Took my car for an oil change. Was helped immediately. I waited the expected time I was told. The waiting area is very nice and they had coffee/snacks available. Restrooms were nice and clean. Definitely bring a book/laptop to help pass the time. Great customer service.
Our sales rep, Gabriel Segovia, was great throughout the process. We never felt any pressure to make a decision and he demonstrated patience as we looked at other brands. Once we decided to buy a CX 9 he helped us set up much of the technical accessories and showed us how to use the applications. He made this a less stressful process.
Roger Beasley Mazda saved the day yesterday when my two boys and I arrived without an appointment needing help with our flat tire, and a routine service. They were helpful, speedy, and took care of everything. Even my 3-year old boys were impressed. 😜
Allana is amazing!! I got a ride home and back to the dealership with the shuttle and both drivers were awesome! My only comment/complaint Is that I really wish the staff had been wearing masks, but other than that, the staff and service is stellar!
Amazing! Sold me my FR-S back in February. Melissa was very helpful, as I live out of state and the car needed to be shipped. I highly recommend them because they’re not always about the money, instead they’re making sure you’re well taken care of and are on top of things 100% of the time. As for purchasing out of state, the process was so easy and took at MOST a week. They paid for postage and everything. ♥️ Very kind people.I was scared because the car was sold “as-is” but with my request, they did a maintenance check up and fixed the minor problems. Have had 0 problems since owning and it drove me well over 5,000+ miles!
I had explicitly asked for chase to be included in the loan inquiry from the start. I also had brought up a $3500 down payment up front. I can’t explain how we sat for a couple of hours waiting and the first thing we do with the finance manager is go over the bank and there wasn’t a loan request submitted to chase. I fully understand they have preferred banks but chase wasn’t even inquired. We had to sit for another 10 mins waiting to confirm the loan with chase. Secondly, if you can only do one card transaction for up to $3000, why would that not be brought up in the beginning? I had to run to an ATM (as we were wrapping up the paperwork process) when I could’ve gone during the two hour wait. Nothing better than wasting a patient customers time! It’s been over a month and I’m still embarrassed for the sales rep and his lack of knowledge on Mazda vehicles, he couldn’t answer basic questions like package differences. The only bright spot of this place is the CPO pricing and that’s not saying a lot about this specific location.
Rudy is the guy to see here. He made me feel welcomed and not pressured during my transaction. Instead of focus on $$$$, he build value around of the Mazdas products, brand name and reliability. GM Fidel was also very helpful and professional. I can say I am happy with my purchase and I can recommend these guys to my family and friends.

Ive worked with several people in the service department at this dealership. By far, Chelsea has been the best! Chelsea was extremely helpful and kind. She helped me save money by avoiding unnecessary service and didnt try to push anything on me that I wasnt sure about. I would highly recommend working with her!
My rear driver’s side tire was flat. I drove to Roger Beasley South without an appointment, but Matt welcomed me and said he’d take care of it. In a very short time, he let me know the car was ready to go, with a new tire and no charge. I am so glad I had the right warranty. Matt walked me out to my car and I was on my way. A great experience.
Everything was fine until they started claiming 3 months later that they didn’t receive $5,000 of my down deposit.

My husband and I bought two cars from here 9/28/2021 and to easily sum up our experience it wasnt a pleasant experience at all. We had Gabe as our salesman who offered to drive one of the cars we purchased home for us because we had been there for 7 hours with a toddler who couldnt stand another minute there. After my husband took my son and I home Gabe told my husband as soon as he walked back into the dealership that he could no longer drive our second new car home because of traffic. Thanks for that!!Truly overall the worst part about this experience was arguing back and forth with the male manager with the brown slicked back hair. Whatever his name is.. he is in serious need of a refresher of common manners and kinder customer service. He bullied my husband and I repetitively telling us we were crazy for the appraisal amounts we wanted. Finally after he had insulted us enough we pull out our official appraisals from CarMax and tell him we wouldnt go any lower than our previous offers. He FINALLY came to his senses that we were just about done with him and gave us pretty close to the Carmax appraisals.Then more fun stuff.. my husband waited a total of 12 hours to finish the paperwork for both cars. At one point the finance guy took a 10 minute cigarette break without even letting him know. These people dont care about your time, or your needs. These salesman and managers want to rip you off and belittle you until you sign whatever number they decide they want to profit off you that day. We traded in two cars- barely got what we wanted there and they wouldnt come down on the price of either of the cars we ended up purchasing. Like not even $100!! We felt extremely taken advantage of by the time this was all done.We will never return to this location specifically and eager to let all of our friends and family not to shop here. My husband also left a review and they responded we have been trying to contact you and they called him once. We have called this dealership back FIVE times trying to see how they want to make it right. THEY DONT CARE AFTER THEIR ONE ATTEMPT.

