The customer service at this location is fantastic. I can’t remember her name, but the associate with purple and silver hair is wonderful. She will listen patiently as you describe to her what it is you want to do to your hair, and give thorough recommendations and advice on the best products to use and how to use them. I always come here for my hair and beauty needs!

I visited this location today after trying but not quite getting as close to silver as I wanted with my hair. The store manager, a vibrant and kind lady with two-toned purple and silver hair listened to my plight and offered an inexpensive solution based in color theory. She obviously knew what she was talking about but didnt make me feel dumb for asking for advice. I just tried the products she sold me in conjunction with the recommendations she made and I am so incredibly happy with my result!! Capital Plaza is not an easy part of town to run a business in but the team at this Sally are absolutely fantastic. Will revisit over other establishments in the future for sure!!

The girl who helped me yesterday (i forgot to get her name but she has straight just past shoulder length hair and says shes about to dye it red) is awesome, very sympathetic to my hair needs and recommended some good deep conditioning masks and leave in conditioners after i nuked my hair platinum. My hair looks great now and i just wanted to say shes an awesome salesperson! Listens well and has great suggestions

3 stars for usually having the stuff I want. Only three for generally poor customer service. Such as just now...Cashier: Did you find everything today?Me: Actually, you guys didnt have the color I was looking for.Cashier: *says nothing in response, rings up items*Did you have a Salleys card?Me: *rifling through wallet* I actually dont remember.. maybe it expired?Cashier: *ignores me, finishes transaction without offering to look up my account or let me get a new card*Clearly the employees here are going through the motions and saying what theyre supposed to say, but dont actually plan to help you at all. Guess Ill go get my hair dye on Amazon.

Very poor customer service at times. Sale prices never reflect on receipt...therefore, you find yourself making numerous trips back. For me if I have to make a trip back...do the most, return items.
