I came in for my recall notice I received in the mail along with my complimentary oil change for my 2015 Nissan Altima and the service representative would not allow me to get a full synthetic service done as it says it on the recall notice. I asked to pay for the difference he said can’t do that so I am having to pay for the full synthetic oil change even though I have the recall notice.
I love my salesperson Ally! She is awesome and straight to the point. She is honest and listens to what your wants and needs are. I also want to give a shout out Dan. He made the signing of all the paperwork smooth and he even went the extra mile and found a lender that would give me a better rate after I had left the dealership. Austin was super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I came in the estimate was $111, came back to pick up the total was like $1600. I was happy to pay because of the amazing service, the video given to me about my car was amazing. It outlined all the issues and provided solutions. I loved that I had the option to approve and not approve line items. I approved them all because the video showed me under my car, areas of rust, and tears which of course I wanted all of this to be fixed. When I got my car back it drove like brand new. Also when I finished paying Austin even told me I have lifetime brake pad changes there for free. I would say give Austin (customer service person) a increase in pay, it was the best choice hiring him from FL to TX. sincerely a happy customer.

Took my son to buy his first car. He is 19yrs old, Armando and Rishi are very out going easy to talk to. They made us feel like family. They understood exactly where we were financially and how much and how long we were willing to be in this first time investment for my son. Everything was well explained thoroughly and he was able to ask questions without feeling like he was asking dumb questions. Him being a first time buyer I feel I went to the right people and right place. He had a great experience and a better deal than the one I had when I purchased my first car back in the days. Different dealership of course. Which reminds me of all the stuff he got with it like includes maintenance oil change, tire rotation, flats, carwash for a couple of years. This is a review only of the Service department, rather than the dealership. In multiple instance Ive been made to feel like Im bothering the people that work there. In one instance I was the only one there, and there were 6 employees standing up front. One of them asked if I needed something (I was there to pick a car which had already been paid for). Explained I had paid and was just picking up the car. Then 10 minutes pass of me awkwardly standing there while the employees talk with each other, or are looking on the computer. I get that they might be wrapping up a previous interaction or the like. However, no one ever followed up with me. I had to ask a second time if I could get some help. Again I was the only one in there, and there were 6 employees up front. No asking for much but better communication and customer service would have been appreciated. I will say the car was fixed as paid for. And for the most part the over the phone communication was good. Its just not great when you feel like youre bother the employees when youre just trying to pick up your car.

I really disappointing experience. Both sales members that I worked with were not experienced and had very little product knowledge. It took over 30 minutes just to get my name, number, DL info - with no discussion about what I was looking for. After finally making it outside to test drive the sales member left me out in the hot car to go back inside for the keys he forgot. After 10min I decided to go back inside for some cool air, but then realized the keys were in the car the entire time (they seem to lose and misplace keys frequently). Frustrated and out of time I decided I would have to come back the next day.My sales person forgot to give me my ID back, so the next day when I came in to finally test drive, my ID was given back to me with a crease in it from being folded in half... When I went to speak to the SAME sales person it was almost as if we were meeting again for the first time. We literally sat there for another 30min to repeat the information gathering and is excuse was Well we dont keep these over night.I felt like the entire time I was being sold - very impersonal, lacked knowledge, and he had to leave me in the office alone upwards of 8 times just to walk to the back for answers to simple questions he didnt know. It was a terribly long process and when we were finally done the car wasnt ready to be driven. He assured me it was being cleaned and would only be 15min. And he begged me not to leave because if I left without test driving he said My manager will kill me. After about 30min I left, and got a text 4 hrs later that the car was finally done...By that time I had already gone to the north Nissan location and had a test drive and a much more experienced and professional. HIGHLY suggest if you want a Nissan to use a different location. Out of every dealership I went to for my new car (which was a lot) this was by far the worst experience in every way.
The people were very friendly and helpful. I love that the tech sent me a video while he was working on my car!!! I have never had that done before!!!! I would recommend my whole family to come here!!! Awesome place to buy a car or have it serviced!!!!
I bought car from here in 2019. They sent me my PLATE in 3 weeks but i did not receive registration sticker on that mail. I am still complaining about my CAR REGISTRATION since i did not receive until today. They always said 3rd part lady (who only can register car and send sticker) did not respond. Its been over 1.7 years. I am not sure that lady is alive or not. Still did not respond until today. I have no idea how Can I have my car registration. Its very scary to drive my car without sticker. lol

