Little sparse on options in Large and Extra Large, but very friendly staff.
This location is closed. I had to drive down there to find out. No notice of reopening. Ive been wanting a pair of boots from this brand, but buying online can be a pain when you dont get to try them on first.
Incredibly technical apparel, at prices consistent with the quality. Expensive. They had a great black Friday sale :D
Great prices. I love this brand and own several pairs, but finding this place and buying a pair for 32 dollars was great. They have 2 year warranty but seems that theyll last forever
A regular store. Lower prices. No ski stuff, which was a great disappointment, asit is winter and you would expect the winter sport stuff not summer
Staff is more concerned with tasks, stood around looking for help but ignored. I was able to find the shoes I was looking for but not on sale even though they had signs all over the store with entire store 20% off. At least I was able to try the shoe on, great fit but took my money elsewhere.
First of all, you should know why you go to an outlet. Sure, youd expect significant price reductions. Surprisingly, not so here. In fact, many products are reduced by just a few bucks. For example, hiking boots are $229 instead of $259. Or, a winter jacket which was $349 is available for $348. So, I was negatively impressed by this store. But no worries. Arcteryx is literally around the corner, and the rebate level is between 10% and 50%. Bottom line, I didnt buy anything at Salomon.
Most boots are at or near full retail price. You need to time your visit for when new model boots are released. As a result, you will find some excellent discounts. Cannot stress enough how great the quality of Salomon is.
I feel lucky to have discovered this store in Aurora. Apparently Salomon only has one other outlet store here in the US. So to have access to high quality outdoor gear such as Salomon at a discounted rate is pretty cool. I went back two days in a row for my Christmas shopping this year. I have to commend the staff there as they were extremely helpful. So thank you to Sean, Veronica?, Hannah, Gissell, Stephanny, Peter, and Clay! They were all very sharp and I must commend Clay for being exceptionally adept at his product knowledge and recommendations. Great product, great store, and great staff!
Was there during the NCAA tournament. The TVs are in the food court. When I got there, the TVs were not on. Went to the management office and the management team were super friendly. A dude came to the food court and changed the channels on the TVs to the games. One small thing is that SOMEONE needs to open a sports bar or market the food court as the ManCave. Lots of TVs, pool tables, foosball tables, and other things. Husbands are going to be there. Give them a place to go!
Same folks working at ArcTeryx. Often used back door to change stores or help the other guys. Thats fine, no problem. The store was part of the mall VIP passport but not mentioned. What bothered me was that I could have easily got another 15% that would have made me buy more stuff, a lot more . ( we drove there, 1 car 4 friends and spent 5k)me and my wife visited the store 3 days in a row and nobody mentioned anything. Pretty disappointing so just like everybody else, Ill continue to do my research about the gear and ignore the personnel as they seem to care more about their jobs and not the clients...Kudos to Pete ( eyeglasses ) and Clay ? ( sorry, I forgot your name, short white guy very polite ) .I kept asking about certain sizes, the answer was we only have whats here . Luckily I go back the next day ( days ) with my wife and Pete and his buddy were working and kept running next door to a storage to get the sizes they found in the computer. The gear speaks for itself so are the prices but besides Pete and Clay ? the rest are just doing their job nothing else. Those two guys I would hire anytime, great customer service
Great store, fantastic deals. Walked out with 3 pairs of shoes under 150 bucks. Staff is friendly and they will steer you towards the sale items.
Love this store. Fred is super knowledgeable and always takes time to answer my questions.
Had a wonderful experience today. Knowledgeable staff, friendly and willing to help with every need you have.
Best place for outdoor & hiking shoes in whole state! Staff was very helpful, weve had a wonderful shopping here
Selection is not so good at this location and staff is not very knowledgeable about their products.. I like the shoes etc.. but not this store
Male,Store clerk isnt friendly. I bought a pair of running shoes on clearance section, and after paying it, He just gave it to me in the plastic bag without any box at all. Just like that. When I asked him wheres the box, he just said, it doesnt have one! Wow!! SL attitude,if you know what that means. Not shopping there again!
Excellent shop to buy branded products at lesser price
Lots of great gear, helpful staff
Staff isnt friendly and they dont care about the customers needs
Was there at memorial day, the discounts was awesome!
My favorite place to shop
Bought women’s shoes but the material was so shoddy that after just two walks had to take back to the store (within 1 week!)..Lady at the store was so rude and insisted it is not manufacturing defect..Would not buy Salomon again and never step into this store again.
Some values and clean. Overcrowded and overpriced on average.
Lots of deals, they have a Lids...Nike...Adidas...Levis...Converse...and several other outlet stores.
