Simple job but done well. White plastic piece they painted matches perfectly, which can be tough to do. Vehicle was left outside through the repair so there were some bird droppings on it that in my opinion should have been washed prior to delivery but I’m more on the picky side with the cleanliness of my car.

Scott went to battle with the insurance company to help me get everything taken care of. He went above and beyond to help me out. Stephanie in the front of the office was super nice and helpful as well.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Work was completed and vehicle returned when promised.

Had extreme hail damage and they repaired it back to new. Also great with dealing with the insurance company which wasnt an easy task dealing with the insurance as they started with low ball offering $500 for repair and it ended up being over 10K that insurance had to pay to make repairs right

These guys are the best!! I have taken my family vehicles here on multiple occasions for various body work. The work is exceptional. The management is second to none!! There are good people still in this world and these guys are some of them! Very highly recommended!

I’ve been around a while, and I even worked at a paint and body shop for a few years a long long time ago. With that said, my experience at Nyle Maxwell’s Collision Center was the best I’ve ever had and any dealership facility.From the moment I first walked in I had a good feeling. The friendly and efficient way they handled my first visit all the way up until I picked up my truck was top notch. I dropped it off on a Monday and it was ready on a Thursday. The repairs looked flawless and came with a lifetime warranty.Perhaps the most pleasant surprise was the fact they cleaned my filthy truck inside and out!

Factory warranty respray for corrosion of aluminum. Parts that were corroded were sprayed over without sanding, and the color was not matched well at all. Also very poor communication with the customer after the service writer was told that this was unacceptable.

I took my car in to get about 5 dings and scratches in the hood fixed and they did a great job. This is my 4th time using them over the years and they have always done an excellent job.

Kylie is an amazing service advisor. Also, the painters and body technicians that work here are world-class. Their work takes a little longer than what I presume is the industry standard, but you arent supposed to rush excellent work. Having been in the automotive industry for 10 years I can say that I would not hesitate to bring this team all of my body work repairs. Check them out!

Do not use this shop. I brought my car in and got a quote for repairs. Then once they took the car apart the price more than doubled. How could they be that bad at making an estimate? Then when I went to pick it up, four dashboard lights came on before I got home with it. I took it back and the guy told me to take it to a Nissan dealership and that they would fix it under warranty. The people at the dealership laughed in my face and said that no such service would be provided. I took it back to the collision shop. It took two more weeks to get my car back. They gave me my car back claiming it was fixed when it still needed two weeks worth of work! Then I got back and it is still needing repairs. So I went back, they sent me to another dealership to get an assessment and now I’m waiting to hear how much they are going to try to charge me to fix my car after already paying them to fix my car. I paid almost $7,000 out of pocket for absolutely horrible service. Do not use this shop. They don’t fix anything.

These guys perform exceptional work. They were able to blend a specialty paint on my car without issue and even helped work with the insurance company to get me true OEM parts. Josh and Daniel take a lot of pride in what they do and it shows. Thanks again!

Really great place. Theyre easy to get an appointment with, easy to find, easy to park at and easy to deal with. Their pricing is good and they do quick work. Ive unfortunately had to visit them twice and both times they got my car fixed right away.

World class work, and staff!!! Was in a front end collision. They fixed my car better then new. Scott the manager was very easy to deal with and kept me very informed. It really seemed like they were on my side when it came to the insurance company wanting to put aftermarket China parts on my car. Great Body Shop.

Took some parts to these guys to have painted, they have always got me in right away. Worked around my schedule and everything has come back in perfect condition. Never a surprise on the bill, if things change I get a phone call right away with no pressure that I would need to spend extra money.

I havent gotten my car back yet (I had pretty serious damage), but I have to write now to say that their customer service is top notch. They are thorough, and responsive. I was having issues with my insurer giving me a rental car for the full repair time, and these guys went out of their way to document the time it took the adjuster to get around to inspecting my car. Because of their thorough notes, I was given an extra 17 days on my rental. Ill post a complete review once the work is done, but if their expertise match their customer service, I know Ill be thrilled!

This is the best shop I have ever dealt with. We have had two vehicles, a 6 month old 3500Ram and a Chrysler Aspen, prior to my two year old Mazda with this body shop and the experience was great every time. Kiley and Scott are awesome and are the best when it comes to customer service. My Mazda CX-9 was in very bad shape after I was rear ended and the damage was enough to total it. However, the insurance was giving me the run around for weeks. Scott did everything he could to communicate with the insurance and to keep me updated. I never had a any trouble getting in touch or having calls returned. My car was finally totaled and I was able to move on. Even though the shop probably did no make much money on my case, Scott and Kiley worked very hard to do what is safe and right for their customer. They would get ten stars from me if it was possible.

