This is a sad store! No inventory! Overpriced! I paid 20 for used fame, got home and playstation had it for half! Wont go back in this store ever!

Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone? Makes me not want to go in this location.

Bought a game card that was printed on a receipt for 25 dollars. Came home immediately for my son to use and it didn’t work. Called store and they were NO HELP at all. Now we need to call Sony and wait until they open since it’s Sunday. Waste of time, potentially money. Don’t waste your time shopping there. Seriously GO somewhere else where they actually care and value you as a customer.

Its a Game Stop... need I say more? Exactly like every other Game Stop out there! Some things are good deals... some things are an absolute rip-off. And they will try to sell you a membership &/or warranty on ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!!!!

Game stop is a scam I waited In the cold at 3 AM and I was like one of the first twenty people in line and I standend in line for 4 hours and just for them to Tell us they only have.2 ps5 and 6 Xbox when I called them for 2 weeks straight and they Said they were going to have a lot on Black Friday 🤦🏾‍♂️And They manger is a liar

Excellent experience here. Every time I come in, the staff is welcoming and look like the actually want to be there. The staff also doesnt hound you after the initial greeting. They actually let you browse without trying to talk to you every few minutes. Ive been here a few times for midnight releases and those are always well organized too. Usually, theres also a pizza vendor inside/outside during these events which is convenient. I definitely recommend this location, 5 out of 5.

This location never picks up phone calls. It would b nice to have someone pick up the phone after calling 5-6 times in a hour to see if they have a certain product before driving there to get told NO

Best GameStop ever. Maybe thats just because I grew a liking to the staff inside. But the place is always neat and orderly, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the games I want are almost always there. 10/10 to all the staff.

Great service, and knowledge. My boyfriend and I go to this location quite a bit. The guys here are awesome. They answer all of the questions I have and if Im looking around they ask if I need anything or what Im looking for if I cant find something. Talking to the employees here and just sharing general opinions on things is fun and can actually get to to either buy something I didnt want at first or keep me from buying something they could tell I wouldnt like.

They always have what my kids are looking for. Also, checkout is usually fast.

Best place to get money for your old phones, and consoles. Logan is the best!

The customer service here is horrible and I will never support this location again. I called to check on a PS4 Pro White and the young lady said they had it and would hold for me. Upon my arrival, the young lady says that it was on hold for one of the store clerks and sold it to them. No apology was given as if she did not give a dam. My money will be spent somewhere else.

There was a long line and when I got to the front there was a lady (who worked there since she was talking the other clerks what to do) sitting on the floor behind the counter with some guy (who I dont think worked there but could be wrong). Instead of trying to help customers through quicker she just sat there.

Very well mannered people. Only reason Im giving 4 star is that theyre shelving lists of new games to come out is very dated. They have not updated it since around may of this year.

I hear a lot of horror stories about how Gamestop Employees try to push new console sales; never had that problem with this staff! Always friendly and never hastles for sales

I went to Game stop on the east west connector because I thought my son PS4 was fried and I wasted my money so I was upset and frustrated but when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager Clint and Patrick so that they both helped me beyond my expectations just when I thought great customer service was a thing of the past these guys never once used the word NO worn I thought I was seeded they said we can do this or we can do that needless to say we got another PS4 and got great value for the old one I was going to throw away my son and I walked out of game stop feeling good and with a smile this is the only game stop I’m shopping at from this day forward so you guys got a customer for life. Thanks for your help

The customer service was less than optimal. My boyfriend and I came in to trade some video games and were looking around for replacement games and we were being strongly watched ( as if we were going to steal an empty game container). Once we found the games we wanted we checked out and the cashier was rude and started talking with the customers that the other cashier was handling. When at a place that we are purchasing expensive items or anything for that matter, I would expect their full attention. You won’t ever see us back in that location.

This store is too small for the amount of business they do. A bigger store would ease the tense congestion you feel waiting in line to be helped. The staff can only be so nice when they are being pulled in 50 different directions as well as having to answer the phone that doesnt stop ringing.

Best GameStop Ive been to in Cobb county. Knowledgeable, good customer service, fast & friendly checkout. The midnight releases are pretty decent too. Just make sure youre early lol.

I love this video game store. I love the staff. It is a very warm and inviting. If I have any questions about anything, there are always there to help out.

Travis Wilcher makes coming to this gamestop an absolute pleasure. He listens to what you are talking about, and then points you in the right direction of games. He will also let you know about upcoming events, pre orders and what not. He always has a genuine personality. I keep coming back because of his outstanding customer service. His manager needs to give him a raise.

I just went in to see what what was on sale and maybe find something to play while I wait for the games I really want to be release. I didnt find anything. Gamestop sometimes have decent sales, I found cheaper deals on the psn store. So I left.

You can find everything you need at game stop they even have used games and consoles for you at a discounted price. You can also trade in your stuff for somethings else. If your a gamer I will advice you to try GameStop for all your gaming needs.Brenda F

Huge selection, nice, knowledgeable employees, convenient hours.

This store manager was very unprofessional when speaking to me on the phone. I spoke with him and he pulled the phone away from his mouth then called me trash to someone in the background. Also, he used some very vulgar language when asked a simple question about when they closed. I will never use this store again for this simple fact because being a business manager you should never speak with someone like this. Patrick was the managers name I spoke with and he is very rude & unprofessional.

I love this gamestop but i gave it 3 because I TRADED 4 games i spent 100 dollars on but they gave me 15 bucks dont trade at gamestop i bet you will only get 14 cents from there

Dont give u good deals when u try to trade stuff i bought an xbox 1s and almost new and they will trade only for 70 whilr i bought it for 200

Terrible customer service and the staff needs training really bad. I am a former GS employee and I have had to run them through how to handle a return now two times. Talk about a terrible shopping experience.

Manager is a crook. If trading in games, be sure to bring the online quote in to the store or else you will find yourself at the mercy of a habitual lowballer. Good for business, bad for customer service.

Very entertaining games.

Wow horrible customer service during holday season! Walked in wasnt greeted or asked what I was looking for. Stood there AT the counter which had several people behind it, one person helping a curstomer and the others talking to each other. A few minutes passed before 2 more people walked in after me upon which they both were greeted! I am still stading at the counter as the guy goes directly up to the guy that just walked in and asks what he needs and brings him in front of me to the register. At that point I am stunned, the man in front of me shook his head at their audacity! Work in the same plaza and have never experienced the rudeness of these new employees! After a few minutes someone finally asks what I came in for I looked at him and said I would have said what it was when I walked in since I thought I was next but no thank you and left. I know now only go in when certain employees are working.

Gamestop is a ok place to get your games from.. Service is good but the only thing I dont like is when you trade in games that may have cost you 60 big ones they will cheat you and give you like 15 bucks for a 60 game that just came out. That why I only gave them 3 stars 😟😟😟😟😟😟

I love GameStop when Kim was the store leader there, now its like nobody knows nothing or isnt resourceful. The new store manager is funny acting and the some of the associates that work there shouldnt work there because they dont know nothing about the games or the consoles.

Seems more like a pawn shop than a gaming store. Everyone there was trading systems or games for cash. Waited for 15 20 minutes in line to check out during the check out the cashier pulled his phone out twice to check texts.