This WAS a great dealership. Purchased a car in 2018 and had a wonderful experience. Inquired about trading it in and getting a new one and was initially ignored for days, then frankly insulted by their response to my offer, and lack of interest in even trying to make a deal, then was ignored again when I sent emails to the GM and New Car Sales manager describing my experience. Offer great value for my trade...Nope. Work to make a great deal on a new car..Not at all. Not the experience Roger speaks about in his commercials. Was a repeat customer, but something has changed here. The small SUV market is way too competitive to put up with this lack of service. Disappointed.

I came in wanting to upgrade my 2019 Mazda CX-9, and I left with a beautiful 2021 CX-9 Cobalt Edition. My salesperson, Moe, was GREAT to work with and I got everything I wanted and more!! (RED leather seats??? Yes, please!! 😃) I could not be happier with my experience at Roger Beasley Mazda South!!! Good job Moe and Fred (the finance guy) in helping me get the car I love!!!
Update: Still continue to receive superb customer service from Roger Beasley Mazda. I went in about a month ago to have my key replaced and was told that the machine that activated the key was not working. They gave me the key and asked me to come back the next day. Unfortunately, this was not possible because I moved to Houston and the trip would be too long to make. Tim and Matt graciously offered to pay for the activation of the key in a Houston Mazda dealership. A couple of weeks later when I went to the Houston dealership, Tim stayed true to his promise and took care of it. Best customer service by far.I always get amazing service from Roger Beasley Mazda. They also have great deals! Highly recommend.
TERRIBLE. Visited this location yesterday. I dont even know where to start.Service: I saw the person at the front desk walk to 6-7 people who werent doing anything before someone agreed to even walk my direction.Inventory: Pro tip: dont email asking for the person to come in for a test drive and not even have the car in stock, OR even the model in stock.Salesman: I have grey and at night it looks black is NOT an acceptable response to me saying I would prefer a white or black car. Also, it would be nice if you talked about the Mazda I am driving and not your truck.No one was rude or mean, but that was definitely a strange experience.
Great experience! I shopped at pretty much every other dealer in town before coming here and I wish this had been my first stop. Rudy and Ben were so helpful and really worked with me to find something that I liked, in my budget. They were honest and communicative and Id definitely recommend. Loving my new CX-30 so far!My only con of the whole experience was finance--I was only able to put $3k of my down payment on a card, and had to give the rest in check/cash...pretty antiquated policy IMO when most people these days dont carry checkbooks or thousands of dollars in cash in their day-to-day. I get that the dealership has to pay fees on card transactions; just wish I wouldve gotten the heads up that there was this arbitrary limit in advance.
The Service Center has fantastic staff. Matthew the Service Advisor and Mark who performed the tire rotation and inspection and another staff member who had the difficult job of grappling with computer updates on my vehicle all did a wonderful job. Matthew kept me informed and when the updates were not occurring due to computer issues, he immediately got me in a loaner car. Thanks so much everyone for your professional, helpful service. It was much appreciated.
Went in for a tune up and honestly, they recommended a lot of things I probably didnt need, but they werent pushy about it. I love the system they have for making recommendations...they text you a video and then you can accept or decline services via your phone. It gives you plenty of time to consult a friend or google do I really need ***? Its easy to decline with not pushiness. Overall, good experience, just be sure to double check every recommendation they make...you probably dont need most of them.
Vince is the most helpful and knowledgeable salesman in existence. This is the second Mazda I have purchased. He sold me my first one, a 2017 Mazda 3, and made me a Mazda driver for life! Yesterday he helped me buy a 2021 Mazda CX5. I had every bit the great experience this time as the last. I would drive 4 states away to have him help me if I had to! Top notch service and care that does not end once the sale is complete but is sustained through the years between purchases as well. He is absolutely the reason I go to this dealership.
