I bought my phone from a different store and they couldnt help me out, so I decided come to this store and guess what Im so glad I did. This employees was very knowledgeable with phones. He resolved my issues within few mins. I was so happy Id offer him a tip money, but couldnt accepted it instead he asked me to write a review about my visit to the store. Id had a amazing experiences and felt very welcome as soon as Id walked in. This is my new Metro store from now!!

Warning! Do not use these people-they are incompetent, rude, and you will be in there 20-30 minutes minimum. Drive the extra 2 miles to the East-West Connector store; they are polite and professional.

Worst metro store, purchased 2 phones 2 days ago one of them the screen does not work. His response was I can’t help you go to a corporate store or let the batteries die and see if it restarts. DO NOT GO HERE WAIST OF TIME!!

False advertisement, poor customer service . I phone on sale for $299 then he states price change but still have the advertisement next to the phone $400 crazy didn’t want to lost interest.

The person on the phone when I called was very rude and when I first got on the the phone he said metro whatchu wont with a very hood slang voice
