Joshs expertise guided me away from some bad decisions I was about to make and sent me down the right path on lift, tires, rims, and running boards. Very please with end product. Now heres the important part. We did run it an issue which I discovered two weeks after the truck was done. Josh worked with me on a resolution and executed a solution to my satisfaction. This is the true test of a small business owner. I trust if you work with Josh that youll be happy end results while receiving a fair price.

Joshua was helpful from the first phone call; even responds quickly and thoroughly to texts! We were on vacation in Austin and he worked to get our wheel install completed while we were still in town... tight schedule, but he made it work. He clearly knows his stuff and helped me envision what the end product would look like... and he was spot-on.

Josh and team are great guys and do quality work. I had new tires installed with a front lift on my Tacoma and managed to lodge a huge screw in one of my tires and Josh fixed it for free. I recently came back and ordered a backflip bed cover with install and he was helpful getting a small part needing to be replaced. Nevrslo is very experienced and knowledgeable and where I go for any future custom truck fitting needs.

Worked with Josh at the Austin shop to help locate and purchase a bedslide for my 2011 Tundra. He was super helpful in locating one and getting it shipped out quickly. It was awesome working with Josh and his team. They were so professional and knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done with my truck. I needed to have my truck lowered from 8 to 4 so that I could tow a fifth wheel. He knew exactly the specs I needed for that. The other part I loved about working with Nevrslo was their willingness to help with anything I needed even after I picked up my truck.

I purchased a lift kit and tires installed everything for a great price. After a few months my tires were worn down took it to Firestone and they wouldn’t touch my truck. Firestone also mentioned my alignment was off and that I needed new tires. I have only had the tires and lift for 6 months. Called the shop and explained the situation. They took care of my truck and ordered me new tires! Nothing but great customer service! I highly recommend Nevrslo!

I needed a hard to find part for my 1983 Jeep CJ7. I live out by the lake and have passed Nevrslo on Hudson Bend road before. I looked them up on google and got their number. Knowing they were closed at 7:18 pm, I called to maybe leave a message or catch someone working late at the shop. I was pleasantly surprised to have my call answered on the second ring. While no one was working late at the shop, they care enough about their customers to answer from home after hours. He even offered to order the part for me right then. That isnt the kind of customer service you get from a big box auto shop. It tells me a lot about the effort and pride that is put into what they do. They arent a parts store, but they also didnt dismiss me since I wasnt calling about a performance upgrade. Courtesy and professional service that goes the extra distance. Nevrslo deserves a look if you want to upgrade your off road vehicle.

I contacted Nevrslo, because I wanted to do a long travel kit, for my 08 Tacoma. Between the price, the work and my experience with Josh, I couldnt be happier. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about me, as a customer and not just about making a buck. Highly recommended!

Joshua and Tanner at Nevrslo helped take my 2019 Toyota Tundra to the next level! I had them install a fox coil-over suspension lift and new wheels and tires. The finished product looks amazing! Joshua helped answer my questions and gave his advice as I had a very particular look in mind but wasnt totally confident in the wheel and tire sizes and offsets that I had been considering. It came out great. I had a skid plate that I had ordered separately but they installed for free while they were working. The time between ordering parts and installation was about a month which kinda sucked but it was well worth the wait.I did have two issues after the initial installation and Josh and Tanner were fantastic at helping me resolve:1. The wheels rubbed a bit more than I expected. We knew there was potential for this with the tire size I went with but I was thinking I would probably be fine just avoiding sharp turns. After driving for a week and getting in and out of the parking garage at work I decided I needed them to trim so I could turn at full lock. I brought it back and they trimmed everything to where I needed it with no additional charge.2. The initial installation was done in 1 day but took a little longer than expected and they were not able to take the truck for alignment since the shops they use had already closed. One of the shops they use had a location way down in south Austin near my house so I scheduled to have the alignment done there the next morning instead of taking all the way back to Joshs regular guys up north. No problem - except that this location apparently doesnt know how to do alignments and gave me back my truck with it pulling badly to the right. I called Josh about it and he asked me to bring it to his shop. Turned out they had actually done the alignment wrong and also managed to damage some stuff. It ended up being pretty minor but to make a long story short, Josh fixed THEIR mistake for free so that I could just have it resolved same-day. I then took it to the alignment shop he usually uses and they were able to get it nicely aligned. It was a bit of a hassle but wasnt Joshs fault at all and I was happy with how he helped me get it resolved.Overall I highly recommend Joshua and Nevrslo.

When I purchased my new Range Rover, I didnt realize nobody would be willing or able to work on these vehicles.After spending several frustrating weeks calling around, I finally happened upon Nevrslo in Austin - and Im glad I did!When I first talked to Josh, he was doing some work on a Lamborghini, and he didnt hesitate at all when he heard my plans for the Range Rover. Installing a lift and larger tires was no problem - and the cost was very reasonable as well. On top of that, he got the job done quickly while I waited.Now hes working on a custom light-bar mount for me, and I have complete confidence that it will turn out great!When visiting with Josh, its obvious that hes passionate about his business.