Go elsewhere!! Went to their paint and body shop to get a vehicle repaired. My teenage son backed into a girl at school and broke her grill. Met the Dad up their, filled out a work order in my name and received a quote. We didnt use insurance because we didnt want our rates to go up and I paid $500 down for the parts. While they were repairing, I get a voice mail that says its going to cost $600 more dollars. Instead of calling back, I show up to look at the damage that needs more parts. She has a surprised look on her face and said I cant look at the car its illegal because I dont own the vehicle. I ask to see the work order thats in my name and she said thats against the law and illegal even know Im paying for it. I tried calling the Dad and she leaves the room. After I returned home, I got a call and she told me I can look now.. I said its to late, I dont trust you, just give me the total. She gives me the total and I tell her, Ill pay for it because Im over a barrel, the car is in parts and they need their vehicle back, also I think this is a crooked deal!! She hatefully says, HAVE A NICE DAY, and hangs up on me.While I was home, I went online and couldnt find anything close to it being illegal, especially when Im paying for the service. I truly believe they are padding the bill and are very shady.This is my teenage sons money they are taking and will be the last dollar they receive from us or anyone I know. I will warn my friends and family to stay clear from this dealer.The response I received was what I expected, Bla, Bla, rhetoric. Theres a pattern in your response. It looks like you just copy and paste your response. I looked at the bad reviews all you say is about the same thing, sorry, we try to please, call us. None of the complaints are fixed. You take a complaint and work to resolve. Theres a reason they are still complaints. They were never fixed. Im going to advise all that I can about your practice.

My car was involved in a rear accident. They fixed my car in a timely manner, kept me posted on the status of my vehicle and when I got it back it was detailed better than new. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bob Davis

I need a minor body repair on my Alfa Romeo 4C and my nearby San Antonio Fiat/Alfa dealer lacks of body shop. I called Nyle Maxwell Collision Center and they were incredibly helpful and thorough. I cannot emphasize enough the professionalism, timely call-backs, and level of detail that Scott demonstrated in handling my repair. It was white glove service in an era of aloof auto sales & service. I called back a month later needing information on jack lift points as I was having the car coated in cQuartz and Scott went out of his way to forward a factory lift point instruction guide to my detailer shop. I will gladly drive the 100 miles (each way) to do business with these guys. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

For starters - I purchased a brand new 2013 Nissan Altima this December and was devastated when a raccoon darted out in front of me while travelling.It took out the front right bumper, blinker lights, windshield washer fluid tank/nozzle - truly my brand new vehicle looked like something out of the Terminator movies.I was referred to this place through a family friend and could not have asked for a greater group of folks. Everyone knows that dealing with vehicle maintenance and insurance claims isnt always pretty but the folks at Nyle Maxwell were stellar.Ellen S. walked me through the claims process and helped me figure out what exactly the State Farm insurance folks needed from me before I left the car there to avoid a high rental fee elsewhere.Likewise, Kiley was able to help me get a quick rental from the Enterprise right down the street and eased my nerves about leaving the car with them over the weekend.And Scott, of course manned the entire operation and made sure my vehicle was up and running as if nothing had ever happened.The vehicle itself was repaired with brand new OEM parts, and in three days time. Honestly, it looks as good as new. There were no scratches, dings, or additional marks for me to worry about. They washed the vehicle prior to giving it to me and made sure that I felt comfortable with the repairs before I left.Basics -2013 Nissan Altima with bumper/headlight/washer tank replacement - spotlessly done.On site estimators and claims specialists so I didnt have to drive all over town.7:30 am opening time so I was still able to get back to work on time.Easy and quick access to a rental shop down the street.Large parking area off 183 to avoid any other frustrations.Paid with my debit card and sent the claim information via email so everything was seamless and no paperwork was left flying everywhere.Kind, friendly, and understanding of my inexperience with insurance claims procedures.Quick repairs, certified parts, stellar performance.Id recommend this place to anyone who doesnt know Austin well and needs a go-to shop under their belt and to anyone who has lived in Austin for years but is tired of being hassled by old shops.
