This place was awesome. Steven R. was amazing, he was very friendly and quick at locating what I needed as well as getting it ordered and delivered. Last year someone stole my whole tire and I had tried every company I could think of to find the exact rim. Each place that I called was going to be 500 or more just for one rim. I had stopped searching, then I ran across their page via a post and decided to give them a try. I was super happy and blessed that I did. I know now that if I ever need a part for my vehicle I will call them first and will also be referring people to go see Steven.

I had a great sales experience with Steve of A1 PartSmart. We had several phone discussions over a a couple of days in regards to a particular part for my BMW and during every call Steve demonstrates a willingness to provide me with great customer service and he answered all of my questions. I will be calling A1 PartSmart again for future parts need.

I ordered a fuel tank from them and they proceeded to give me a faulty one. After being told, they offered to give me a replacement one free of cost. However, this replacement was also faulty. I would recommend not getting a fuel tank from them. It appears that they dont know how to properly salvage fuel tanks.Additionally, they refused to offer me a refund unless I returned the faulty parts. I would like to point out that up until this point the customer service had been great.I think you could still get a good deal here, but I would recommend using caution.

Drove way out here after the salesmen on the phone told me they had the exact I needed. Only to show and up find they have a part that somewhat resembles the part I needed. Not the part I specifically asked for on the phone for a specific vehicle. Meanwhile, the mouth breather tried to convince me they are all the same. . Inexperienced parts salesmen running the place. Double check what your being sold.

Service was great it took some time but that is to expect considering they where taking the parts off of some where. The staff anwered all our questions and even asked questions about the products we where looking for. This allowed us to find all the parts we needed in one spot.

Cleaner and nicer than I ever expected. Picked up a couple of parts my dealer wanted an arm & leg for from these guys for about 40% of what the dealer wanted. Wait wasnt very long.
