Was told I had four prescriptions ready for my sister. She called and asked and this is what she was told. When I went to pick them up, I was the only person at the drive-through and waited 20 minutes and only got three prescriptions. I will have to make another trip tomorrow to pick them up.This is very unprofessional and a Waste of our time. I find it very disrespectful and will urge my sister to find another pharmacy. As should you if you’re thinking of going here.

Worst costumer service ever. I made a curbside pick up order online and took them 3hrs and 30 mnts to have it ready. I had to call to the store twice to asked them how much longer it was going to take. After all I ended up walking into the store to pick up my order, ( I had my 4 month old with me and he wasn’t feeling well, there was a reason why I order curb side pick up) the manager was very rude and didn’t offer to help me to take the boxes of diapers to the car. Very bad experience. 👎🏻

Well...I finally have a New Doctor, & after I did all the blood work, got my medication etc: one of the nurses not only made an appointment for me to get A Covid Vaccine: it was 6 minutes from home.1st Shot Received!!! 🎉😁 2nd on the 19th of July. By the way: my arm is sore but, so far I feel fine. I am so ready to fight for Justice Denied!EZ Pawn On Cameron Rd: Broke My Brand New Laptop: & tried to sell it before Our Agreed Pay Off On The 7th of April. I was so depressed I had decided...If a business I have never defaulted on could be so cruel, deceitful, & blatantly, with malicious intent...do such a thing...I No Longer Wanted To Keep Being Denied Justice. I stopped taking my meds. I wanted to die. I sincerely am tired of hateful, lying,Felony Crimes Being Forced On Me.However: I have survived these sad,Cruel Experiences: & I am going to Expose This Store. No one should be as broken as I am, for trusting a business.

Employees are polite and genuine nice. I always go there since its walking distance from my job. Im not doctor nor pharmacist tech, and people tend to ask me for help,and translate I dont even work there. so today I stop by the pharmacist on the consultation and question section to ask for certain allergy, and I miss pronounce Penicillin due to right now I have very bad allergies. Yet I was treat like nuances by pharmacist, a woman with long brunette hair, and a pharmacy tech was very much nicer than the girl. now i understand why people rather ask me questions than her. Youre located in very poor side town. Where people barely speak English dont treat them that way.

I sat in the drive-through for over 30 minutes while they ignored everyone in drive-through and rang everybody up at the front register. Most unprofessional Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Too chatty and slow.

I went today and before I did my purchase I ask for use the bathroom, the cashier told the restroom was closed because of the COVID site, she even told me I can go to HEB crossing the street, really???! Very disappointed.

Ive had three major surgeries since December 2nd 2020. Two to my forehead, and one to my neck on both sides. these people treated me and my little service dog Slick that goes with me everywhere with nothing but respect. They helped me find anything I needed. And the pharmacy people I had so many prescriptions and some of them were confusing they explained everything very well and they even helped me find one of my prescriptions cheaper on the shelf. Everybody in this store is awesome!!!! Much love to all yall and in case anybody from the store reads this we are healing up good I still cant use my arms thanks for all your help 💗💗💗🐿️&🐕 PS Im the little old lady with the blue Walker and the crazy looking little dog love you bye

Walgreens I just want to let you know that I will never be going into your stores ever again!!!! After shopping at your store on North Lamar for 30yrs and using your services. Yesterday at your store I experienced something I have never in my life personally dealt with. My, Husband, Daughter,Granddaughter, and myself entered the store to buy something while out running errands, as soon as we walked threw the door I hear Security please check the floors! Didnt think to much of it so continue to the back pharmacy area, and that when I noticed to women following us and peaking around the isles. I continued look for and grab what I came in for, and headed for the front to pay for my items in which I asked to speak to a manager where I asked her if there was a problem, and told her what happened. One of the ladies that was following me heard me talking to the manager aggressively in a loud voice came up to me and my family trying to justify her actions, while the other woman ran out of the store. Walgreens Ive never known you guys to have Security ( actual Security/ loss prevention) in your stores, so my advice is dont put people in charge of it if they dont know what their doing, and they are working beyond their scope. You assumed my Husband a Military Veteran and myself ( an actual Security Officer ) were common criminals. You literally thought my family came into steal from you after being costumers for 30yrs! Wow Im not offended by much, but I was yesterday. Worst thing to say or do to me is call or treat me as a thief.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER this girl called YURISEL was super rude to me and my husband! I asked to if I can create an account with you guys cuz I’m a regular customer and she was really mean and giving attitude with no reason. Then i came back just to ask if they’re gonna have like a bigger box of the item I was buying and she was like “what you see is what we have”. Like seriously I love Walgreens I don’t feel like me and my husband should have been treat like that. I don’t feel like coming back! Shame.