We saw a car online and called and inquired about it. We were told by Jason it was still in transit but a similar new car was available and they would set the keys aside for us to test drive the next night. The next day I got an email from Steve asking about my inquiry on their site stating they had no new ones but there was a used one we could test drive. I let them know we had already arranged for a test drive of a new car that night. We drove from San Antonio for our test drive only to find out they had neither a new or used car in that model. Such a waste of our time and the salesman that made the appointment with us wasnt there. The one that did greet us told us he was assigned to us but never gave us his name.

I worked with Eddie Carter, who was absolutely awesome! I couldn’t find my car in DFW, so I reached out to Mazda South when I saw they were getting the one I wanted - a gray premium cx-30. They worked with me through the whole process of reserving the vehicle and adding a few items I wanted. It was super smooth and perfect. I’m super sad I live too far away to utilize their service, but anyone who lives around Austin should buy a vehicle from them! Great people! Great service!
Let’s start with the communication prior to buying my car.. great, of course who wouldn’t want new business After that I never got responses to my emails for my trade in reimbursement. So story goes..I went in with financing in hand, ended up taking hours.. okay whatever? I’m used to car dealerships and sadly expect any transaction with them to take a few hours. I sold my vehicle to them and had to use my old car as a loaner while they prepped my new purchase. (Since the didn’t have any other loaner available apparently ) My sales person was nice, but over promised on what would be done. My expectations were not met. I went in two days later to pick up my new vehicle. There are paint marks on my vehicle that look like correction fluid (white out) as opposed to “snowflake pearl mica”. The windshield was not replaced for my safety, instead they just filled in the crack. I was supposed to get a reimbursement for my trade in that would take 1-2 weeks per their finance associate. It has now been 6 weeks and that’s not happened. My boyfriend bought a car a week later from a different dealer and already got his plates. Roger Beasleys associates say it’s the state that’s taking long and my bank. However the state of Texas and the same bank did everything in a timely manner for my boyfriend, so let’s be real it’s the dealership dropping the ball. I’m extremely disappointed that I traveled from San Antonio to Austin for a half decent job..

What a breath of fresh air!I came here at the beginning of my car search and had a great experience but ultimately decided on a different brand. That brand totally bungled the deal and I found myself heading back to RB South. Bruce, the wonderful Customer Service Director paired me with Leanne for my buying experience and WOW. WHAT A DIFFERENCE.First things first, as a single woman buying a car on my own, I was so happy to be able to work with a sales*woman*, and on top of that Leanne was phenomenal. She knows her stuff both from the car side AND the finance side, is kind, direct and hilarious. She guided me through a picture perfect buying experience and even stayed late to help me set up my vehicle.I also love how diverse and welcoming the entire staff is. This place is what car dealerships should be. Walk, dont run to Roger Beasley. You wont regret it.
Called them an hour before they closed to see if they could patch my tire. They saw me right away and they were so nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back for other services.
We got a very good deal here, and we were treated very well by our salesman Amin Mohd. Their finance rates are very competitive, and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Weve bought 3 cars there, and will go back. Their service department is very well run, and took good care of our vehicles.
Buying a used car here was easy and everyone was nice unlike other dealerships I have been to in my car search process.I purchased a used Kia last week as part of the cars for cash/as is program. I didn’t have the cash to cover the car but I was able to bring my own outside financing in. I put a $500 deposit down to hold the car while they inspect it and I got my financing in place. They installed new tires and windshield wipers for free and checked everything for safety.I was able to take the car to Kia to get it checked out after purchasing and the engine is in pretty good shape. Unfortunately the check engine light has since come on, but I don’t fault Mazda for that at all. Got the code read and it doesn’t seem to be a serious issue and I am getting it fixed next week. I don’t feel they were hiding anything from me and it was a good experience overall
Mariah was such an awesome salesperson! She was more determined than I was to make sure everything went smoothly. She was very attentive, staying in constant touch and providing updates to me continuously during the entire process. She has a great attitude and is wonderful to work with! She made me feel very special as a customer. Tom in Finance was also great to work with; they made a great team in providing excellent service.
Miriah was great. I arrived planning on just doing a test drive and, with no pressure from her, walked out with a new car. She was very thorough in explaining the car options and reviewing them during the test drive. I highly recommend the Mazda South location.