The gentleman in the service department named Austin refuse to provide my mother with his service since she was not an English speaker. I, her daughter and co-owner of the vehicle offered to translate over the phone as well as another gentleman offered to translate for her but Austin decided he was not going to help so he walked over to her car and said “no” as he walked away from her, making her wait to be serviced by someone else whenever they came to be available

Really unprofessional. I hate leaving bad reviews knowing how it affects a business, but they really pushed me to this point.On Monday I bought a vehicle from them and was told I would have it by the end of the day. After waiting around for hours, at the end of the day they said sorry it will be first thing tomorrow morning (Tuesday). I went around 10am and sat around for 2 hours before they said it will be done by the end of the day. End of the day rolled around and I called multiple times to find out it was not ready. So Wednesday morning I called and they said it wont be ready till Friday. I had to almost beg them for a loaner car which also did not go so smooth. Then Today (Friday) I go down there after multiple people told me it was ready and they said sorry it actually is not ready you will have to come get it tomorrow.I live 40min away and work 40min away from their business Ive wasted so much time, money, and effort dealing with this car I bought on Monday. Mind you the entire time through this I had no updates no one would tell me whats going on. My sales rep has not contacted me or would take my call since Tuesday. God bless her soul but the only one that was any help was the receptionist. She would go and do things and ask questions that I needed. So after all this come to find out all they needed to do was an oil change, breaks and an inspection. I work in a shop and if it took me 5 days to do that I would not have a job. The only compensation I was offered was a loaner car and a free tank of gas.Sorry for the long rant but please bewareP.s I still dont have my car.
This dealership has a wide range of inventory, interior and exterior detailing is new and clean, and great information is given on each car. The car dealers are there to fill your needs in the vehicle you want making it an excellent experience. It couldnt be better.

Once you entered into the dealership and assisted by your assigned salesperson, things will turn around the head and you will hear like we just sold the one you liked and try to make you preorder. Even though I was unable to obtain a car from you guys I had great experience shopping for one and going over all my options with this sales guy if Im not mistaken his name was Vince or could have been Vincent but fa sure his last name is Campbell. This has a great sense of humor to go along with his extreme professionalism. He said he hasnt been saling car a month yet. Purchased a car from Silvia and only have it less than a month when sensor light came on, I called to see since it was less than a month that I purchased it if the sensor can be replaced and was told since I paid cash I would have to pay out of pocket. This car is for transporting autistic students and I explained the need for a dependable car but they are not going to clean a air filter issue that they replaced and left dirt in the system in the first place. I will not recommend buying from here and I will also post a Yelp review. Buyer beware.

I paid for 10 general maintenance visits in advance for my truck and it has been the worst decision I’ve made. I have 7 visits remaining and i will not be returning. I’d rather pay another $150 to get my truck serviced elsewhere. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. You will spend over 3hrs waiting for a simple oil change and tire rotation. This place is a disappointment and I hope the owner sees this review.

Took over 5 hours, was told at 5:56pm it was ready, will I be there by 6 to get it. When I spoke to someone who wasn’t helping me initially he rudely brushed me off and told me to wait for the other person. Austin helped me and he was lovely and nice, just not pleased with the process. Told I was getting a 15% discount and addition 150 off, that was not reflected in my receipt. Was told I would get a car wash and vacuum inside, that did not happen.
Came in for routine oil change. Went very well and quick.

I just received a text telling me that I agreed to receive texts from South Austin Nissan. That came directly after a text telling me to buy a Sentra.Only Ive never heard of South Austin Nissan. And I live in England.So thats awkward and Im guessing theyve bought a list from someone and then lied about whether or not people have agreed to receive messages from them.Probably should have a visit from the Attorney General.