I was helped very warmly even though employees were very busy. I felt appreciated and concidered after the photo guy informed me about photo print discounts i wasnt aware of. The front cashier was very friendly with me as well.

Bought some flowers on mothers day and had mold. So didnt want to make a big deal. Removed mold flowers and a week later new mold produced. Never bought flowers with mold. Never purchasing flowers from walgreens.

This could very well be the worst Walgreens in existence. Stood at the photo counter for 10 minutes, no one around to assist me. I called in, while standing at the photo counter, was transferred to photo, then auto-hold for 7 minutes. Finally the cashier picked up and i asked him for assistance in Photos.Avoid, if at all possible. Seriously, go anywhere else.

Is seriously!!! My husband who is almost 45 years old was asked for identification for some cigars, and the cashier can see that he is not even 16 years old to work and his name is Miguel. He was rude and did not even answer my husbands greeting.

I see that Im not the only one who has gotten the Security please check the floors, insult!I had arrived early at 8am which I didn’t know was too early for Western Union, (their website says that Western Union is open at 8am,) I finish my business at pickup into the western union kiosk, and head to the front counter. I was then told in a rather arrogant tone by an elderly checkout lady with long gray hair, Nope it doesnt open until 9!Not having anything to do for an hour I decide to look at the makeup, when all of a sudden I hearSecurity please check the floors.” I didn’t think much about it until this young brown haired gentlemen went directly behind the makeup counter and began watching every move I made. Which didn’t really bother me, I had nothing to hide. Although it was REALLY annoying because he was not discreet about watching me whatsoever. Because of this, I decided not to purchase any eyeliner there, I was feeling way too uncomfortable.I then proceeded to the snack isle, when low and behold here comes that same gentlemen. Pretending to straighten things on the shelf. At this point I was beginning to feel insulted. So I went to the photo department to pickup my western union, and who do you think is there to help me? The same young brown haired guy. As he was getting my money, I see these two guys who looked as if they worked outside or in construction walk past us, and he doesn’t miss a beat! He picks up his phone in a hurry and with determination and announces “Security please check the floors, securityplease check the floors.”At this point its like I wasn’t even standing there, this guy was watching these two gentlemen like a hawk. I look at him and look back at the gentlemen and look back at him, this is when I realize, me and those guys had something in common, we werent dressed up, I was in sweats. We had been poorly and rudely profiled!Thats not even the worst part, I had to take the items that I decided reluctantly to purchase to the front counter because after dealing with me with the western union, the guy at the photo register couldn’t be bothered to ring up my items for me, even though he was just rudely following me around and practically willing me to steal something, the same lady as earlier is rushing to her register when a gentlemen in front of me had asked her if they had any other bottled water besides what was out by the register, she then says “Isle 4! Back against the wall in the cooler!” Confused by this, (as Isle 4 is clearly marked and not by the wall,) he asks her in broken English while walking towards the isle, “Isle 4? Or back against the wall in the cooler?” She then VERY rudely and sternly yells “ IT IS IN AISLE 4, THE AISLE BACK AGAINST THE WALL, IN THE COOLER!” She then looks at me and rolls her eyes at the gentlemen.I say nothing as Im ticked off enough by the behavior I had witnessed.COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE “CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