I wanna start this off by saying that I don’t even own a Mazda. I have a Nissan Rogue that I bought from them a couple of years ago. I’ve been bringing my car here for service since I bought it. And after reading the reviews for the Nissan service center near by I’m so happy that I’ve been bringing it here. They’ve been super honest and patient with me. And I love that they send you a video updates! I would recommend this service center for sure!
A car dealership that actively practices poor customer service. I’ve had my car for 2 years and each and every single visit I am blown away by how poorly I am treated. Topics as simple as asking for a new oil change change sticker because they made an entry error to having car issues and being told they won’t look at it for 2 days but will not offer a loaner (a membership I paid for).I love my car but will most likely sell due to the service I receive at Roger Beasley.
My experience was great! I was pleasantly surprised to see that Roger Beasley offers an online option for car buying. A gift from the pandemic? Maybe, but I for one hope it continues to be an option. This removes the stress level for the consumer and I appreciate that very much. Not only did I do everything online, including valuing my trade in, they also delivered the new car to my home and drove the trade in back. The salespeople were all extremely professional and did not pressure me at all. This is what car buying should be! Thank you Roger Beasley!
Do not give them your number when you buy a car. I have had my car for 2 years. The salesperson texts me periodically telling me that they want to buy my car and have great deals on the last years models. I DONT CARE. Melissa needs to stop spamming people.Note: This response is frustrating. If you take customer service seriously, maybe wait until the customer reflects a need or something. I regret giving this place my business.
I just bought my first new car and Roger Beasley Mazda South made it stress free and easy. I worked with Rudy the entire time and he was awesome. I’m a single girl buying a car, which is stressful because I don’t want to get taken advantage of. Rudy kept it straightforward and honest the entire time. He was clear with communication and even worked with me on pricing. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and I’d highly recommend this dealership to anybody in the market for a new or used Mazda.
It seems appropriate that they post the new car photos with customers here. I had a photo of me and the 2017 Jeep they sold me after my car broke down while I was home visiting family this past March.After I signed the contract (into which they slipped extra warranties and add ons, making the car worth less than the loan by $5,000) they ceased to respond to my phone calls or emails in a timely manner.The tires were near dead so I had to have them replaced once I got the vehicle back to my resident state, at which time I also had to get the lugnuts stripped and replaced because they neglected to give me the key or unlock them. I was flattered by the offer of a free oil change if I was ever back in Austin, until I realized the vehicle hadnt had an oil change the entire time it was with Roger Beasley and was well overdue.Its now been 7 months since I bought a car from them and I still dont have plates. Ive had to practically harass this dealership to get any responses or updates, which usually end in we will call you back. This has yet to happen.The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. As far as Im concerned theyre a bunch of scammers.
**UPDATE** 5/14 I guess I spoke too soon? When I arrived they had no record of my appointment. Whoever checked me in treated me like an inconvenience and wouldn’t look up my appointment confirmation number. He just kept saying over and over that I didn’t have an appointment today. And my car was ready for over 40 minutes and no one called me or came to check the waiting area where I had been sitting for two and a half hours. I walked to the service desk to check out and ten minutes later, thankfully, a red headed girl yelled over to me asking if I’d been helped. What happened, Mazda South?Kind of sad and regretting paying for my maintenance package at this location, that I’ve loved for so long, when I could go to the Mazda near my house.My family has bought six vehicles from Mazda South over the past 20 years.Z was our service guy for years and now we work with Mike and Matt C in the service department. One of your service people even bought our original Mazda Protege’ back from us because it was in such good shape. We’ve exchanged Christmas cards and baked goods and hugs over the many years here. The staff at this location is GREAT. Recently I had trouble scheduling service for my car and Felipe S. helped me immensely. Do not waste your time going anywhere else! Roger Beasley Mazda South is the best.

