Patricia was awesome in helping me pick out new Manly scents! Will definitely shop there in the future!

OMG. Best B&BW I have been to in a long time. I was greeted promptly by Patricia, who I believe is the assistant GM. She spent so much time with me asking about scents I liked and helping me decide on wallflowers. She was so helpful. Sadie and I talked for such a long time about our favorite candles, and all of the great fall scents they are about to get. She also helped me pick out some car scent things, I couldn’t decide and she was so helpful. Nelsi checked me out and she was just so kind and quick, I told them I would definitely be back to shop at their location specifically. It was hard to leave with just one product because every employee was so helpful in showing and recommending me things that I ended up loving. I hope corporate sees my review, and thanks their employees at this location specifically! They were seriously so so sweet. Will be coming to their location only from now on.

My visits have overall been what I expect from a Bath and Body Works store, but the selection is usually limited because it is a smaller store compared to an outlet or mall location. Thats not the staffs fault, but thats the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the selection.

Love how your greated as you walk in the door and asked if there is something you need help finding. I knew exactly what I was looking for and the sales ldy pointed me to exactly where it was. I was limited on time and this worked out perfect for me with time to spare

Great experience until I asked two questions, very politely. The woman training the new employee was passive aggressive and very stand off-ish. I simply asked about address change and a coupon policy and I was met with a rude response. It’s as if she was expecting me to respond differently so she already had a tone of voice ready to respond.

This is the one stop for all ur candles shop. Its always clean there and friendly people !

Was extremely clean. Went for candle day and wasn’t crazy busy at all! That all the candles I was looking for.

Love the variety of items and always have exactly what Im looking for although the smell is quite overwhelming if youre in there for any length of time 😊

Cashier Patricia was very unpleasant and rude. She didn’t greet me and had the nerve to give me quarters and nickels for 2 dollar change. When i requested that she give me dollars, she flat out rudely refused. Needs serious customer service training or she shouldn’t work there. The other employee that greeted me at the door was very nice and accommodating but sadly i Won’t go back.

I love the choice of so many different scents. Their sales and coupons make it affordable to treat yourself with quality candles and body care. Ive ALWAYS appreciated fantastic customer service. Especially with Patricia and Martha. In addition to being very friendly they are also able to suggest scents to try that suits the needs for what Im shopping.

Its located within the Central market mall behind the Regal cinemas theatre. Its a small shop compared to other locations in Barton creek mall n south meadows. Currently they have some offers on soaps and handwash. Was able to grab some travel fragrant hand sanitizers before quarantine for $1.99. They also have some soothing wax candles as well.#HappyShopping

Love this location. I like that it isnt enormous so I can easily find what I need and see everything. They typically have deals on the products I buy so thats awesome. The staff here are always friendly and have a smile. On their face so it makes for a pleasant shopping trip.

I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for and each candle was fairly expensive. Although I have no idea how much candles typically sell for. And I didnt like the smell of their holiday candles.

Lord have mercy!! SOAPS AND SCENTS EVERYWHERE!!! AND CHRISTMAS MUSIC TO BOOT..today is Nov 14th..they had deals and more deals. The latest in scents are aromatic SLEEP,COMFORT, CRAZY AND CREEPY. LOL!!! STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. a wonderful stop and shop.

This is my favorite location! The workers are always very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. They always have plenty of selection and it is nice not having to wade through a crowd like the one at the mall.

Great location, been coming here for years. Not only are hours currently limited due to COVID-19 but I was turned away when I walked up to the door, They said NO CASH TRANSACTIONS. Very disappointed customer here😡.

I came into the store to return an online order. I waited at the counter for 15 to 20 minutes until the two sales associates who were in the store finally realized I was waiting there, and then went to go fetch a manager. By the time the manager decided to come out of her office, she flatly refused to give me my money back and said that I can only exchange in the store. She offered to call the customer service line for me, and after waiting for another 15 or 20 minutes on hold, I decided to leave the store. However during the time I was waiting for her, she scolded an employee from another store it was also in there trying to exchange something. Not only was she incredibly rude to me, she was rude to the other people in the store. Luckily the employee that she decided to scold, let me no that other stores would be willing to help me out. Again, I would like to reiterate that this was not an employee of this store. The only helpful, friendly, and attentive person in the entire store was an employee who worked at a different location.

This was not the greatest experience. Neither employee was warm or welcoming. My 6 year old really needed to use the restroom while we were checking out with a fair amount of merchandise, due to a lack of empathy, my baby had an accident. What a horrible way for a child to feel for no reason.You may not use the restroom. Its company policy unless you are pregnant. Then the cashier proceeded to tell my 6 year old that she didnt think that she was pregnant.Truly, I am very disturbed by this entire interaction; she should be ashamed of herself.

This bath and body works is OFF THE CHAIN. Small enough to see everything they have at once, and a super friendly staff. Does anyone know the store managers name? Shes THE BOMB. Im lookin at you, store manager. Sweetest store manager ever. And also they throw KILLER events! So much fun! They always have crafts for kids and fun competitions and stuff. I love this place! I live 45 minutes away but I used to drive there all the time just cuz I loved it so much. You should shop there. For sure.

The environment is so fresh and friendly. Almost all the time, a staff member is there to greet you. The staff is so nice and are willing to find what you need so you leave satisfied.

The one staff member I met was sweet. The other one just walked around and looked at me. But the first asked me when she first saw me, then again when I looked confused bout some of the scents. It was an ok store, but not very big.

Great selection of new scents, but impossible to find your favorites again. Hard to shop in peace. The salespeople are all over you the whole time.

I walked in, didnt see but 1 worker, Ms Melissa. She never greeted anyone. I asked where the room sprays were she said right there . I asked if they were still on sale and she rudely responded only if you have the email coupon, myself and another customer asked can you not honor it since it was online also, and she said no very rudely. I ended up walking out without a purchase. I was going to buy other items but her attitude towards myself and another customer changed my mind.

Ladies have to treat themselves correct and this is certainly how to do it! Lotions, etc
