The store had great deals and I was able to ask plenty of questions to their employee about what might fit me best in terms of equipment. I was able to get great prices on everything and there were a lot of sales as well. Would definitely recommend if looking for hiking clothes, sleeping bags, or general accessories 👍👍

Best place to buy winter and summer gears. I bought one jacket that you can wear in -70 degree. Last pair of jacket you will ever need. For the summer i got a t-shirt which protects from UV and is very comfortable

Sale associates were very rude and mean.I was looking around to see the merch and a sales associate just walked up to us not to ask us if we needed help but to be awfully mean.I bought a columbia jacket not returning to this store.

Loved this place. MW always has very high quality stuff and is a great bang for your buck. This location was a tad small so not as much overall selection, but it was still a one-stop shop for all our needs. Occasionally an item is overpriced or underperforms, so do your research and read lots of reviews, but overall awesome gear and clothes at a great price. Furthermore, staff and their customer service were super awesome. Huge shout out to those folks.

What a great store for outerwear for the whole family. Extremely reasonable prices on decent quality outdoor wear. I bought my son a very nice two layer down jacket for $40 that would’ve cost at least $150 anywhere else. I’ve also gotten extremely good deals on boots and socks as well. The store is extremely clean and the sales staff is very very helpful.

Very good deals. Havent tried any of the coats but the ones I looked at seemed to be of good quality. Unsure if the down they use the kind that all falls to the bottom. May buy one of these coats for my son next winter.

Been here many times, love the store. Last time I was there I was going to purchase shoes. The price was clearly marked. At the register I was charged $10 more. Asked them to check the price. He went back to check came back and said the wrong price was posted. I took him back again and the tag was taken down. This is bad business. Not my fault that the price was marked wrong.l was about to spend over $200. They lost the sale and my business. Will not return to this store.

I went to the Mountain Warehouse at the Chicago Premium Outlet to return a jacket. I brought with me the large printed receipt that displayed all information about the purchase. I was informed by the extremely unpleasant manager, Melissa, that I could not have the purchase amount returned to my credit card without the small receipt that apparently had been stapled to the large receipt, so I would have to accept a store credit. I have never, ever encountered a return policy like that. Moreover, there are no signs in the store advising of this policy. Apparently, customers are expected to read the fine print on their receipts. This is clearly a scam designed to keep your money in Mountain Warehouse’s greedy grasp. After a good deal of back and forth the extremely unpleasant Melissa finally refunded my money after I pointed out that the receipt in her hand was a legitimate record of my purchase. I will never, ever patronize Mountain Warehouse again.

I had a great experience at this store in the Outlet Mall of Aurora. While preparing for a month long trip to Europe, I literally spent about 3 hours in this store. I ended walking out with most of the items needed for my journey to backpack Europe. Julio was always willing to help my wife and I with whatever we needed. After pulling about twenty backpacks off of the wall and explaining the pros and cons of each, and being very knowledgeable in helping us, he put everything back as it was. I offered to help put everything back but he wasnt worried with it. He grabbed the merchandise that I chose to purchase and offered to store it at the front while my wife and I continued to shop.

We travel to Mountain Warehouse Aurora Outlet Mall every year in December as a Christmas tradition. On Thursday December 20th around 2:30p we enter the store and the plan was to purchase a jacket and matching hat. My friend asked the lady if the store had any jackets in 3x. She responded to him they are over there. The store wasnt crowded, and people have helped him before. She never came by him to assist, or offered other options. We didnt purchase my jacket this year. Presentation and attitude is important. We were disappointed.

I loved the store. It has a large number of products at a great price. You find everything from clothing to locks and cutlery. They lack staff, at the 2 stores I went there was only one person to collect and attend to customers in their requirements, still very friendly.