Dont waste your time buying at this location.I came here this past week to trade in two cars and buy two cars same day and our service was terribly disappointing. We informed them we were first time buyers and immediately began to feel the sales staff and manager shift in respect towards us.During the trade in appraisal process, they low balled our cars to the point we were offended. At least $3,000 less than our previous official appraisals. Right before we went in, we took both cars to CARMAX (which Mazda was not aware of at the time) and had appraisals that were actually fair numbers. Once we told the Mazda manager (White male with brown slicked back hair) what we wanted for each, he came back with That is extremely unreasonable... That definitely wont happen. The managers tone was EXTREMELY rude and demeaning. After the third and final offer he had for our two trade ins, we got what we wanted but at the price of being talked down to and insulted. He started telling us that we have no idea what we were thinking asking for that amount and then right as my wife wanted to stand up and leave we showed them CARMAXs official appraisals. The manager responded this is getting insane this is a blood bath for me. Next he proceeded to tell us the GM had to approve the numbers to match the appraisal and he basically did.After about 7 hours of being there, our two year old toddler could not last any longer in this building and we had to take him home. Our salesman Gabe offered to drive the second car home for us since my wife had to stay home with our toddler. Sweet, right!?Until I got back from dropping my wife and son off and they told me they couldnt do it anymore. So I had to find someone myself to drive my wifes new car home..Now, dont event get me started with the financing process. Four hours... FOUR. During our 12 hour stay, I watched numerous people walk in and out of financing in under an hour. But thanks to our COUNTLESS technical difficulties, I was in there for close to 4 hours. At one point the financing guy left the room to smoke a cigarette for 10 minutes...?We were happy with the cx-5 we bought as our family car and had some friends come over who ended up buying the same exact car but one trim higher the day we recommended the car for their family.They let us know their experience wasnt good either.They bought one car (mazda cx-5 grand touring reserve) and it took them 10 hours to finally drive off the lot!!However, the kindness they ended up showing our friends for theirterrible experience resulted in bringing the price of their ONE car down (something Mazda told us numerous times they wouldnt do for us EVEN WHEN WE BOUGHT TWO) and gave our friends free weather tech like mats (which Mazda didnt do for us) and ended up paying about $2k more than us for one trim higher (which is equipped with a Turbo engine and higher technology inside).Long story short, save your time and energy and chose a different dealership. This is a typical scammy dealership. They will take advantage of you and demean you until you say yes to their numbers and leave you feeling terrible about it. We have already began letting all our friends and family know about this embarrassing customer service at Roger Beasley Mazda South.
Everyone I worked with, Roger, Alfredo, and Benita were helpful and very communicative about the buying process. It was smooth and stress free.Its my first Mazda and the car saved our lives the first day we got it!!!! A lady turned into oncoming traffic and stopped and I had to swerve to safety, but I overcorrected and the car safety stability system took over!!! She had the audacity to honk at me!!! We were able to drive home all shook up, but alive and undamaged. Thank you, Jesus!

I’ve been going here for 5 years and this was my first truly bad experience and I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future. My tech was Gavan Carmona and my Service Advisor was David Castillo. In short, avoid these two like the plague. They’re both scammers recommending work that’s not necessary and providing deceitful estimates. I was in for a 55k mile oil change and they recommended new wipers (they replaced them when I got my inspection there just 3 months ago), a battery, a coolant flush, serpentine belt, tensioner, and water pump belt. I said no On the battery and wiper blades because I can easily do that myself. I replaced all the rest after being told the estimate would be about 300-400 for the work and because they’ve been reasonable in the past. I’m short, the work cost $700 (nearly double the verbal estimate) and after research the belts are supposed to last 90k miles. Finally, when I got home and replaced my wipers they were nearly new. No dry rot, no cracks, nothing. These two are scammers recommending unnecessary work and giving false estimates. They should be investigated by Mazda and gotten rid of because they’re ruining what was previously an honest business.
The service department is very professional and courteous. They even sent a video to my smartphone part way through so I could see the progress. They got me out in a reasonable time. They also provide some preventive maintenance suggestions but with absolutely no pressure to make an appointment.
After a month and a half of car shopping, I ended up at this dealership and it was a breath of fresh air! All the people working here are super friendly and not pushy at all, like most dealerships are. One thing that really was the deciding factor to buy from this dealership was their loaner test drives. It really helped me make a decision getting to have the car in my possession for longer than a 20 minute test drive. Alfredo was great and made the process seamless. Even after I have bought the car, I can still reach out to him with any questions and hes always happy to help!

Recently bought a Mazda MX5 here and I have to say, these are good folks. The salesperson couldnt really tell me much about the car as Id done plenty of research but was friendly, financing and service is where this dealer really shined in my opinion. A few months after my purchase I discovered the wheel lugnut key was not included so I couldnt remove my tire, the service manager saw to it that I got a new one and understood where I was coming from.Also, if youre on the fritz about what car to get...Miata is always the answer!
