these concepts around.

Bad experience, came to Nordstrom and bought Chanel beauty here instead.