Laura Rubio was very helpful from start to finish! I took my car in to get fixed only to find out that the radiator was shot. With no car and nowhere in the city to get a rental, I had to find a car at the last minute and before the work week started and Laura was very attentive & diligent. She wasn’t a pushover trying to make commission; she really paid attention to what I was looking for. And she was willing to go the extra mile. Safe to say I was able to trade the old car in & get my first (brand new) vehicle. She made the process smooth and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Really regretting doing business here. I traded my vehicle in and was told they would pay off the remaining amount I owed on my trade-in. This was mid-August, my vehicle still hasnt been paid off at this point and now my payment is 10 days past due on a vehicle I dont even own anymore. Furthermore, when I tried to reach out regarding this issue I was given the run around all week until I finally spoke with the finance director who treated me like I had been bothering them and proceeded to give me more incorrect information on when my vehicle would be paid off. Cant believe this is how South Austin Nissan does business..avoid this place at all cost!

I had a bizarre experience. Three different people worked with me during the 2 hours I was at this location. Person 1 left for a family thing. Person 2 quoted me a cost that was 30% over MSRP (before TTL). When I pointed that out, Person 2 sent in Person 3. Person 2 said they’ll see what they can do, but when Person 3 came to the room instead of Person 2, Person 3 refused to negotiate on anything, and even threw Person 1 under the bus for it. They kept asking where I saw the price I was referencing. And when I provided an answer (which was the main Nissan website AND the South Austin Nissan website), they completely moved on to the next barrage of questions, ignoring my response. Person 3 was a fast talker, which is likely their sales tactic, trying to force a fast decision. And in my experience, forcing someone into a fast decision means it’s probably a bad deal. I’ve been researching this vehicle for 6 months, but they expected I wouldn’t know what I was talking about and would easily agree to an extra 30%. Person 3 was not a nice person to me or their coworkers and left a sour taste in my mouth. There is only one word you need to know before visiting this place ‘Avoid’. I don’t think i had such an unprofessional experience ever before. I understand there is an ongoing chip shortage and the car dealers have more demand than what they can possibly fulfil, but that doesn’t mean they will start treating there potential customers the way South Austin Nissan does. One person to be especially wary of is Frank Trovinger, who will go above and beyond to treat the customers as dirt.
The intake person was very helpful very nice very professional.I really like the text messages and videos during and about the service and to accept or decline service repairs.Always a good experience Nissan staff are great!
Usually Im pretty skeptical when it comes to car salesmen, however Kyle Wilkins was one of the most authentic individuals Ive had the pleasure of working with. He was very accommodating and always kept it real with me. 11/10 would recommend this guy if youre in the market for a new Nissan.
Poor service. We bought a vehicle, brand new and went on our way to travel for the summer. We were issued a temporary registration tag, as usual. The finance manager promised us he would forward our new tags and registration to us immediately. I have called once a week for the last three weeks to check on my tags and no one seeks to know where they are or what to do about it or even who to speak to in order to figure it out. The receptionist is not fit for her position as she doesn’t answer professionally, return calls abd leaves customers waiting on hole for more than 20 mins where the system will just hang up on the customer. This establishment has assigned the receptionist to be in charge of handling the receipt and distribution of all new title tags and registration for new owners. She has never one time called me to let me now anything. No updates or courtesy calls even though it’s what she says she will do. Today is the day my temporary tags expire and now we are not able to cross the Canadian border to see family because South Austin Nissan is incompetent in their business practices. I am persistent and have been trying to have this situation remedied prior to my expiration date. The receptionist, as well as the finance manager Jason, won’t answer calls from my cell phone number, as their caller ID shows who is calling. I either get the line answered and put straight to hold music or they answer and immediately the line goes dead. Calling back doesn’t help because they just hang up again. This is the worst experience I have ever had and would honestly return the vehicle, if I hadn’t already paid for it in full.
I was helped by JR Bobadilla who gave me such a great experience there. He really knew what he was talking about and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I felt so comfortable with him and wouldn’t go anywhere else because of how great my experience with him was. Whether you’re just looking for a car or serious about buying one South Austin Nissan is the place I would go and would highly recommend getting in touch with JR for the best car buying experience you could ask for.
Went to get oil change, was glad to know that they also checked my battery and noticed it didnt pass some test, had to get a new. If it wasnt for them checking that, who knows where I would have been stranded. Thanks for looking out and checking.