Worst walgreens ive ever shopped in!! All the little girls at checkout are rude as can be!! They constantly make the customers feel like thieves. They will follow and watch you. I honestly feel violated when i am there. Ialthough they were obnoxious i still shopped there. UNTIL TODAY! I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE GIRL AT THE REGISTER. i asked her a question, granted i did not see she was helping a man already. So i waited and said sorry. She rolled her eyes and stuck her finger in the air telling me to hold on. She was basically purposefully taking longer than necessary. So i ealked off, after i got halfway across the store she yells did you have a question? I said never mind i will ask someone else! The manager happens to be on the next isle over and i wisper to myslef damn girls are always so rude. He says actually everyone who works here is rather nice. I then say, your not even going to ask me what just happened. He said no, im not. I said no wonder the girls are rude. Look at you. What kind of customer service is this?? FYI i am in that store at least every other day. I buy ALL MY MAKEUP THERE AND THAT ALONE IS ALOT! NEVER AGAIN!!

Pharmacy waiting line and drive thru are insane.I waited over 30 minutes and went from 3rd to 2nd in line.Drive thru is obviously for quickest way to just drop off and pick up for people with busy schedules. Apparently the staff doesnt think so they are so inconsiderate and attend to those inside the sore first even if they have just arrived.

THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACISTS IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. EVERY SINGLE PHARMACIST HAS HAD AN ATTITUDE EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE PICKED UP MY MEDS. THE ONE WHO TAKES THE CAKE IS SARAH AND LANCE. SADLY, BOTH ARE MANAGERS. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE AND MAKE IT OBVIOUS THEY DONT CARE TO BE THERE. MY SISTER HAD TO SWITCH PHARMACIES DUE TO LACK OF RESPECT AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. BEWARE OF THIS PHARMACY LOCATION. I RECOMMEND CVS OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN WALGREENS.

I find it hard to believe that people are blasting this pharmacy. Ive been going here for the past year and never once had an issue. In fact, Ive had two people that have went above and beyond and harassed my Drs for me, to get my meds that I needed since the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. Then after all that, my insurance was denying the meds, so they again were kick ass and called my dr and my insurance and got it handled in a very timely manner. When they didnt have the meds I needed, they ordered them and they were there the next day. Just recently when I went to pick my meds up, they only had about 3-4 week supply (I get three months at a time), they gave me what they had and told me to come back tomorrow for the rest (at least I had some to get by), and when I went to pick up the rest, just as every other visit, super easy and super painless. I used to work right down the street so it was convenient, now that I got a new job, Im still going to use them even though its a bit of a drive just because of how well theyve treated me... Maybe they got new staff?

This is the worst walgreens Ive ever had to deal with. I spoke with the pharmacist name Lance on regards to why they texted my med was ready and it wasnt.I take xanax and it was early refill but they refused to release until my doctor called monday eventhough she called it in friday so i went without meds all weekend and after speaking with lance he told me that even if my doctor called and let them know they could release that his store was not gonna release and he was gonna note my account no early release and he hung up on me and refused to give me his last name.How can a pharmacist decide not to release a med when my doctor calls them to ok the med. i think this is illegal.And to top it off I always get text messages that my prescription is ready and when a get there its either a partial refill or only one medication is ready.They never have meds in stock so i have to wait for them to ordermWorst costumer service and im reporting him cause he has no right to override a doctor. I hate this walgreens and I dont recommend it to anybody.Dont go there unless u want to wait 5 days till the can stock it.

It is always a long wait to prick up prescriptions here. They have also always fill my scripts wrong and I recently found out they have way overcharged me for the prescriptions through my insurance provider. I was coming here because it was the closest Walgreens location to my house, however Id save time by driving to a further location.

This store needs to read up on what one coupon per purchase means! I had six items in a bag, using two coupons, the cashier actually lied and said there wasnt six items in my bag even after we opened our bag and showed her there was 6!! The cashier and manager wouldnt even follow their own coupon policy!
