Mel helped me get my sons phone active. I transferred his number and couldn’t get any assistance on the phone with customer service to get it working. He was pleasant and made sure the phone was working and active before I left. I was greeted upon arrival as well by a nice young lady.

Not only does it have several of the most attractive ladies in Atlanta working here they are some of the kindest and sweetest ladies in atlanta. The manager of the store went out of her way to help me and I cannot give her accolades enough she was absolutely phenomenal. I give that compliment out very sparingly Im very reserved about it and she earned every bit of my praise. AT&T I hope they realize WHAT A VALUABLE ASSET THEY HAVE MANAGING THAT STORE.

The person helping me had to have been new, I understand that but don’t go clicking around if you don’t know what you’re doing. I had a family plan and My sisters line was completely disconnected and she ended up going on her own and that wasn’t suppose to happen. I walked off with a new phone, BUT it was still sealed in the box and told me To Just switch SIM cards, which I found weird since I’ve gotten other phones and they’ve never said that. I preferred to just say thanks and not deal with them anymore. They could Have disconnected my whole service.

I was already having a bad day and this experience made it way worse. A guy helped me pay for my phone, but my phone still didnt activate. So I went back inside and one of the guys made me call a customer service on THEIR phone, which was very weird because i thought they would help me. So I call the number and the guy couldnt even look up my account with the number I gave him, and put me on hold for 15 minutes. I have bad social anxiety so it was weird talking to someone on their phone about my issues out loud. I pay $100 a month to resolve an issue myself? The other coworkers was giggling while I was struggling. Im the nicest, friendliest person ever, so it sucks to feel so unwelcomed. I literally left crying.

Unbeleivable company. They say they cant send my equipment due to the weather in Dallas,tx so my only other option is to set an appointment for monday and pay 100 dollars for them to come to me. If i dont get my service up and running my grandson is held back a year. Unbelieveable since they had promised my service would be on by yesterday

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received, came in for an upgrade and had tierra help me she said the phone was out of stock then saw her come out a few minutes later with the same phone and sold it to another customer even though when I called she said putting it on hold was unavailable, GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. I will never come back again.

Store hours are not updated on google or on AT&T website. Hours are now 11 am-7 pm Monday-Saturday and 11 am to 6 pm on Sunday’s. Disappointed and tome wasting when you think they’ll be open early per their normal hours.

I have not seen should horrible service in all my years in management. First I called on the phone inquiring about switching from Metro PCS to At&t for 5g service on my 4g lg stylo6. The response was yes and proceeded with a wireless plan for 85.00 with a hotspot connection. The next day the SIM card arrived and I was pleased. Secondly, upon following directions I swapped the card out and all the problems ensued. From 6:30 - 12:24 am I got the run around between att being on hold 30min at a time, to Metro finally telling me my phone had a hold on it for another 46 days(to add up to 180 days). Never new any of this. I was assured the switch of service would be seamless. At 12:24 am att called and said, I could switch and he was working on it. Then suddenly I was disconnected.Thirdly, Saturday (yesterday) I went to the apple store in Austell (4404) and explain my situation. I was told that since the phone was locked I would have to purchase another which I agreed. After choosing the phone problem 4 comes up. Somewhere in the huge world of att NO one could release the port to proceed forward with the new at phone and keep my number. Now problem number 5 (been on hold 5-6 times different departments for this port to no avail).Finally after being in this store the manager apologized and tried to assist somewhat after Ive been there 2 hours. After spending 173.50,I finally get to phone activated and leave.This was a hot 2 day mess. I should have been compensated plenty (at least the phone) for my time and patience just to get 5g service. For a billion dollar company customer service all across the board dropped the ball.

I was very happy with the service I received with getting my email setup. I bought an iPhone yesterday after using a Samsung for years. Needless to say I have a way to go but the girl that helped me was very friendly and patient. She helped me to get my email set up and answered other questions for me. Great support.

Never have I been so unsatisfied with a business on Sunday June 28 2020 I went to this ATT store on the east west conn in Cobb County Ga. the employee was with someone so I waited patiently for about 20 min someone else came in he told them their was one customer ahead of them he passed me over and helped the new customer about 20 minutes later I got up to leave and he smiled at me and said are leaving us. I said Well I was next in line and he just smiled as I walked out the door. I could tell he didnt like white people. Did mention everyone one else was black.

I purchased an iPhone 11 and asked how to sinc it with my Apple Watch and was told that I needed to go to Cumberland Mall to get tech support. There were only 2 customers in the store, he didn’t want to take the time to help me.