I had a great experience with Roger Beasley. So much so that I will be bringing my car for service in the future all the way from San Antonio. Everything went great Ace was excellent! The only thing they need to work on is their service department answering calls. I had to call several times to get an appointment and get through to somebody.
Quick and nice facility. The one thing I thought was highly unprofessional was while I was in the waiting room there was something on the TV about the supreme court holding a session discussing transgender rights. One of the employees was scoffing at the TV and being very prejudiced towards those individuals. Maybe it is time Mazda provides trainings for their employees on anti bias. This is 2021.
Needing to buy a car is never fun and tends to be very stressful. Moe at Roger Beasley Mazda South completely made my whole experience easy, smooth, and stress free! At no point did I ever feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. Moe even went out of his way to help me return the rental car I was in so I could drive away in my newly purchased vehicle. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him and the dealership if youre in the market for a new vehicle. I was even surprised with a cookie delivery a few days later congratulating me on my new car!
I went for servicing my Mazda. The customer service was great. The representative helped me understand all the recommended services that I can get. They also send you a video of your car getting serviced with comments. They have new waiting lounge area with internet and tv and newspapers. It was very clean.
Greg and Tom were amazing!!!! They made the car buying process so easy on my part and worked hard to get me and my son a great deal. I will continue to go back to this dealership. I was able to get the car I wanted and love thanks to them.
My car buying experience at Roger Beasley was exceptional. My sales person, Mark K., was amazing as was Josh in finance. Mark worked with me over 2 days both in person and by phone to make sure I was able to find the car I wanted and get the deal I needed to make the finances work. He also helped me buy my son a used Mazda and worked with parts and service to get couple of small items fixed that were concerning to me. I felt valued and like Mark was working for me the entire time. I will definitely contact him directly when buying my next car!
I had a great experience with Roger Beasley Mazda South. I needed to install Android Auto and Matt was great in assisting me with my request. They were very helpful and gave me a ride back to my work as well as picked me up when my vehicle was ready. I also want to give credit to the driver. He was great! I also love the video they sent showing me their recommendations. The new facility is very nice and very clean. Thanks again! Highly recommend this place.

Excellent experience with Carlos and Josh! Josh started us off and took care of literally all of our needs and Carlos wrapped us up. Everything went smooth and was handled prior to our arrival. We spent less than 30 minutes in the dealership just signing docs and walked out with our car. Definitely would return!
Overall car had been good, but service with the business after has been less than adequate. Put wrong address as main address even though that was brought up a couple times during signing, mail still being sent to wrong address after talking to someone about it already, and biggest thing is a very small spot that needed to be touched up on the car. Very simple fix that they promised they had a guy for and wouldnt be a problem. Over 2 months later and spot still not fixed. Guy refuses to answer calls and texts, and the one call he answered he hopped off the phone and said hed call back. Never happened. The dealership has done nothing but tell me to give him a call, or promise to reach back out and try to fix the issue. That was going on 3 weeks ago. I really didnt even care if it took a month or two to get fixed, i just wanted some professionalism and a date set.Something that shouldve been a small thing has soured me on ever doing business with this dealership again. Ill look elsewhere when I am looking for my next vehicle.
I was on my way to another brand dealer to buy a car I had my eye on and decided to swing in to Mazda just to check it out and do comparison shopping. I never made it to the other dealer. I test drove 3 cars with Nick. He listened to what I was looking for and my budget and was very knowledgeable and patient with my research. I was amazed at the features, styling and nimble driving of the Mazda and the value for the money. Granted, I was trading in a truck so perhaps anything would seem nimble, but even now I am very happy with the car. My follow up visit with Moe resulted in a purchase. I was surprised how up front they are and they gave me a good deal on the trade in. The most important part is that they followed through with everything they said they would do as part of the deal without it being in writing. That to me is gold. My first servicing went smoothly. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and have gained a new impressed customer.
Worked with Greg and had a phenomenal experience. We knew which model we wanted and Greg was able to find exactly what we were looking for. The test drive was done without the sales person due to COVID and honestly that made us more comfortable and all around a good idea. The process was very welcoming with no intimidation or bringing in the manager to close the deal like we experienced at other dealerships. This is my second time purchasing a car at Mazda South and I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in a new car!
