Authentic North Face gear at about 40% off. They have a much better selection than the full price store in Woodmere. The biggest problem with the store is finding mens XL and above sizes. Maddie and the other girls working were very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the things I came for. Thanks so much I absolutely love The North Face products.

Selection like many stores is very small. Mostly extra small size. Several employees if you need help but no customers.Pandemic is over... go shopping get back to work.

Exceptional clothing and outdoor equipment for a reduced price. I have never found a stitch out of place. This clothing is discounted due to improper labeling or another store over ordered. Why pay full price when you can get them much cheaper here. Employees are always very helpful.

Great prices

Nice store and they had some great sales going on during my visit however none of the items I was looking for were in store. Alternative options were available but neither jackets were available in my kids size. Someone welcomed us into store and explained the promotions but never checked up on us. My friend did buy a few things.

This store does not answer phones.They do not carry any shoes! Cant check because they do not answer phones.Not a full north face store.

Stopped here to purchase a few Christmas gifts and was pleasantly surprised by the selection this location has to offer. Literally I spent hours browsing their store and was assisted by many of friendly team members. My credit card statement is reminding not to go back, but my heart is begging me to return!

Rude and prejudice manager and associates. I came in with a return and told the sales associate when I walked in that I would be looking around to do an exchange, but I had a question about the return because I didn’t have a receipt. She said the manager can answer my question when I went to check out. While I was looking around three other sales associates followed me around the store and a male asian associate just stood there and watched me. Finally, the manager came up to me and asked me what the problem was. He didn’t even introduce himself properly and he was very rude and flippant about explaining the return policy.

I enjoyed my shopping experience here. They have coats for kids, men, and women. There are coats for walking around Cleveland in a blizzard and just simple fleeces.

Had to return something I found at Tanger outlets, and found something else in perfect color and exactly what I can use.

Why as my wife and I were ready for checkout, all the cashiers walked off?

Trying to get gift card or account set up for someone and hearing you cant you cant you cant. Or put on hold. I guess they dont need my $ wouldnt even take my email over the phone.
