Every reservation or worry I had about taking my car to a shop that my troublesome insurance company suggested was immediately absolved thanks to Razz and his team. Razz should be the prime example for any manager- he was very patient, kind, fair, and willing to go the distance to ensure the best customer service and work done.It was a bit slow initially to hear back on my estimate/when I could take my car in. However, I understand that a lot of body shops right now are backed up due to recent hail damage and people using their cars more often than during the pandemic. Everything after that was communicated to me in great detail and any setbacks that occurred were out of their control/not their fault.I mentioned troublesome insurance- that is an understatement. I had been pretty scarred from my experience with them already and was almost at my wits end before coming to the shop. What really impressed me the most, besides their outstanding quality of work, was Razzs willingness to help me deal with them and his understanding/empathy towards the situation when they still hadnt paid. I also had a separate issue with my car that they were not paid to take care of- but he still took the time to try and figure out what was wrong. I also had a very pleasant experience with Michael- their detailer. He was quite conversational and kind when giving me a ride to the rental car shop a ways away- and even took the time out of his busy day to wait, making sure everything was in good order before the drive back to the shop. Im talking at least 10-15 minutes of waiting.Its obvious Terex has a great team going on that is passionate about their work and how they treat customers. I will be taking my car to them from now onwards and will advise my friends to do the same. I trust them!

Great customer service. Communicated with me when my insurance was not doing its part in a timely manner. And they got the work done fast and well. Also very accommodating for me to drop off and pick up my car.

Just picked up our 2018 Honda Odyssey for a new bumper cover. The work looks great and we are happy with the results.Mike was professional on the phone and in person and even ordered the part for us before we dropped off the car so we wouldn’t be stuck in a rental for too long. He quoted us a 3 day turnaround time if no other issues and he had the work done in 2. They even washed my car for me, which was a really nice bonus.I definitely recommend them based on their professionalism, their ability to complete work on time, and quality of work.

Razz was very kind, and treated me with fairness. I wrecked the front side of my car and my windshield wiper fluid container. They had it fixed in two days. My car looks great now. Theyre fast and efficient.

Our local Honda dealer uses Terex to perform factory warranty issues. Our blue 2014 Accord Hybrid was peeling around the rear glass and they repainted the entire roof. We also had Terex repair a few minor dings on the fender while it was in the shop. The results were excellent. Mike was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He provided several options and helped me decide what work should be done.

I dunno what the other lady is talking about. I went in with my broken cady with the insurance saying that the accident was 50/50 and they were only going to pay half of the total repairs.Jimmy helped me out a lot. The damage ended up being estimated at $4500. I found some used parts and paid $611 for the parts and $1600 for them to put the parts on for me.The insurance ended up deciding that they were wrong and that they were going to be accepting 100% liability. So I got the check and paid around $2200 for the repairs.Look at their work for yourself.

Highly recommend this body shop if you ever need to go. Frank I believe the guys name is and he was extremely helpful in addressing my car issue. He fixed my cars front bumper which was scraped for a very reasonable rate and in time(quicker than I expected). Please give him a try you wont regret.

It seems every time you turn around, somebody is trying to mess you over. These guys however are awesome. I was quoted a price to repair my mirror. Not only did they come in under the quote, but they gave me money back. They even washed my truck for me after doing the repair. Very professional, courteous, ...etc.. If only everybody I deal with could be like this. I wish they did a lot more than just Auto Body & Paint.... :-)On 9/20/2018, just had them replace the front grill camera in my SUV. The dealer quoted me 6 hours at $110/hr. They did it in 1.5 hours. They saved me over $600!! Mike was super helpful. Thanks so much.

We met with Andy who gave us a detailed explanation of repair plans for our Toyota. The staff did an INCREDIBLE JOB restoring the front end. It might as well be a new vehicle after the work they did. Excellent staff, quality repairs, and the best communication. They even called us with daily updates and had our vehicle ready ahead of schedule. This place is *awesome*.

Been there 3 times for minor repairs. Had a great experience every time. They are fantastic at making sure you dont spend a lot for something without good reason.I think they only charged me once out of those three visits, because the repairs were so small that they would only take a couple minutes.

Working with Terex Auto Body and Paint was one of the easiest parts of dealing with my car accident. Rex, Dan and all the guys there were absolutely amazing. They not only did the job quickly, but they did wonderful work. Rex was so helpful, and understanding. You can hardly tell that I was in a wreck after my car was taken care of at this shop. Fantastic customer service! I was immediately given a discount upon arriving, and was actually billed less than what I was quoted. They even did a few little odds and ends jobs on my car for free (i.e. fixing my broken gas cap). Id definitely go back here again - I feel like they are very straight-forward and honest, which is hard to find in the automotive business these days.

This business did a great job of repairing my vehicle in a timely manner. The main reason I like this business so much is they look out for the customer, they are professional and still care about the customer and not like one the huge chains of auto body repair shops who seem to really only care about the insurance companies and cutting cost. I bent the rim on my 2012, Nissan Altima and was told by the dear that I would have to replace the rim, the tire, and get a alignment and balance. Its was going to be over $500. I was on the fence about doing this so when I dropped a friend off at Terex Auto Body to pick up there car, I asked what they thought about the rim and tire. They where able to repair the damage, making it look brand new for $230 or so. This include the alignment and everything! I am happy to say I have found an honest Mechanic in Austin that I will be going back to for any future needs. Thank you so much to Terex Auto Body & Paint!!!!

I called around because I needed some minor fix er up work done to my husbands car before he returned home from deployment and the quotes were very high. Terex was one of the last places I called and after talking to Rex I decided to bring in the car. He was honest and made it a family environment! I had my car repaired by them back in 2010 and liked them so much I took my truck in about a year ago and had the roof and hood painted. I took it back recently and was given a quote and had some problems but Rex made it right!!! Thank-you Rex!!!

When Issac was manager there I sent them my husbands car, my car, my bosses car twice. AMAZING customer service, and great prices so good id rather pay out of pocket than screw with my insurance.BUTnow theres a new guy managing gave me a quote of $3k.. took it to my insurance (GEICO) my estimate came out to $1800, he more than screwed up, he tried to over charge by almost double. can you imagine if I would have just paid the $3k, but I normally just pay them, and then to find out I was basically charged double the actual amount...definitely wont be going back... get Isaac back and Id reconsider. the only reason I give this a star is because Isaac did great work

After we had the accident we went to terex and it was the most easy easy time I have ever had dealing with this kind of situation . Rex told me he would handle everything, and he did . it wasnt like dealing with a company, it was like working with family. the job was so well done you could not see anything of the damage and they even washed my car after. I was even more surprised to learn that everything they did to my car is covered under his warranty so im covered all the way around. I just have to say it was a great experience. they are now my go to people for anything of this nature

I came in to get an estimate to replace the cover to my bumper and also the grill and I got a very unreasonable ridiculous quote by Framk Guana of $2500 for parts and Im assuming labor as well. I went down the street to ATX Body Shop and they are charging me less than $1000 for parts an labor. I honestly feel like they tried to get over on me. Maybe because Im a female or maybe because I told them I would be paying out of pocket. smh. They also try to make exaggerate on the repairs that the vehicle would need. I would never refer anyone to them.

Came in to see what it would cost to get the hood and grill replaced on my truck and was given an estimate of more than my entire truck is worth. I dont know a whole lot about body work, but that doesnt seem quite right.