Great experience - I’d purchased my vehicle in another state, and was just passing through when I found I needed service. I had no time to wait in Austin for an official appointment, so they squeezed me in between other existing appointments. My parts came in earlier than expected, they gave me a beautiful loaner car while the work was being done, they worked with me on price when I questioned some line items (they were valid but they took them off the bill anyway just because I questioned them), and even sent me on my way with some spare parts on the house in case I needed to do anything on my own in the future. Great place!
Bought my 5th Mazda from Roger Beasley South this weekend and had the pleasure of their newly renovated lounge. As usual, the staff were courteous and professional and I observed how they seemed to treat each customer with respect even when it was clear from the onset that there was no real sales potential. I did my research online first to decide what was a fair, win-win price to pay for a vehicle in stock and presented an out-the-door number which was accepted and the transaction was smooth. While I was informed there about the many service and warranty packages available to me, there was no pressure when I clearly stated I was not interested. Such a great place and I hope they are there for many years to come when I will be back to purchase again. (BTW, I purchased the 2020 Mazda3 Select Package, in my humble opinion a great car at a great price)
I usually go to the one on Burnet, but wanted to try this location. It was much quicker with better customer service.
I had a really good experience at this Dealership. I test drove 3 different Mazda’s and reviewed the specs and features of all three. It came down to two really good options and they didn’t push me when I left as I needed to sleep on the decision. I don’t know about you but I hate pushy sales rep’s. The next day they followed up to determine my decision and worked with me to ensure I was getting what I want and they were able to get me an Awesome APR. I would go to them again for any other car needs I have.

Michael from the services department is a lifesaver.I dont know what it is, but when you work on cars a lot, you assume that any little issue is bigger than what it actually turns out to be. In this case, by boyfriend diagnosed a dying battery as a starter or alternator issue. When he took the starter out and took it to autozone, they said they couldnt test it because it was special (for a mazda 2 part, really??) and I should try the dealership. I call up Roger Beasley south and speak to Michael, who is friendly and helpful right off the bat (and not to mention respectful; as a woman I never have much luck talking with mechanics as they assume I know absolutely nothing) and suggests it may be the battery, even though it was reading 12 volts.Well sure enough, we take the battery to autozone and they try to charge it and it cant hold a charge. Hurray! It was just the battery all along! We silently thank Michael as my car turns on.The next day I go to drive it...I take it out of park and put it in drive and...it doesnt move. I cant put it back in park. My keys are stuck, and I cant get them out. I start googling, and my boyfriend drives home from work. I cant find a shift override switch in any of the manuals...so we call Michael back up.Hey, do you remember me from yesterday? I called about a starter, and you suggested a battery? I have another problem for you...He gives us his opinion, over the phone, to check the steering rack cable thats right under the battery mount. Sure enough, boyfriend remembers then that he had pushed it out of place while trying to make room to take out the starter. After ONE more call to Michael, he helps us figure out how to wiggle it back into place (I had to get inside and push up the shifter while bf worked on the cable) and we got my car back up and running all before my morning meeting.Thank you so much Michael, you are a lifesaver. Ive only ever owned Mazdas, and now I for sure know my next car will be from Roger Beasley south.
I’ve been coming here for over 6 years to take care of my car and wish I would have purchased my last Mazda from here. Sales is usually pretty easy, it’s a car dealership so that process can’t be helped.But whenever a repair needs to be made (which is rare, these cars are very dependable since this is my 4th Mazda) they really come through and take care of you as best they can.
I wouldve given a 5, except for my experience when I showed up to get my car. I had a great experience with my salesman, Amin, who is awesome, but their hostess/greeter (or whatever her title is) kindly opened the door for customers. She then advised that she would notify Amin that I was there (which never happened 😡), then said a receptionist would come up front to get me (which never happened 😡). I just sat there in the lobby for about 30 min, and I eventually had to go look for Amin and let him know I was waiting on him for 30 min., since no one has advised him. Other than the hostess, the service was exceptional!
I knew what I wanted and Marcus made sure that he would find me the car I liked. Eddie was also an assett in the process and this is the 2nd car we bought at Roger Beasley and so far, so good(great)