I had visited the store in April 2018 to add more lines to my account. Everything was fine until today, when I talked to a customer service rep and they explained to me that I was being overcharged. So when the guy added the three lines in April he did not notice that I had already a “multi service insurance plan and multi service support fee”....so what he did was add an insurance and support fee to each line making me overpay about $11.99 per line more.... so about $36 per month. So I told the CSR today that I should be refunded the three months I have overpaid....and she said they cannot go that far back. Three months!! Are you kidding me!!! So pretty much they will keep my money. I am so disappointed in the way they handle things, they overcharge and then don’t take responsibility for their actions. I have been a customer for about 10 years...I guess it’s time to change carriers. And yes that is not the first time they have overcharged something on my bill, it’s just that this time it took me three months to notice it.

It was lousy to put it in a nice way. There was hardly any customers in the store. There were two employees helping other customers. I was the third person in line. The customer waiting for help decided to speak with one of the employees but did not get any satisfaction so she left. When one of the employees was finished with a customer he did not help the next customer waiting he just sat at his computer and a customer that came in way after me walked up to the employee and started talking to him. I the decided that I and the customer in front of me was not going to get help so I left.

Long wait, i waited for 2 hours to be helped. The place is understaffed & the staff is in no rush to help customers. The manager is a great guy really hard working. But everyone else could care less about it. The manager made them help me & solve all my needs, so I appreciate it. But that wait was ridiculous.At&t also has taken a nose dive recently also. I dont know what all the negative comments and reviews are about to be honest. My Momma and I walked in had a great time talking to people and the employees are so awesome!Jasmine was soo helpful aaaaaaaand answered alllll our questions. Also my Momma is literally almost too the point of being deaf and Jasmine and the whole staff were so amazing with her. Most people are very impatient with my Momma but the staff at the East west connector location blew me away with the patients and respect they gave my Momma. Horrible, second day waiting in line. They feel so relax and seems they are happy to keep people waiting as if one has nothing to do. All i want to do is copy my info. from a phone to another and it is taking forever just to be called. The staff gave me a (wrong) advice that did not work on the first day and that is why i am back here today again after waiting another hour still nothing.The staff refused to put my name on the board but said he did. How come I went to buy food next door and my name is no more and they are all stil attending to same customers?

Worst company to have service with. Had it less then 30 days and said hell with this and went back to Verizon. Sales guy who sold me the idea was only in it for commission and when I called after a week of having the service he was no help and told me to deal with customer service. Went to the store to return all my equipment and cancelled my service by week 3, store took back all my stuff and I paid what I needed and yet Im still recieving Bills for $4700! Customer service says the store never even credited my equipment back! Kinda weird how I have receipts for all this yet at&t doesnt see it.. worst experience ever! And here I am still dealing with them 2 months after the fact

I was told by a billing specialiast on the phone to take back some equipment to the store so that my billing issue could be handled. When I walked in the store nobody acknowledged me for over 5 minutes and then refused to take the equipment or help me at all. They are definitely only looking for commission. Dont bother trying to fix an issue or do any maintenance here. Product pushers only and management is a joke.

Walked in to get a phone fixed and to see if one of my other phones was eligible for an upgrade. The worker would not look up or provide the information and was told that I was to look it up myself. When I told the line holder on the phone to try and find the information, the worker then turned sour and rude still refusing to look it up even though the store was not busy. If I had known that I was going to get that rude of service I would have left and gone somewhere else.They really need to work on their customer service. In the past I have always gotten very nice workers, who worked with me and I did not like service I got for being with the company for many years.

The store manager is horrible and needs to revisit what it means when providing customer service. I switched my service from Sprint to ATT but phone wasnt working. I went in for assistance and this lazy lady did not attempt to look up my account to see if she was able to assist me. She went on and on about my phone not being unlocked from Sprint. How would she know if she failed to even check. She is a loud mouthed obnoxious woman who needs to understand the customer is seeking assistance and not her opinion. I had to go back and the original rep couldnt help but another young lady was finally able to get my phone working after 3 days. However I still cannot use the phone for messaging and internet outside of wifi. It has been a waste of time for me to leave Sprint to go to ATT when the staff is not knowledgeable. Horrible experience.

The manager is a complete idiot. Unprofessional to say the least. I PURCHASED A CASE IN THE Alpharetta store that was used.The next day I try to exchange it and get accused of putting the wrong case in a different box. I had the receipt and box package the way I got it. She flat out refused to help and proceeded to hold the door open as to motion to leave the store. I call the Alpharetta store only to be told that they shouldve exchanged it with no issue. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE AT ALL!! She is an incompetent bitter worker who does AT&T a disservice!!! Corporate was called and I will continue until something is done about this poor customer service!!

Rep was very rude. After having me stand around for 30 minutes I was met some kid with an attitude. When I asked about a couple of the models they have on display he told me they dont carry them in store He suggested that I let them order one for me. I can do this on the website or from the app. I told him he had wasted my time and he proceeded to laugh as I walked out. Just as I got in my car, another customer came out angry and I looked inside to more laughing. Fire them all and shut it down. How do I reach the district manager?
